I HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE BRAKES LOCKING UP ON THE CAR, FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES. I HAD TO HAVE THE CAR HAULED ON A ROLL BACK. I CALLED THE DEALER AND WAS TOLD NO ONE ELSE HAD A PROBLEM. THEN IT GOT TO THE POINT WHERE THE BRAKES WOULD GO COMPLETELY OUT ON THE CAR. WE TOOK IT TO SUTLIF CHEVROLET THEY KEPT THE CAR FOR THREE WEEKS AND DID NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THE FIRST WEEK I HAD TO PAY FOR A RENTAL CAR, THEN I CALLED THEM AND THEY GAVE ME A LONER. THEY HAD IT FOR THREE WEEKS AND IT STILL WAS NOT FIXED. I COULD NOT DRIVE THE CAR.
ENGINE IDLED VERY HIGH, CAUSING VEHICLE TO SUDDENLY ACCELERATE. ALSO, BRAKING SYSTEM MALFUNCTIONED, CAUSING EXTENDED STOPPING DISTANCE, AND THE ABS BRAKING LIGHT CAME ON. PLEASE PROVIDE FURTHER INFORMATION. *AK
I HAD MY BRAKES INSPECTED WHEN I COULD HEAR A SCRAPING SOUND AND WAS TOLD THAT THE FRONTS WERE CONSIDERABLY WORN AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED BUT THAT THE REAR CALIPERS DID NOT CLOSE PROPERLY CAUSING EXCESS WEAR ON THE FRONT BRAKES.
