Was taking an exit car felt like lose control and got hit with the sign pole on the exit. I have been complaining for the safety reasons and the location and other issues in car to onstar and Chevy for months. Went to Freeport Chevy dealer and changed oil, when I bought the car pre-approved but the when I went for the service they said no oil was changed since the car was new. And I have been paying for all the warranty and extended service but they said all oil change and others will cost approx $3200. They changed the oil but I have been seeing on the Chevy app filter was never changed and the car didn’t feel same after the service.
Valve body failed in Dec. 2024 and they replaced it. Valve body failed again in April 2025, they replaced it with new. Valve body failed again in Oct 2025, they said they will not replace it. The brakes locked up for a few seconds making a loud noise, it would not go in reverse which i showed the mechanic all three times, and it would not go over 35mph. they told me the new transmission they put in it in April of 2025, was not warrantied. This has been an on going issue since the original recall, and they refuse to fix it correctly. You will see from the documents, it has been in the shop 6 times in 10 months. now it sits in my yard because I don't want to get in a accident if it goes out while I'm driving. I can not go south for the winter like we usually do because of the truck. Chevy doesn't seem to want to fix the on going issue which was a recall.
While towing a camping trailer, the brakes for the trailer kept issuing a warning saying "connected" then "not connected - check trailer brake wiring". Then "trailer brake not connected". After a while the brake system stopped working entirely. The 30 amp fuse that controls the trailer braking system blows out. This fuse is not a common fuse and not available at some auto parts stores (not really convenient while towing away from home). Evidently there is a problem with the brake control module that is factory installed. The module does not like the charging system on the trailer battery. I have spent hundreds of dollars and many hours in different shops trying to trace down this problem. It is very unsafe to have the trailer brakes not work while driving. This faulty module needs to be recalled. Part # 23306694
The trailer brake controller goes off and on. A message in the truck reads trailer brakes off, trailer brakes on, check wiring. Repeats every 45 seconds or so. You never know when you have trailer brakes or not. Did not have trouble prior 3 years with a different truck? I saw 2022 trucks had a safety recall but my Vin was not included, which it should have. Very dangerous.
While driving, speed can vary, but yesterday we were going almost 50, and the transmission or brakes lock up which causes the back axel to lock up and the tire squeal, similar to slamming on the brakes. It caused my truck to sway side to side and scare the hell out of my son. Definitely not safe. The local dealer says it is a stuck valve or something. It has caused the engine light to come on multiple times, but will go off after 24 hours or so. But it keeps occurring. Happened 3 times on 7-8-25. Give a whiplash feeling to the body as well. One coded P0747 Transmission Solenoid Valve 1 Stuck on invalid configuration Other time was P0700 Transmission Control Module Requested Malfunction Please issue a recall so this can be resolved before an accident or injury occurs.
Driving across town, rear wheel lock up occurred. Feels like hitting a small tree. Scary situation. Whole truck is rocked.
Driving across town. Going around 30 mph. Through a busy intersection and the rear wheels locked up again. Sends a jolt to anyone in the vehicle. Causing a whiplash effect. Scary as hell. Seems to happen almost daily now. Very unsafe. Worried about myself and anyone behind me. Dealer and other mechanics described it as "momentary wheel lock up". Please issue a recall.
When accelerating, it started around 35 mph, I would be driving and it would feel like hitting a speed bump, even though there wasn't a speed bump. Over the past month, it has moved to about the 45 mph, and the rear wheels completely lock up for a second, cause the tires to "squeal" as if slamming on the brakes. It gives anyone in the vehicle a whiplash effect. Any loose items in the truck will go flying. It is a scary situation and I am worried it is going to cause damage to myself or my passengers or cause an accident. The term given to me by the dealer is "Momentary Rear Wheel Lock-Up". They were very familiar with the issue, but since my VIN wasn't on the recall, they wouldn't do anything. This has happened numerous times, starting back in early March. The issue has escaladed and gotten worse. The latest date is noted below.
