REAR BRAKES BECAME INOPERATIVE. THE LEFT REAR AXLE SEAL WAS FOUND TO BE LEAKING TRANSAXLE FLUID AND CONTAMINATING THE LEFT REAR BRAKE SHOES. BRAKE FAILURE COULD HAVE RESULTED IN ACCIDENT, INJURY AND POSSIBLE DEATH. LOCAL SERVICE GARAGE REPLACED LEFT AXLE SEALS AND BEARINGS. REPLACEMENT WAS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. *TR

PEDAL RETURNS TO NORMAL AFTER CAR WARMS UP. FIRST OCCURRED ON 1-16-04, BROUGHT CAR TO DEALER WHO FOUND NOTHING WRONG, HAPPENED AGAIN 1-26-04. BRINGING CAR BACK TO DEALER TODAY. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS PROBLEM. *JB

ALSO THE AIR CONDITIONING HAS THIS ODOR THAT IS REALLY NASTY TO SMELL WHEN YOU FIRST TURN ON THE UNIT. THE BRAKE PADS HAVE BEEN REPLACED TWICE WITHIN THE LAST YEAR AND THE ROTORS HAVE BEEN REPLACED AS WELL. DT
