While driving at approximately 60 MPH on a highway, the vehicle suddenly lost motive power, stalled, and entered "limp mode," shifting into neutral or a low gear unexpectedly. This failure caused a rapid deceleration in high-speed traffic, effectively disabling the vehicle and creating an immediate safety hazard and risk of collision. The engine stalled completely, requiring the vehicle to be coasted to the emergency shoulder. After a key cycle, the vehicle restarted but the check engine light remained illuminated. Independent diagnostic scanning retrieved Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) U0018 (Medium Speed CAN Communication Bus Short) and P0894 (Transmission Component Slipping). These specific codes and symptoms (intermittent electrical short causing stall/shift-to-neutral) are identical to the safety defects addressed in NHTSA Recall 15V-470 (FCA Recall R24 - Power Distribution Center Electrical Connector) and NHTSA 16V-529 (FCA Recall S55 - Transaxle Wiring Harness). Although records indicate Recall R24 was marked as "completed" on this vehicle in July 2015, the specific safety defect has recurred, presenting the exact same failure mode. The Authorized Dealer was contacted regarding the recurrence of this safety defect but refused to perform a no-charge inspection, citing an expired repair warranty. The Manufacturer (FCA US LLC) was also contacted to report the recurring safety failure but refused to open a case or authorize a diagnostic inspection, despite the life-threatening nature of the defect. The component and vehicle are available for inspection. The failure has not been resolved.

Any time I am coming to a stop from 40/45 mph the car would accelerate although I am breaking! This is not safe. It happens randomly while driving I could be in traffic and it will accelerate soon as I put my foot on the break.

The contact had to depress the brake pedal very forcefully to stop the vehicle from accelerating. The contact stated that while her sister was driving the vehicle, she also experienced the failure. Additionally, the vehicle failed to accelerate over 40 MPH. The transmission service message was displayed. The contact became aware that the speedometer continued to decrease. The vehicle was towed to the local dealer, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was unknown.

With cruise control on going down hill the cruise control will cause the RPM's to race and my 16 year old has the push hard on his brakes to get it to release. This could end up causing him to crash. Apparently it is an ongoing issue with this make and model. Please help. Thank you.

The contact owns a 2015 Chrysler 200. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the vehicle would hesitate for five to 10 seconds before accelerating. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. Additionally, the contact stated that the engine would start shaking as if it was loose from the motor mounts, causing the entire vehicle to shake. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact slowed down; however, the vehicle continued to shake. The failure had become more constant. The contact had not taken the vehicle to be diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 119,000.

I have had my 2015 Chrysler 200 for about a year now and ever since I have had it. it has acted weird. Evetime I am driving down a hill at a slow pace, i loose power as if my car just switched to Neutral. It also jerks a lot when I am stopped on a hill going up and I start to go, then it will jerk like its delayed in the gears. I am very concerned for my safety. I have seen other recalls similar to this and I am hoping we can get this one on a recall as well. I have not had my car inspected yet because I cant afford it.

My car is not shifting correctly after the recent recall for a software update. My engine light came on the very next day. The problem happens mostly on the highway as I try to accelerate. My car runs between 3500-4500 RPMs on the highway unless I am going downhill. I have to keep letting off the gas in order for the car to shift. I am not entering the highway at a safe speed because my car will not go. I am afraid this is going to cause a wreck. I am not sure if this is along the same problem, but my remote start stopped working correctly at the same time. I can start it with the remote, but it will only stay on for about 10 seconds, this is also NOT due to being low on gas. I called the dealer about this issue but they want to charge $150 to even look at the car.

The contact owns a 2015 Chrysler 200. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle, the front passenger’s side air bag warning light would remain illuminated and would turn off and on without a passenger being in the seat. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who replaced the electrical wiring, but the failure reoccurred. Also, while attempting to accelerate from a stationary position, the accelerator pedal needed to be depressed almost to the floor before the vehicle responded. Occasionally, the vehicle experienced unintended acceleration and the vehicle would suddenly lurch forward. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 53,000.

