VEHICLE STOPPED RUNNING AT 65 MPH. DASHBOARD LIGHTS DID NOT COME ON. ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD (WHERE I WAS ABLE TO PULL OFF THE HIGHWAY) IT FINALLY RE-STARTED. I BROUGHT THE VEHICLE HOME. WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO MAKE ANOTHER TRIP, THE SAME THING HAPPENED. I WAS LESS THAN A MILE FROM MY HOME. I EVENTUALLY WAS ABLE TO RESTART. THE FINAL OUTCOME WAS THAT THE IGNITION SWITCH WAS THE PROBLEM. I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY ADVISED ME THAT MY VEHICLE WAS NOT PART OF THE RECALL. I BELIEVE THAT IT SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE RECALL FOR GM VEHICLES. MY TRUCK IS A 6.5 LITER DIESEL. WHICH MAY BE THE REASON IT WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. I BELIEVE THIS IS A FACTORY DEFECT AND SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. *TR
