There is an electrical problem with driver side door harness which causes my car not to start causing me to have to keep replacing the fuel pump from malfunction of ground wires leading to the fuel pump and ECU from what I am told

DRIVER CONTINUED TO ATTEMPT TO STOP THE VEHICLE BY REPEATEDLY HITTING THE BRAKE PEDAL, BUT WITH NO SUCCESS. PASSENGER IN VEHICLE REPORTED SEEING DRIVERS FOOT ON THE BRAKE.