Cruise Control will randomly accelerate or decrease speed. Transmission won’t shift properly run high rpms then jump and eventually shift. Air bag constantly is pulling messages. Electrical and engine stalls.

While driving, my car will accelerate when depressing the brake. If cruise control is set to say 60 mph, the car will continue to accelerate well after the desired speed has been reached. When pressing the brake to disengage cruise control, the car will still try to accelerate for about 10 seconds, even while depressing the brake. I'm not sure if that is related to this, or if it is a separate issue, but my car will also stall out when coming to a stop or slowing down, especially if braking hard. When the engine stalls, power steering and braking are also lost. My car has stalled several times in the middle of intersections, on a busy highway coming to a red light or slowing down because of a hazard in front of me, and at stop signs. I also check my oil regularly, and do routine oil changes. When I check the oil, and when I have my oil changed, the oil level is almost ALWAYS low, and has even been completely empty a couple times. I've confirmed that there is no leaking under the car. Sometimes I smell burnt oil coming from my car. I fill the oil up, and less than a month, and the oil is almost gone. More worrisome to me, is the fact that even though the oil was completely empty, my oil light never came on. So it was by luck that I checked the oil and noticed that it was empty because I wouldn't have otherwise known. My check engine light will come on from time to time, and I have it checked for the codes each time. The following are the codes that have shown up every single time: P2172; U1424; P106A

AS I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY ON SEPTEMBER 12, 2020, I NOTICED THAT MY STEERING WHEEL WAS HARD TO TURN SUDDENLY AND MY GAS PEDAL AND BRAKE PEDAL WERE NOT WORKING PROPERLY. THE CAR WOULD NOT MOVE MUCH AND IT WOULDN'T STOP PROPERLY. SOME LIGHTS LIT UP ON MY DASH BOARD. I BROUGHT MY CAR INTO THE SHOP A FEW DAYS LATER. THE MECHANIC HOOKED MY CAR TO A MACHINE AND NOTHING WAS REALLY SHOWING. HE DID SOMETHING TO RESET MY DASHBOARD ALERTS AND SAID THAT IF IT CONTINUED TO BRING IT BACK. IT DID CONTINUE, SO HE ORDERED NEW COILS FOR MY CAR. I BROUGHT THE CAR BACK IN ON SEPTEMBER 29, 2020 FOR REPAIR. THE MECHANIC RECHECKED MY CAR AND HE FOUND METAL FLAKES IN THE OIL THAT HE DRAINED FROM MY TRANSMISSION. HE SAID THAT IS NOT NORMAL FOR REGULAR WEAR AND TEAR.

