WHEN THE CONVERTIBLE TOP IS LOWERED AND THEN RAISED AGAIN (THE INTENDED NORMAL OPERATION OF THE CONVERTIBLE TOP), IT CAUSES SEVERE CREASING OF THE REAR WINDOW.
