I OWN A 1994 CHEVROLET SILVERADO EXT CAB, 1/2 TON. THERE CONTINUES TO BE A PERSISTANT PROBLEM WITH THE FRONT BRAKES. WHEN APPLIED THEY PULL VERY HARD TO THE LEFT (INTO ONCOMING TRAFFIC). THE BRAKE LINES ON THE FRONT HAVE BEEN REPLACED AT 5 TIME IF NOT MORE WITH THE PROBLEM PERSISTING. SEVERAL OTHER OWNERS HAVE EXPERIENCED THE SAME PROBLEMS WITH NO RESOLVE. THE BRAKES HAVE BEEN LOOKED AT BY SEVERAL MECHANICS AND HAVE CONCLUDED THAT THE BRAKE LINES WERE COLLASPED. THIS IS A PERSISTANT PROBLEM THAT NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED BY THE MANUFACTURER. *AK

WHILE DRIVING VEHICLE SEVERELY PULLS TO THE RIGHT WHEN APPLYING THE BRAKES DUE TO A BEND IN THE BRAKE FLUID TUBING. PLEASE GIVE ANY FURTHER DETAILS. *AK
OWNER CHANGED BRAKES AFTER 93000 ORIGINAL MILES. FRONT PADS WERE WORN DOWN TO WERE THEY NEEDED REPLACEMENT, BUT WHEN THE REAR DRUMS WERE PULLED, THE SHOES SHOWED NO GLAZING OR WEAR OTHER THAN WHEN THE PARKING BRAKE WAS NOT RELEASED. THE SHOES APPEAR TO BE BRAND NEW AND CAN GET ANOTHER 80,000 PLUS MILES. IT APPEARS THE WHEEL CYLINDERS ARE NOT WORKING OR THE BRAKES WERE NOT ADJUSTED CORRECTLY FROM THE FACTORY

WHEN APPLYING THE BRAKES THE POWER BOOSTER GETS REALLY HARD AND THE ENGINE ACCELERATES, CAUSING LOSS OF BRAKES. THIS IS AN INTERMITTENT PROBLEM, IT ONLY HAPPENS SOME OF THE TIMES WHEN THE BRAKES ARE APPLIED. *AK
ANTI LOCK BRAKES FAIL CONTINUOUSLY REPAIRS MADE HOWEVER CONDITIONS STILL EXIST.