WE TURNED ONTO A MAIN ROAD AND WE WERE IN FRONT OF TRAFFIC DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD. WE HAD TO APPLY THE BRAKES DUE TO SOMEONE CUTTING US OFF, THEN WHEN WE TRIED TO ACCELERATE AGAIN IT SHUT OFF AND SAID SHIFT TO PARK WHILE WE WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF A BUSY ROAD. THE CAR BEHIND US ALMOST CRASHED INTO US AND HAD TO SWERVE AWAY FROM US. WE HAD NO CONTROL OVER OUR VEHICLE, ALL WE COULD DO IS TRY TO GET THE CAR TO TURN BACK ON, TO GET OUT OF TRAFFIC. FRIDAY MORNING ON FEBRUARY 28TH 2020 I WAS DRIVING MY CHRYSLER 200 TO WORK. I WAS ON A BUSY STREET THAT NAVIGATES THROUGH DOWNTOWN WHERE I WORK AT. THE SPEED LIMIT IS 35MPH. AS I WAS CONTINUING TO DRIVE DOWN THE ROAD MY CAR SHUT OFF MID DRIVE . I LOST CONTROL OF MY POWER STEERING AS WELL AS MY BREAKS. A CAR THAT WAS DRIVING BEHIND ME ALMOST REAR ENDED ME DUE TO THE LACK OF WARNING FOR THE ABRUPT STOP . THIS WAS A VERY TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE, GOING FROM 35 MPH TO 0 MPH , WITH NO CONTROL OF THE WHEEL OR BREAKS , I COULDN'T DO ANYTHING BUT LET THE CAR COAST AND WAVE MY HANDS OUT THE DRIVERS WINDOW TO SIGNAL CARS BEHIND ME TO SLOW DOWN AND NOT HIT ME. MY CAR CAME TO A COMPLETE STOP IN THE MIDDLE OF AN INTERSECTION, WHERE I BLOCKED BUSY TRAFFIC FOR OVER 45 MINUTES WAITING ON THE TOW TRUCK I HAD TO CALL . THE CAR WOULDN'T START BACK UP WHEN I TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO RESTART IT AS THE CAR WAS STUCK IN NEUTRAL WITH BLINKING LIGHTS APPEARING ON THE DASHBOARD TELLING ME TO PUT THE CAR IN PARK , WHICH I COULDN'T BECAUSE THE GEARS LOCKED UP AND WOULDN'T MOVE. THE VEHICLE TO FLIPPED OVER. THE AIR BAGS DEPLOYED UPON IMPACT. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT SUFFERED SCRAPES AND BRUISES AS A RESULT OF THE VEHICLE FLIPPING OVER. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE RESIDENCE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. A DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED NOR INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. DURING THE PAST 2 MONTHS THE CAR STARTED TURNING OFF JUST MINUTES AFTER WE DROVE IT OFF THE PARKING LOT. AT NIGHT THE CAR WOULD BE LEFT OVERNIGHT PARKED LIKE ANY OTHER REGULAR CAR. THEN ME AND MY SPOUSE WOULD WARM UP THE CAR BEFORE WE WOULD HEAD TO WORK AND THEN WE WOULD DRIVE OFF. THE CAR WOULD WARM UP AFTER WE TURNED IT ON AND IT WOULD WORK GOOD, IT WOULD NOT DIE. UNTIL WE ACTUALLY CHANGED GEARS AND TURNED TO DRIVE IT OFF THE PARKING LOT WE WOULD DRIVE OFF A FEW STREETS AND IT WOULD COMPLETELY DIE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREETS ATLEAST A F3 OR 4 DAYS OUT OF THE 7 DAY WEEK. WE CHANGED THE BATTERY ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO AND WE WENT BACK TO AUTOZONE BUT THEY TESTED THE BATTERY AND SAID IT WAS 100% CHARGED SO THE ISSUE WASN'T THE BATTERY. WE WENT TO THE DEALER BUT THEY WERE TRYING TO CHARGE US OVER 1,000 BECAUSE OF A VACUUM CHANGE IN THE SYSTEM THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CAR DYING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET. IT'S BEEN 2 MONTHS ALREADY AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. USUALLY IT SHUTS OFF WHEN WE DECELERATE THE CAR NOT ACCELERATE

