THE GAS TANK ROTTED OUT FROM THE OUTSIDE IN. THE GAS TANK EXTENDS BEYOND THE BED OF THE TRUCK. WHEN BULK ITEMS SUCH AS MULCH ARE LOADED THEY FALL ON THE TANK AND BECOME LODGED BETWEEN THE TANK AND THE PLASTIC SAFETY SHIELD.
