STEERING WHEEL SET IN HIGHEST POSITION AND STICKS THERE. REFUSES TO MOVE INTO DOWNWARD POSITION WHEN USING BUTTON; FORCES DRIVER TO HAVE HANDS VERY HIGH UP IN POSITION. DEALER REPLACED ENTIRE STEERING COLUMN TO FIX, BELIEVED TO BE DEFECTIVE MOTOR.
