MY ABS LIGHT CAME ON,AND WHEN I HAVE TO STOP SUDDENLY MY CAR SLIDE SIDEWAYS, CAUSING MY BACK END TO GO INTO ONCOMING TRAFFIC. I TOOK MY CAR INTO GRAY CHEVY-CADILLIAC OF THE POCONOS.AND DID THE SCANN AND SAID IT WAS THE PUMP MOTOR. I HAD IT CHANGED AND THE LIGHT IS STILL ON, AND KNOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT THE ABS MODULE HAS TO BE CHANGED. IT COST ME THREE HUNDRED AND FORTY ONE DOLLARS AND EIGHTY CENTS TO HAVE THE PUMP MOTOR PUT IN AND KNOW IT'S GOING TO COST MORE MONEY TO PUT IN THE ABS MODULE. I FEEL IF THE ANTI-LOCK BRAKES AREN'T WORKING,THEN THAT IS A DANGER TO ME OR ANY ONE ELSE OUT THERE.I ALMOST GOT HIT BY A ONCOMING CAR THAT WAS ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD,IF I WOULDN'T HAVE SEEN HIM COMING IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A HEAD ON COLLISON. *JB

WHILE VEHICLE WAS BEING SERVICED FOR A ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, CONSUMER REQUESTED TO HAVE VEHICLE CHECKED FOR LEAKS, THE DEALER DISCOVERED THAT THE MASTER CYLINDER WAS LEAKING, WHICH WAS REPLACED, MONTHS LATER WHILE DRIVING, AND WHILE ATTEMPTING TO BRAKE THE VEHICLE DID NOT STOP, THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED AND THE MASTER CYLINDER WAS RELACED AGAIN. *AK CONSUMER STATED THE MASTER CYLINDER HAS D BEEN REPLACED 3 TIMES, CONSUMER TRADED THE VEHICLE.*SLC
WATER PUMP COMING LOOSE AT INTERSTATE SPEEDS, CAUSING FAN BELT TO BREAK, LOOSING POWER STEERING AND POWER BRAKES. HAPPENED AGAIN AT 115741 MILES. *AK
BOTH REAR WHEEL CYLINDERS IMPROPERLY SEALED CAUSING REAR RIGHT BRAKES TO MAKE NOISE. NLM

WHEN APPLYING THE ABS BRAKES THE PEDAL TRAVELED TO THE FLOOR , CAUSING EXTENDED STOPPING DISTANCE WHICH RESULTED IN A COLLISION. GM CONTACTED, BUT PROVIDED NO ASSISTANCE. *AK *ML
REAR BRAKE WHEEL CYLINDERS FAILED TWICE RESULTING IN LEAKING.
ABS VALVE BLOCK WAS DEFECTIVE, CAUSING THE ABS LIGHT TO COME ON AND ABS TO BECOME INOPERATIVE. *AK
BOTH REAR WHEEL CYLINDERS ARE LEAKING, CAUSING LOSS OF BRAKE POWER. PROBLEM HAS OCCURRED TWICE. CONSUMER IS VERY CONCERNED FOR SAFETY. *AK
THE WATER PUMP, FRONT BRAKE AND ROTORS NEEDS REPLACING, THE REAR CYLINDER IS LEAKING, AND THERE IS A POSSIBLE PROBLEM WITH THE TORQUE CONVERTER.
ANTI-LOCK BRAKE VALVE BLOCK FAILED AND THE WARNING LIGHT WOULD NOT GO OUT AFTER THE ENGINE STARTED.
BRAKE PEDAL WENT TO FLOOR.
MASTER BRAKE CYLINDER FAILED, CAUSING LOSS OF BRAKING POWER.
AFTER PARKING THE VEHICLE, THE VEHICLE CAUGHT ON FIRE. CAUSE NOT DETERMINED BY FIRE MARSHALL. *AK THERE WAS A RECALL 94V199 REGARDING UPPER TRANSAXLE COOLER HOSE, RECALL STATES THE HOSE CAN PULL OUT OF THE CRIMPED COUPLING AND CAUSE A LEAK, WHEN EXPOSED TO IGNITION SOURCE, FIRE COULD OCCUR, CONSUMER HAD TAKEN TO DEALER AFTER RECEIVING NOTICE, ALSO BRAKE LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND DEALER REPLACED MASTER CYLINDER, SAME DAY AFTER REPAIR, VEHICLE CAUGHT FIRE. *SLC
ABS BRAKE FAILURE, PMV VALVE BLOCK REPLACED TO ABS BRAKE SYSTEM, CAUSING EXTENDED STOPPING DISTANCE, WILL PROVIDE REPAIR ORDER FROM DEALERSHIP. *AK
THE ABS WARNING LIGHT COMES ON AND THE BRAKING SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING AT ALL. THE PRESSURE MODULE VALUE ASSEMBLY WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED. *AK
CONSUMER STATES WHEN APPLIED THE BRAKES FAILED, CAUSING HER TO HAVE AN ACCIDENT.*AK
ONE FORK OF BRAKE ADJUSTER BROKE OFF, CAUSING BRAKES TO LOCK UP ON THE LEFT REAR WHEEL. *SD
