HVAC SYSTEM INTERMITTENTLY TURNS ON DEFOG OR DEFROST MODE BY DEFAULT. ALSO, WHEN FAN ON HIGH, SOUNDS LIKE IT IS BLOWING, BUT NO CHANGE IN PASSENGER COMPARTMENT AIR FLOW. ALL VAC LINES ARE CONNECTED PROPERLY IN ENGINE COMPARTMENT. CLIMATE CONTROLS OPERABLE, BUT VENT/AIRFLOW DOORS DO NOT OPEN/CLOSE ON COMMAND WHEN CHANGING OPERATIONS FROM THE CLIMATE CONTROL PANEL. THIS HAS BEEN THE CASE SINCE OWNERSHIP IN 2002. DUE TO EXCESSIVE DEALERSHIP LABOR CHARGES, I HAVE NOT HAD IT CORRECTED AS THEY STATE IT IS VERY EXPENSEIVE TO TEAR OUT THE DASH TO INVESTIGATE. WHEN HEAT IS SELECTED, BLOWS IN DEFROST MODE. ALL MODES BUT ECON/VENT BLOW IN DEFROST MODE BY DEFAULT. THIS HAS HAPPENED EACH AND EVERY OPERATION OF THIS CLIMATE CONTROL FUNCTION. I AM REPORTING APPX 2000 INCIDENTS. *NM

THE DRIVER AIRBAG SEEMS THAT IT WILL DEPLOY DUE TO FACT THE STEERING WHEEL IS "VERY PUFFY" AND THE HORN IS INOPERATIVE, IF THE AIRBAG DEPLOYED UNEXPECTLY MAY CAUSE A LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL AND CRASH. PLEASE PROVIDE FURTHER INFORMATION .MJS
ABS BRAKES AND THE DASHBOARD SENSORS DO NOT OPERATE PROPERLY. DEALER CONTACTED, AND DIAGNOSTIC CHECK WAS DONE. FOUND THREE TROUBLED CODES, AND FAULTY ABS COMPUTER. PROBLEMS CANNOT BE REMEDIED, AND STILL EXISTS. *AK
THE HORN WILL ONLY WORK IF IT IS HIT WITH THE FIST ONCE IT IS STARTED.IF THE ENGINE IS TURNED OFF AND IT HAS BEEN BEEN RESTARTED, CONSUMER MUST THEN HIT THE HORN WITH FIST FOR THE HORN TO WORK. *AK
ALTERNATOR FAILED ON TWO OCCASIONS.
ENGINE FIRE: PARKED CAR IN LOT, ATTEMPTING TO TURN OFF ENGINE NOTICED FLAMES COMING FROM THE HOOD/FENDER AND GRILL. JUMPED OUT OF CAR, AND WITHIN SECONDS THE ENTIRE CAR WAS ENGULFED IN FLAMES.CAUSE OF FIRE IS UNKNOWN. *AK

INTERMITTENTLY STALLS WHEN DRIVING A HIGH SPEEDS. TT BRAKES LOCK AND DO NOT FUNCTION, VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DEALER BUT UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM.*JB
