2000 CHEVROLET 12 PASSENGER EXPRESS VAN: ONE OF THE SEAT BELTS IN THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN REPLACED 3 TIMES AND CONTINUES TO MALFUNCTION BY LOCKING IN THE FULLY RETRACTED POSITION. THIS HAS CAUSED ONE PASSENGER TO RIDE WITHOUT A SEAT BELT ON A RETURN TRIP. CHEVROLET NO LONGER WILL HONOR THE WARRANTY ON THIS SAFETY RELATED PART. *JB
