HAD PARKED VEHICLE & WENT AROUND BACK OF VEHICLE & LIFTED REAR DOOR (STATION WAGON). THE GAS CYLINDER BRACKET GAVE WAY & FELL ON DRIVER'S HEAD. OWNER HAD CEREBRAL HEMORRHAGE DUE TO DEFECTIVE GAS CYLINDER BRACKET. ALSO, HAD THE ENGINE CHANGED FIVE YEARS AGO & DID NOT HAVE MILEAGE. *AK