2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 is unable recognize that it has been placed in park consistently, essentially trapping us in the vehicle until the "Shift to Park" error gets corrected. After shifting the vehicle into park and pressing the button to turn off the vehicle, an error comes up on the dash saying "Shift to Park". In order to clear this error and have the vehicle recognize that it is safely parked, we must turn the vehicle back on, put the vehicle in reverse or drive, and depress the gas pedal to move the vehicle slightly, shift the vehicle to park again, wait at least 30 seconds to a minute, and then finally press the button to turn off the vehicle. And we must repeat this anywhere from 3 to 15 times until the brakes safely engage to park the vehicle. I worry that the vehicle wont safely go into park and will roll away on its own. This is the same error that was reported for other GM models recently and is affecting the safety, reliability, usability, and longevity of this vehicle.
We have had several issues with our vehicle from early ownership, such as, (1) signal light goes from very fast blinking to working. We have taken it to the dealership and are told they cannot duplicate the issue. It seems to correct itself when you turn off the truck and turn it back on. (2) the digital screen about the steering wheel where all all your gauges are have gone completely black. I took it to the dealership and was told that they had to keep the truck until they could duplicate the issue, but again, turning off and then turning it back on seemed to help. Sometimes it works on the first restart, and others it takes a few times and longer times between restarts. (3) OnStar has stopped communicating with my vehicle about a year, year and half in. (4) Google maps has never worked. (5) Remote starts works sometimes. (6) Auto-shut off works sometimes. (7) Air Conditioner started having issues last summer. We have to turn off and on the vehicle or rev up the engine so that it will kick in. This works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. (7) ESC and traction control lights came on, the truck starts shaking, and brakes locked. Truck had to be towed to nearest dealership. The truck only had 12K miles when this happened. (8) Around the same mileage, an injector had to be replaced. (9) Now at 52K miles, we have the ESC, traction control, and check engine light again. Truck is shaking, feels like the gears are slipping when you press on gas, and has white smoke coming from the mufflers. These issues have been report to both local dealership and GM corporate office. these issues have left us stranded 300 miles from home and has left us without air conditioner in 3-digit weather when we had our grandbaby with us.
Service brake assist message on dash, with check engine light. Brakes are almost useless takes excessive force to get vehicle to stop. Resets after being parked and restarted. has happened several times but will not replicate a dealer. Started with less then 2500 miles on the truck.
Vehicle emergency/parking brake actuators failed which could allow the vehicle to roll-away unexpectedly or render this safety braking system inoperable in time of emergency. There is a TSB number PIT 5662G, dated March 25, 2022 that covers testing to confirm defective actuators. This is a known defect to Chevrolet and as it impacts a vehicle operating safety system should be subject to a recall.
While driving at highway speeds, the vehicle has spontaneously locked up the front brakes/wheels three separate times. All three times have been at 55- 65mph and have completely locked up the front brakes leaving tire marks on the pavement. No Automated Braking System engaged, just full lock up. No warning lights or OBD codes and the dealer mechanics can find nothing wrong.
Brake failure warning notification and brakes went soft without warning. Almost rear ended vehicle in front of me.
When my windshield wipers and headlights have been on for an extended period of time, they tend to cut out. My lights will flicker one time and my windshield wipers freeze for a brief second. Also my vehicle has around 36,000mi and recently a “monitor brake pads” has popped up. I have looked at my brakes and they have plenty of life left. I am not sure what to do. My truck should not be “glitching” and having electrical problems, especially with the amount of money it costs.
A wire box fell down from behind the dash, and landed behind the brake pedal. This created a severe emergency situation in that the brake pedal could not be depressed at a traffic light, almost causing a car accident. The dealership explained that they have seen this problem before, but it's not a current recall, but should be. I've also been in contact with GM Customer Care [XXX] INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
Started my truck and drove off. 10 seconds later all of the lights on instrument cluster came on and displayed steering assist reduced the. It said service brake assist. My brakes weee very spongy and hardly worked luckily I was only driving 20 mph and no one was in front of me. I had to disconnect battery and reconnect to fix the problem. What if I was on the highway doing 70 mph and had to hit my brakes suddenly. Someone or multiple people could have been injured. This truck has 13,000 miles on and it’s a year old. I have ready many reports online of this happening in earlier models. How can car manufactures get away with this ?
Engine stalled at highway speed 50mpr, disabled brakes, and steering. I coasted to a stop with absolutely no power. Engine would not restart for 2 minutes. No Engine lights or codes present but warning on dash read service trailer brake system disabled. I drifted to a stop with no brakes at all or power steering. We were not hauling any trailers and no trailer was connected. This was the scariest event I've ever experienced driving. Very unhappy when they're was no reason to stall. Gas tank was half full.
