WE ARE STRANDED 300 MILES FROM OUR FINAL DESTINATION AND CHRYSLER HAS NO IDEA WHETHER THIS IS A SYSTEMIC MANUFACTURING ISSUE, A DESIGN ISSUE, OR EVEN WHEN AND HOW IT CAN BE FIXED. BECAUSE THE LIFT GATE CAN BE OPERATED REMOTELY BY KEY FOB OR OVERHEAD BUTTON, NO PERSON NEEDS BE AT THE LIFT GATE WHEN IT IS OPENING OR CLOSING.
