WAS INVOLVED IN A SINGLE ACCIDENT, WHICH A DEER RAN OUT IN FRONT OF ME I MERGE RIGHT TO AVOID HITTING THE DEER, AND ROLLED 1.5 TIMES AND WHEN RESTING UPON TOP OF TRUCK, THE REAR LEFT TIRE BROKE OFF OF THE HUB, AND AXLE. *AK

TORSION BAR THAT SUPPORT ENGINE BROKE IN TWO. *LA THE MANUFACTURER CHANGED THE DESIGN AND SHORTENED THE BARS BY THREE INCHES. THE OLD DESIGN ALLOWED SALT, WATER AND ICE TO GET INTO THE EXTENSION SLEEVES. *JB
WHILE PULLING OUT OF THE GARAGE SHE HEARD A NOISE COMING THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. THE RIGHT FRONT TIRE COLLAPSED INWARD DUE TO UPPER CONTROL ARM. THE DEALER IS AWARE OF THE PROBLEM. PLEASE FURNISH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. MR
CONSUMER STATES THAT WHILE DRIVING THE LOWER LEFT CONTROL ARM FAILED DUE TO METAL FATIGUE FROM, CAUSING THE LEFT FRONT OF VEHICLE TO DROP, MAKING VEHICLE INOPERATIVE. NLM

AT APPROXIMATELY 25-30 MPH RIGHT FRONT TORSION BAR BROKE, CAUSING LOSS OF CONTROL OF VEHICLE. DEALER / MANUFACTURER NOTIFIED, AND INFORMED CONSUMER THAT VEHICLE WAS OUT OF ITS WARRANTY, AND ANY REPAIRS WOULD BE AT CONSUMER'S EXPENSE. CONSUMER MAKING PARTS AVAILABLE FOR ANALYSIS TO NHTSA. *AK

AFTER PARKING VEHICLE FRONT OF VEHICLE DROPPED DUE TO LEFT TORSION BAR BREAKING. DEALER INFORMED CONSUMER PART HAD RUSTED THROUGH ON OUTSIDE, DESIGN HAS BEEN CHANGED ON NEW PART. *AK

VEHICLE WAS PARKED INSIDE THE GARAGE. CONSUMER CAME BACK THAT EVENING AND VEHICLE WAS SITTING UNEVEN ON THE GROUND. BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT TORSION BAR BROKE, CONSUMER REPLACED BOTH TORSION BARS. *AK *ML
WHILE CORNING AT 15 MPH FRONT OF THE VEHICLE DROPPED DOWN, CAUSING THE AXLE TO BREAK. *AK
WHILE DRIVING AT 10 TO 30 MPH THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE TORSION BAR COMPLETELY BROKE, CAUSING THE FRONT END SUPPORT TO COLLAPSE, AND VEHICLE HAD TO SPIN TO STOP. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT THE TORSION BAR HAS BROKEN, IN THE SAME PLACE BOTH TIMES. DEALER HAS BEEN CONTACTED. *AK *ML
WHEN OWNER WENT TO SIT UP IN THE VAN, THE LEFT FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE CORNER DROPPED DOWN ONTO THE WHEEL. AFTER THE VAN WAS TOWED TO A GARAGE, THE TORSION BAR WAS FOUND TO BE BROKEN. THIS PART IS ON BACK ORDER. PLEASE PROVIDE ANY FURTHER DETAILS. *AK
FRONT SUSPENSION TORSION RIGHT AND LEFT BOTH FAILED CAUSING VEHICLE TO COLLAPSE IN FRONT.
WHEN STEPPING ON THE RUNNING B0ARD TO GET INTON THE VAN, THE TORSION BAR BROKE. MANUFACTURE/DEALER HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED ABOUT THE PROBLEM. NOT WILLING TO REPLACE FREE OF CHARGE. DEALER DID STATE THAT THE PART HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED. THE TORSION BAR HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED AT THIS TIME. *AK

TORSION BAR BROKE CAUSING IT TO COLLAPSE.
ON FIVE OCCASIONS THE BRAKE PADS WERE REPLACED, THE ROTORS AND THE BALL JOINTS WERE ALSO REPLACED ONCE. PLEASE DESCRIBE . *AK