While drive 70mph on the highway the service steering column lock message displayed and the steering column locked. The service traction control warning displayed and vehicle traction control system began malfunctioning and tires began locking up. Break system failure message displayed, vehicle lost power to functional breaking capability. Trailer breaks disabled warding displayed, service required. Service ECS message displayed. Control of vehicle was lost, was able to naturally decrease speed and no accidents occurred. During this time, all control of breaking system was lost and steering function was lost. There was minimal traffic and I was able to turn my hazards on. Vehicle came to a complete stop in the right lane of the highway which could have cause a fatal crash. Intermittent steering functionality resumed after vehicle stopped allowing my to drive 5 mph to the exit ramp to move to safety. During this time, break system was not operational and potentially could have continued to cause an accident.
I was driving at about 40 mph and went to brake and the brake pedal went to the floor with multiple lights appearing on the dash including a warning "brake system failure max speed 43 mph" as well as "service ESC". The brake light went on as well as the ABS light and the check engine light. Brakes were not fully functional and were like old manual brakes that you had to press hard on to slow down. I was fearful getting back to the house. Multiple warnings appeared on my Chevy app. Today I started to move in the driveway to clean up as I am taking to dealer tomorrow. All lights are off and the brakes now appear to work. The warnings are off of the app now (curious as to why for such a potentially lethal event) I have screenshots of the dash warnings but neglected to get a screenshot in the app. My fear is that the dealer will blow this off and the app shows all is good only to leave me drive this for them go out again. This is a signifivant safety issue for Chevy (and for my family)
The vehicle starter began malfunctioning, upon having that repaired by the dealership the brakes on the truck failed while underway. The dealership subsequently replaced the fuse panel and said it was resolved, that was in November 2022. The starter again began having problems engaging yesterday.
While driving the truck, something electrical seems to "reset" and upon that occurring, the brakes and other things quit working. This has happened in this truck twice within the last 10,000 miles. The dealership "resets the electrical system" and the truck runs fine for a period of time, but it has happened twice that the brakes have failed while going down the road.
Manufacturer and dealership cannot resolve active recalls because the vehicle does not have the part (sports bar with chimsl accessories high brake light) marked in the recall. Vehicle was ordered with the accessory on the window sticker but it did not fit properly and due to this was removed from the truck. Dealership refuses to resolve the recall even though the part does not exist on the truck.
Integrated trailer brake failure. Pugged in trailer and received message stated trailer brake failure, needs service
When pulling a travel trailer with electric trailer brakes, the trucks trailer brake control switch disengages. While pulling our new travel trailer home from the dealership I tested the trailer brakes prior to leaving the camper dealers lot and the trailer brakes work with both the manual switch and the trucks brake pedal. But while traveling down the highway and braking with the foot pedal the truck emitted an audible alert tone but by the time that I looked at the dash the visual message had already disappeared. While traveling this happened a few more times before I was finally able to read the alert notification on the dash in time to read the there was a trailer brake fault and the electronic trailer brake controller had been disabled. The trailer I was pulling was well within the trucks TWR rated capacity, but yet heavier than the truck. Luckily I finally figured out what was going on and did not need to brake hard and was able to get my trailer to our nearby destination. Had I have been aware that there could be a trailer brake controller problem I would have never made this trip with my truck and trailer and risked incident. At no point in my truck purchasing process or during ownership have I ever been notified that my truck could have trailer braking problems. Had there been a situation where I needed to stop fast it could have resulted in catastrophy. Chevrolet needs to inform owners of this potential safety issue immediately. After the fact, I came across multiple articles stating that GM has issued a service bulletin for the problem, but apparently will only be addressed at the time of customer complaint. I did call the dealership where I purchased my truck and was informed at that time of the service bulletin. My truck has since been to the repair shop to have the trailer brake control switch replaced and trailer brakes are currently functioning properly.