1) POWER TRAIN-WHILE TRAVELING ON INTERSTATE AT 65MPH THE TRANSMISSION POPS OUT OF GEAR. I HAD TO PULL OVER PUT THE CAR IN PARK AND THEN BACK TO DRIVE BEFORE IT WOULD GO. IT ALSO HAPPENED WHEN I WAS PULLING AWAY FROM A STOP SIGN MAKING A RIGHT TURN IT POPPED OUT OF GEAR AND WOULDN'T GO. I DRIFTED TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD STOPPED, WENT TO PARK AND BACK TO DRIVE. THE CAR ACTS CONFUSED FORM TIME TO TIME. FROM A STOP POSITION AT TAKE OFF THE TRANSMISSION JERKS AND THEN THUMPS BEFORE IT GOES INTO GEAR. 2). I DID GET IT RELEASED ONCE THE RPM'S SETTLED DOWN. IT HAS HAPPEN SEVERAL TIMES AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN THE MOUNTAINS AND ON FLAT GROUND. 3) THE HEAD LIGHTS ARE THE WORST LIGHTS I'VE EVER SEEN ON A CAR. WHEN GOING DOWN THE ROAD YOU MAY HAVE 30 FT. THAT YOU CAN SEE IN FRONT OF YOU. WHEN GOING UP AND INCLINE WHAT SO EVER. YOUR VISIBILITY FROM THE HEADLIGHT IS APPROXIMATELY 20 FOOT IN FRONT OF YOU. TERRIBLE HEADLIGHTS. ITS SCARY GOING UP ANY INCLINE NOT BEING ABLE TO SEE WHAT'S 25 FOOT IN FRONT OF YOU. ALL OF THESE ISSUES HAVE BEEN REPORTED AT MY DEALERSHIP. VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL. I'VE REPORTED THIS BEFORE AND CHRYSLER INSISTS OUR VEHICLE DOES NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM NOR IT IS INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. LUCKILY SHE HAS BEEN IN THE VEHICLE BEFORE WHEN THIS HAS HAPPENED AND SHE THOUGHT QUICKLY TO MOVE THE VEHICLE INTO NEUTRAL AND APPLIED THE BRAKE WHICH RELEASED THE CRUISE CONTROL AND ALLOWED HER TO GET HER COMPOSURE BACK. IT WAS A CLOSE AND SCARY CALL FOR HER. THE CAR ENGINE KEEPS ON STALLING WHILE IT IS IN MOTION. THE CAR SUDDENLY STOPS WHILE I AM DRIVING IT. THERE ARE NO WARNING LIGHTS, VISUAL CUES OR SOUNDS TO INDICATE ANY PROBLEM. AS A RESULT, THE CAR'S POWER STEERING BECOMES INOPERABLE. THE SPEED OF THE CAR VARIES AT THE TIME OF EACH INCIDENT. EACH TIME THIS INCIDENT HAS HAPPENED, THE CAR HAS BECOME DISABLED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET. THERE HAVE BEEN 5 INCIDENTS THIS PAST MONTH. SO FAR, THE CAR HAS BEEN ABLE TO RESTART AFTER PUTTING THE CAR IN PARK AND AFTER A COUPLE OF ATTEMPTS OF PUSHING THE START BUTTON ALONG WITH STEPPING ON THE BRAKES. THEN AFTER THE CAR PICKED UP SPEED THE WHOLE CAR LOCKED UP STEERING WHEEL WOULD NOT TURN OR ANYTHING AND THE CAR ENDED UP HITTING A WALL. THE INDEPENDENT MECHANIC INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VEHICLE WAS SOLD 'AS IS' AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO A MUFFLER SHOP TO REPAIR THE AIR BAG AND THE STEERING. