ON OCCASION, THE CAR WILL NOT START, OR STARTS FOR A MINUTE AND SHUTS OFF WITH AN INABILITY TO RESTART. AFTER SITTING FOR AN HOUR OR SO IT WILL START. I BELIEVE THERE MAY BE A DEFECT WITH THE FUEL PUMP AS DESCRIBED IN RECALL 15V229000. HOW DO I GET AUDI TO ACCEPT THE RECALL?