7500 oil change, tire rotation multi vehicle inspection appt. With issues. - didn't do oil change/inspection. Because of major issue with transmission/engine. Vehicle running rough, happens at idle or while driving. Sounds lik it will stall. When u put vehicle in gear drive or reverse vehicle lunges towards direction its in gear. Radio lights on dash decide to dim on their own, shuts off on its own. Will not let u adjust dimness you must shut off for it to re light up which is a 50/50 chance. Going over bumps loud noise coming from rear, vehicle does get squirmy when you hit a large bump. Large loud whinging noise upon acceleration. Intermittent issue with key fobs usually spare key not found on dash. Still. Diagnosis papers attached. It is a balance shift gear crank shaft case; they have to remove the transmission and the engine completely from my truck and replace parts! Takes over 1.5 for parts to get delivered, plus they will have my vehicle for 7 days plua approx to do repair. But for now they told me it's cool that I drove it still with crank shaft and balance gear shift issues! They cannot do 7500 mile oil change as they have to remove the engine and they want to wait to do oil so its not wasted when they have to rip engine out. All other issues will be address once this issue is fixed because they are hoping that these problems are solved with the major repair. Tsb# 23-NA-015.
I own a 2022 Silverado 1500. I purchased this truck for the purpose of towing my 20ft. trailer, when connecting to my trailer within a few minutes a message comes on trailer brakes disabled service required, i connected to other trailers an get the same message.I took truck back to dealership and they confirmed there’s a problem with truck i was told from service manager that GM is aware of problem but as of now there is no fix, I called GM and was told the same, this is totally unacceptable and dangerous
Trailer brakes disable with any trailer being plugged into. GM has a service bulletin but no fix. It is not a plug issue either. I have tried 7 different trailers on my truck.
When connected to a trailer with trailer brakes, the driver information center displays a message check trailer brakes when I apply the brakes. After usually the 3rd brake application the driver information center displays a message-Trailer Brake Disabled. Local certified chevy dealer tested the brake components on a computer and verified it is the truck that has issues. They also stated there is no fix at this time and that Chevrolet has known about the issue. Our dealership said to drive it without them, that is irresponsible. My vehicle is available for inspection at any time. This is very dangerous and the truck should not be driven while towing a trailer. This is a continuous issue and not intermittent.
I was traveling on Highway at 70mph and all of the sudden heard and odd noise. Throttle gave up everything was dampened. Stealing and brakes did not work. Several warnings went off which I have pictures and video of all. I got to the side of highway thank god safely. I place the truck in park and the lights & warnings remained on. I turned the truck off. Waited a moment and restarted. All warnings were gone and truck acted as normal. LET ME BE VERY CLEAR THIS COULD HAVE BEEN CATASTROPHIC.
Error message states, trailer brakes disabled service required As your towing truck will disable trailer breaks took to gm dealer and simply stated there is no fix right now. This is unsafe when in tow to not have trailer breaks. Gm know and dealer hasn't fixed new truck tons of gm bulletin on this issue.
When connected to a trailer with trailer brakes, the driver information center displays a message check trailer brakes when I apply the brakes. After usually the 3rd brake application the driver information center displays a message. Service trailer brakes. Trailer brakes disengage. Local certified chevy dealer tested the brake components on a computer and verified it is the truck that has issues. They also stated there is no fix at this time. My vehicle is available for inspection at any time. This is very dangerous and the truck should not be driven while towing a trailer. This is a continuous issue and not intermittent.
I had several issues prior to this incident where certain sensors and features were not operating. The incident occurred while I was driving on the highway, I randomly lost my braking ability and my dash lit of saying my brakes had failed. I then tried to push on the brakes and even push the e brake button and got no response. Fortunately, there was no traffic as I was going 75 mph and could’ve been killed. I had to coast to a stop.
Trailer Brake Controller, yes available for inspection Randomly deactivates Trailer brake controller, Causing hard stopping when needed. Yes problem can be reproduced - has been confirmed by GM, they say they have no fix. Yes unit has been inspected by certified GM dealer, They say there is not a fix. Warning lamp came on same time, it quit working.
My truck randomly stops activating the trailer brakes! This is a major safety problem! They are not doing anything to fix it!