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR BAG AND THE STEERING WERE REPAIRED, BUT SHE WAS NOT INFORMED OF WHAT WAS COMPLETED TO REPAIR THE FAILURES. THE FAILURES RECURRED A MONTH LATER. THE CONTACT CALLED THE DEALER BACK AND WAS INFORMED TO GO BACK TO THE SELLER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. AFTER THIS INCIDENT THE ONCE INTERMITTENT ISSUES BEGAN TO OCCUR FREQUENTLY. VERY ROUGH SHIFTING, FAR BEYOND WHAT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED NORMAL. CAR BEGAN TO THROW ITSELF INTO NEUTRAL WHEN REVERSING OR DRIVING ON PUBLIC ROADS NORMALLY. LOUD UNNATURAL, (SOUNDS LIKE ITS HAVING A VERY HARD TIME COMPLETING THE NORMAL MECHANICAL MOTION) CLUNK CAN BE HEARD MUCH LOUDER THEN WHAT IT SHOULD BE. AFTER THIS CONTINUED WHILE TRYING TO COMPLETE A NORMAL WORKDAY COMMUTE THE VEHICLE WENT INTO AND STAYED IN 2ND OR 3RD GEAR(BASED ON SPEED THRESHOLD). BEGAN TO RESEARCH RECALLS, A MAJOR RECALL FOR THESE EXACT ISSUES WAS ISSUED AND THE DEALER LISTED ONE OF THEM AS COMPLETE BASED ON 'INSPECTION' INSTEAD OF REPLACING A MAJOR COMPONENT WITH THE ISSUE, THE TRANSAXEL ASSEMBLY. ALL OF THE ISSUES OCCURRING COINCIDE WITH THIS AND ONE OTHER RECALL. THE OTHER RECALL WAS LISTED AS 'REPAIRED'. NOW I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY THIS ORGANIZATION (NHTSA) THAT SOME 2015 CHRYSLER 200 VEHICLES ARE BEING RECALLED FOR THIS EXACT ISSUE THAT I PREVIOUSLY COMPLAINED ABOUT. I CONTACTED CHRYSLER AND ASSUMING I WOULD BE ABLE TO GET IT REPAIRED. I WAS BY TWO SEPARATE CHRYSLER EMPLOYEES THAT MY VIN IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. EVEN THOUGH I PREVIOUSLY COMPLAINED ABOUT THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM, THEY SAID I WOULD HAVE TO GO HAVE MY CAR CHECKED AND PAY FOR ANY REPAIRS ON MY OWN. I WILL BE MAKING ANOTHER FORMAL COMPLAINT AND REQUESTING AGAIN THAT CHRYSLER BUY BACK THIS CAR BECAUSE ITS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR REPAIRS THAT THEY ADMIT NEED TO BE DONE ON SOME OF THE VEHICLES. I HAVE GONE INTO THE DEALERSHIP WHERE I PURCHASED THE CAR AND HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THE CAR IT JUST NEEDS A SOFTWARE UPDATE BUT THAT NEVER SOLVES ANY OF MY PROBLEMS. THE CAR TRIES TO STALL OUT EVERY DAY IN THE MIDDLE OF DRIVING AND WHILE IT'S TRYING TO STALL OUT TENDS TO JUMP AND ACCELERATE ON ITS OWN. ON JUNE 6, 2018 MY CHRYSLER 200 WAS INVOLVED IN A COLLISION. THIS COLLISION TOOK PLACE IN AKRON OHIO DO TO THE CAR JUMPING, ACCELERATING AND EVENTUALLY STALLING OUT AND LOCKING UP THE CAR, SO I WAS UNABLE TO BREAK OR STEER. THE CAR ENDED UP REAR ENDING ANOTHER VEHICLE DUE TO MYSELF NOT BEING ABLE TO CONTROL THE LOCKED UP CAR. I HAVE BEEN INTO THE DEALERSHIP THAT I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM MULTIPLE TIMES URGING THEM TO FIX THE PROBLEM. AND EVERY TIME I GO IN THEY SAY THAT THERE IS NOT A PROBLEM IT JUST NEEDS A SOFTWARE UPDATE. I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN PROPER MAINTENANCE THAT NEEDS DONE ON THIS CA I HAVE BEEN INTO THE DEALERSHIP THAT I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM MULTIPLE TIMES URGING THEM TO FIX THE PROBLEM. AND EVERY TIME I GO IN THEY SEE THAT THERE IS NOT A PROBLEM IT JUST NEEDS A SOFTWARE UPDATE. NONE OF THE SOFTWARE UPDATE HAVE FIXED ANY PROBLEM THAT I HAVE HAD WITH THIS CAR. AND BECAUSE OF THAT MY CAR WAS IN AN ACCIDENT BECAUSE OF A PROBLEM WITH CHRYSLER THAT I HAD NO CONTROL OVER.

