BRAKES WERE NOT WORKING PROPERLY. CONSUMER WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE SHOULD NOT BE DRIVEN MORE THAN 1 MILE. HAD TO FLOOR THE BRAKES TO MAKE THE VEHICLE STOP.