The integrated trailer braking system will function momentarily and then disable entirely while towing a trailer. This is extremely dangerous as it will not allow the vehicle to come safely to a stop if needed. Emergency braking would be greatly hindered without functioning trailer brakes. GM knows of this problem and "Does not have a fix". See attached dealer description. This is not an isolated incident. See attached link https://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/260521-2022-silverado-faulty-trailer-brake-controller-and-buggy-camera-when-trailer-connected/
Trailer brake system is not working. Vehicle is reporting trouble code C159C and is subject to service bulletin PIT5948A per the dealership. The latest update states “GM is aware of the issue and is working on a resolution”. The latest update is almost 3 months ago. I have an active case with GM on this. Case sr:9-8884642509. They gave me a $300 credit to my Chevrolet account to purchase chevy parts however I want my truck working. Not being able to use the trailer brake system is very dangerous when towing and the fact that this is a $60,000 truck that I literally bought to tow my camper and can’t even tow with it safely defeats the purpose of my paying for this truck.
Purchased 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 new on 10/4/2022. First used to tow on 10/7/2022 with less than 500 miles from new on vehicle. I hooked up our brand new camper (1 month old 2022 Grand Design Imagine) to the truck and the integrated trailer brake controller for the first time and a message appeared on DIC stating "Trailer Brakes Disabled Service Required" and the trailer brakes disengaged. Restarted vehicle and the message west away, only to come back on the first time I applied the brakes. Dealership service department has been helpful in as much as they have evaluated both my truck and the camper. Found the truck integrated brake controller was not communicating properly and had a DTC of C159C. Dealership tested camper trailer brakes and found them to be working properly (as expected). Dealership service department states GM knows about this issue and has no known correction to the issue. They are keeping an open service ticket on this issue. In the interim the dealership service department has installed an aftermarket trailer brake controller so I do have trailer brakes until GM solves the issue.
When driving with a trailer connected to the truck, the DIC displays Trailer Brake Disabled Service required. Power to trailer brakes immediately ceases and the truck brakes are left to stop the truck and trailer. This is extremely dangerous for heavy loads at high speeds. Almost caused an accident due to this issue. Unable to use truck to tow out of fear for safety. Trailer was tested and inspected. Trailer was also used by another truck with no issue. Connected the truck to a different trailer with brakes and the problem replicated with the other trailer.
The integrated trailer brake system will quit working mid tow. The warning something along the line of "service trailer brake, trailer brakes disabled" comes on and at that point I no longer have use of the trailer brakes while towing. This is very unsafe as I am regularly towing 4000-6000lbs. GM does not have a solution to the problem at this time and has been no help resolving the issue. I have been told "hopefully there will be a solution soon."
Started vehicle and all of the brake system warning lights were on. Vehicle stated that I could drive 43 mph with limited braking ability and limited steering. Basically the power assisted brakes and steering would not work. The vehicle was parked at my place of employment. Called the dealer to ask for suggestions. Ask discussing it we decided to take it to the dealership. That was a good idea as there was not enough braking power to stop the pick up in an emergency situation. It took all I could to get it to stop. Pedal to the floor and hold it tight. The Service Manager decided it should stay as driving it was terribly dangerous. I was told it needed a new ECS. The vehicle shouldn't be driven in this state. What if this was to happen on the highway while pulling a trailer. This would put the driver, passengers and others at severe risk. Something needs to happen. Once it's fixed do I even trust it anymore?? GM KNOWS ABOUT IT
My 2022 Silverado is affected by a couple different electronic safety issues. The first one has to do with the trailering system. When I have trailer connected that has electronic brakes on it, the vehicle gives an error message and then shuts the break control off. When this happens the trailer does not assist the truck in breaking when the pedal is pressed. The truck has to do all the work to stop not only itself, but the weight of the trailer as well. I found this out while towing my camper that weighs approximately 7500lbs. This is very dangerous and unsafe. The GM dealership has verified this issue and gave me a bulletin that came from GM that states that they are aware of the issue and they do not no what is causing it or how to fix it. I also have issues with my smaller trailers that have no brakes. When connected, the vehicle will give me random error messages about the trailer lighting. When this happens the trailer lights flash without me pressing the brakes or using turnsignals. This also is a huge safety issue. People following me may not know if I am turning or stopping, which could lead to an accident. The dealership also confirmed this issue and they believe it may be tied to the other issue outlined in GMs bulletin. The bulletin doesn't say anything about trailer lights, so the dealership has no clue on what is causing it or how to fix it. The last issue is with the back up camera. It goes out periodically while backing up. This can lead to me hitting someone or something that I may not see in my mirrors. My vehicle is a truck and is pretty large. The backup camera is there to help in backing safety. The dealership did confirm this issue with a code in the computer, but they couldn't get it to replicate while it was in the shop so they are unable to get solution to fix it. I have to wait until it completely goes bad or GM releases a bulletin. I know I'm not the only one with this issue. It is documented on a few forums. I have a case with GM.