RECALL # S55 NHTSA 16V529 MY CAR MIL LIGHT CAME ON LAST NIGHT 04/20/2018 WHILE ON THE FREEWAY DOING 70 MILES, STATING THE TRANSMISSION NEEDS TO BE SERVICED. ONCE I GOT TO MY DESTINATION, I INFORMED MY FIANC OF THE ISSUE I WAS HAVING. WE WENT BACK OUTSIDE AFTER READING THE CARS MANUAL AROUND 10-15 MINUETS AFTER. HE STARTED THE CAR AND THE TRANSMISSION MESSAGE WAS GONE BUT THE MIL LIGHT WAS STILL ON. HE PLACED THE CAR IN DRIVE AND MOVED IT FORWARD AND THEN IN REVERSE TO BACK IT UP. I ALSO FEEL THAT THE CONTRACT IS NO LONGER VALID AS THE CAR DEALERSHIP REQUESTED A CERTAIN AMOUNT TO PAY OFF MY TRADE IN. I LATER FOUND THAT THE AMOUNT WAS NEARLY $300 LESS THAN THE REQUESTED AMOUNT. WHEN IT DID IT WOULD SPUTTER AND THEN STALL. 06/09/17. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON CODE P2172 FOR THROTTLE ACTUATOR CONTROL SYSTEM AND THE CAR WOULD NOT LET ME ACCELERATE PAST 32 MPH. ONE OF THE POSSIBLE ISSUES WOULD BE AN OPEN OR SHORT IN THE WIRE HARNESS. THIS IS SOMETHING THAT IS DISCUSSED IN THE R24 RECALL HOWEVER, MY VIN IS NOT ON THE LIST YET. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY UNSAFE VEHICLE AND IT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY. I'M CONFIDENT THAT THERE ARE MORE THAN ENOUGH PEOPLE TO BEGIN A CLASS ACTION SUIT. FROM JANUARY - APRIL 2017, I HAVE HAD MULTIPLE INSTANCES OF LOSING THE ABILITY TO ACCELERATE OR SHIFT GEARS WHILE MAKING LEFT HAND TURNS. THE CAR THROWS UP ERROR MESSAGES REGARDING THE LOSS OF PERFORMANCE SHIFTING AND "LIGHTNING BOLT" SYMBOL. I HAVE TO COAST TO PULL OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND RESTART THE ENGINE TO GET MOVING AGAIN. THE LAST TIME IT OCCURRED, I HAD A TRUCK BEHIND ME. LUCKILY I WAS MOVING FAST ENOUGH AND WAS ABLE TO GET OUT OF THE WAY WITHOUT BEING INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT. I HAVE HAD THE CAR INTO THE LOCAL CHRYLSER DEALERSHIP ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS WHERE THEY HAVE THOUGHT THEY HAVE FOUND THE PROBLEM IN AN ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR. IT IS CURRENTLY IN THE SHOP AGAIN AND HAS BEEN FOR THE PAST MONTH AND THEY STILL CAN'T FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 200. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO ACCELERATE WHILE DEPRESSING THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL. IN ADDITION, THE VEHICLE WOULD DELAY TO STOP WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. THE AIR BAG LIGHT, TRANSMISSION SERVICE, THE FRONT AND REAR TIRE PRESSURE WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED AS WELL AS THE HEAD LIGHTS FAILED TO FUNCTION PROPERLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE WATER PUMP NEEDED REPLACEMENT AND HAVING ELECTRICAL ISSUES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN BACK TO THE DEALER AT LEAST SIX TIMES SINCE PURCHASING THE VEHICLE IN MARCH OF 2017. