A DIAGNOSTIC TEST WAS PERFORMED AND THE DEALER STATED THAT THEY ONLY NEEDED TO REPLACE THE SENSOR, BUT NOT THE CONTROL UNIT. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED; HOWEVER, THE SRS INDICATOR BEGAN ILLUMINATING ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL APPROXIMATELY THREE WEEKS LATER.