GM is rolling trucks off the production line with a known trailer brake controller fault. This issue causes the truck to lock out the trailer braking function immediately after applying braking with a trailer attached. This causes stopping distance to be dramatically increased resulting in greater risk of an accident. GM needs to correct this issue before loss of life occurs. This seems to be wide spread. https://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=166822&key=85381e43bf444ec4cbd8ddc48e53190b
While towing a 7500lb trailer the trailer brakes quit working. The module says trailer brakes disconnected. Servive teailer brakes. Gm dealer diagnosed, said they are aware of the problem. Issued a bulletin PIT5948A. But there is no fix available. This could kill someone.
The contact owns a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The contact stated that the trailer braking system failure warning light was illuminated. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer who diagnosed that there was an integrated trailer brake system failure. The vehicle had not been repaired due to the manufacturer not having a fix for the failure. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 1,750.
Mileage: 1,750
On 11/10/2022 I was driving in moderate to heavy traffic at low speed; approximately twenty (20) mph. I applied the brakes and immediately experienced a hard pedal coupled with some pulsating. I pressed the pedal as hard as I could as there was traffic stopped in front of me. At the same time every warning light illuminated on the dashboard. My truck stopped just short of colliding with the other vehicle in front of me. The message displayed on the dash read “Brake System Failure” followed by a second message which read “Trailer Brake Failure”, and then an additional message that read “Do not exceed 42 mph”. Fortunately there was a Chevy dealership nearby. I drove the vehicle at very low speed to their service department and currently wait a diagnosis. My Chevrolet app also sent me a text at the time of the incident which read “Diagnostic Alert: Service the Antilock Braking System in your 2022 Silverado within 1 day”. My experience is similar to another incident which was reported to your agency in September of this year involving the same model truck. Note: I was not pulling a trailer at the time of the incident.
This vehicle has integrated electric brake system. After hooking up Homesteader Hercules trailer, went through all settings, adjusted brake gain, brakes worked for 1 minute, then alert appeared "trailer brakes disabled" "service trailer brake system". This is an ugent issue; the trailer is a 6x12 dual axle and the electric brakes are essential. The Silverado ZR2 is a heavy truck, but depending on only the truck brakes on wet pavement could be disastrous! The dealership has been notified and will run a diagnostic check on it. But, one of the reasons I purchased this truck is the fact it came with the electric brake control system factory installed. (ZR2 only has 237 miles on it currently)
As I was driving my vehicle on 9/12 the truck reported a brake system failure and I lost power to my brakes. I was able to pull over at the gas station and call the dealership. They said they couldn’t assist because they didn’t know what the issue was. I called a tow truck and had it towed to the dealer. They had my truck for 8 days and replaced the brake module and gave me back my truck. I noticed that the truck had only moved 1 mile from the time I left it at the dealer. NO ONE TEST DROVE THE VEHICLE prior to giving it back to me. As I was driving home on 9/20 my brakes failed again and I lost power. The dashboard read “Brake system failure “. I called the dealer and this time they towed the vehicle. They said they are replacing the entire master cylinder but I don’t have faith that this will solve the issue. I’ve heard of other Chevy Silverado’s with the same issue at the dealer in Saint cloud and OBT. I’ve reported this to GM HQ and it doesn’t seem like there is a sense of urgency or that they care about the safety concerns I have with this truck… I do not feel safe in that vehicle and need your help. The first file is from 9/12 and the second file is from 9/20. See attached
Was driving and all the lights came on check engine light, ABS, parking brake light and traction control all came on at once. The RMP went up and wouldn’t shift gears and We wasnt able to stop or even steer. The steering wheel got really hard. We turned the truck off and turned it back on all the lights went off expect the check engine light. Once we got home we turned off again and turned it back on and the check engine light came off. I also have a video of everything happening just wasn’t able to load.
