BEGAN TO PARK, DEPRESSING CLUTCH TO NO EFFECT WITH TRUCK STAYING IN GEAR. WOULD NOT GO INTO NEUTRAL. KEPT MOVING WITH BREAKS ON AND CLUTCH DEPRESSED. FOUND MASTER CYLINDER FOR CLUTCH BROKEN AND LEAKING FLUID. BOUGHT NEW MASTER CYLINDER ONLY TO FIND NOTICE IN BOX IF PART WAS BROKEN WHERE IT WAS CRACKED GM HAD TECHNICAL LETTER OUT AND CYLINDER WARRANTY WOULD NOT BE HONORED. TURNS OUT TO SAVE THE COST OF A GREAS ZERCK NO POINT OF LUBRICATION WAS PROVIDED FOR THE FORK ARM BALL WHICH LEADS TO FAILURE. COST TO HAVE 85 CENT GREASE ZERCK INSTALLED BY GM DEALER IS $500 DOLLARS. THE FORK IS ANOTHER $1000 AS QUOTED BY DEALER.

I PURCHASE THIS VEHICLE NEW. AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION QUIT SHIFTING INTO 3-4 ON 3-20-05. TRANSMISSION REQUIRED REBUILD. UPON DISASSEMBLY I DISCOVERED THE 3-4 ACCUMULATOR PUMP SPRING WAS NOT INSTALLED IN THE TRANSMISSION SO THE 3-4 GEARS HAVE BEEN RUNNING OVER VOLUME AND PRESSURE FROM DAY ONE LEADING TO EVENTUAL FAILURE. NEW PART WILL BE PURCHASED AND INSTALLED.

WHILE TRAVELING CONSUMER NOTICED WHITE SMOKE COMING FROM THE TAIL PIPE. PULLED TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND DETERMINED THE PUMP HOUSING CRACKED, RESULTING IN LOSS OF TRANSMISSION FLUID. CONSUMER HAS CONTACTED THE DEALER, DEALER STATED THE PUMP HOUSING/ SEAL , AND PAN GASKET NEEDED REPLACING. PLEASE PROVIDE ANY FURTHER DETAILS.

DRIVERS SIDE POWER WINDOW WILL NOT GO UP OR DOWN (I KNOW OF AT LEAST 7 OTHER PEOPLE THAT HAVE THE SAME TROUBLE) MY PASS SIDE SEAT BELT WILL GET STUCK AND WILL NOT COME OUT . THE BIG INCIDENT WOULD BE THAT I GOT REFUSED TO HAVE RECALL WORK DONE ON MY TRUCK AT A DALERSHIP, MY TRUCK WAS IN THE SHOP FOR A ACCIDENT IT WAS THERE FOR 30 DAYS AND THEY TOLD ME THEY DID NOT HAVE THE TIME, ALSO DURING THE SAME VISIT THEY GROSSLEY MISSED A TRANSMISSION CASE THAT WAS CRACKED IN HALF, WE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH CHEVROLET BUT I FEEL THAT I WAS JUST BLOWN OFF ABOUT IT . WHILE IN USE WINDSHIELD WIPERS MALFUNCTION, AFFECTING VISIBILITY WHICH MAY RESULT IN A CRASH. THERE IS A RECALL FOR THIS PROBLEM, BUT THIS VEHICLE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL DUE TO VIN #. ALSO, WHEN LEFT TURN SIGNAL IS OPERATING, SPEEDOMETER DROPS TO 20 RPMS DUE TO A DEFECTIVE WIRING HARNESS WHICH MAY RESULT IN A CRASH. *AK
