AS THE CONSUMER PULLED OVER TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE THE PASSENGER SIDE REAR TIRE BLEWOUT. THE BLOWOUT DAMAGED THE RIGHT REAR QUARTER PANEL, MUFFLER, MUFFLER SUPPORT AND TAIL PIPE. IT APPEAR TO THE CONSUMER THAT THE TIRE TREAD SEPARATED AND CAUSED THE TIRE TO BLOWOUT. *NM