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. ON 1 MAY 2017, I WAS DRIVING MY 2015 CHRYSLER 200 TO WORK. I WAS CRUISING AT 67 MPH ON THE 4 LANE HIGHWAY IN BUSY MORNING TRAFFIC. THE CAR SUDDENLY ACCELERATED FROM 67 MPH TO 70 MPH THEN TO 74 MPH WITHIN A FEW SECONDS. I CANCELLED CRUISE CONTROL BUT THE CAR STAYED AT THE ACCELERATED SPEED AND I HAD NO CONTROL OVER THE CAR AT THAT TIME. I TAPPED THE BRAKE WITH NO RESPONSE; THEN I TAPPED THE ACCELERATOR AND FINALLY REGAINED CONTROL AND WAS THEN ABLE TO BRAKE AND SLOW THE CAR DOWN. WHEN THE CAR WAS ACCELERATED TO 74 MPH, I HAD NO CONTROL AND I COULD HEAR THAT IT WAS WINDING AND TRYING TO SHIFT TO THE NEXT GEAR BUT IT SEEMED STUCK AT 4000 RPMS. THIS WAS A VERY SCARY EXPERIENCE. I WILL NOT ALLOW MY DAUGHTER TO DRIVE THE CAR ANYMORE. I ALSO AM AFRAID TO DRIVE IT MYSELF. IT'S A FAIRLY NEW CAR AND I HAVE ALREADY GONE TO THE DEALERSHIP 2 TIMES PRIOR TO THIS EVENT BECAUSE THE CAR ALSO SUDDENLY ACCELERATES WHEN I TAKE MY FOOT OFF THE ACCELERATOR ATTEMPTING TO BRAKE. ON A DAILY BASIS, I CAN FEEL THE CAR SPEED UP WHEN I TAKE MY FOOT FROM THE ACCELERATOR TO THE BRAKE. THIS SUDDEN SURGE COULD EASILY CAUSE A FENDER BENDER. EACH TIME I WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR THIS ISSUE, THEY COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG. WHEN I CALLED CHRYSLER ABOUT THIS EVENT ON 1 MAY, I WAS OFFERED ASSISTANCE IN GETTING IT DIAGNOSED AGAIN, BUT I HAVE ALREADY DONE THAT AND SEE NO NEED SINCE ON BOTH OCCASIONS THEY COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG. I HOPE THEY BUY THIS CAR BACK AS I DON'T FEEL IT'S SAFE TO TRADE IN PLUS I AM "UPSIDE DOWN" SO I WOULD STILL BE PAYING FOR IT EVEN IF I TRADED IT. I'M NOT SURE WHAT ELSE WOULD HAPPEN IF I CONTINUE TO DRIVE IT. THE CAR MAY CAUSE PROBLEMS LATER ON WHILE DRIVING I DON'T HAVE ANY WARRANTY ON THIS VEHICLE TO BE REPAIRED AND THAT I HAVE READ THE RECALL OF ALL CHRYLSER VEHICLES FROM 2010-17 THESE ARE THE SAME EXACT PROBLEMS THAT I'M HAVING THE PARKING LIGHTS AND ENGINE LIGHT HAD CAME ON DURING PARKING AND STAYED ON TILL I LEFT WORK ON THE 04/28/17 AND 04/29/2017 IT ALSO HAS STARTED TO JERKING A FEW WEEKS AGO TILL NOW ALSO . I WAS ON THE HIGHWAY AND THE CAR STALLED SEVERAL TIMES. I SAT ON THE SIDE LANE AND TURNED THE CAR OFF FOR A MINUTE. I STARTED IT UP AGAIN AND PROCEEDED TO GET OFF THE HIGHWAY THE CAR ACCELERATED LESS THAN 20 MILES PER HOUR. MY DAUGHTER AND I WERE TERRIFIED BEFORE THE CAR STOPPED SUDDENLY AND CARS HAD TO BREAK BEHIND US TO AVOID HITTING THE CAR. I HAD TO PUT THE CAR IN PARK AND PUT MY HAZARD LIGHTS ON AND IT TOOK A WHILE FOR THE CAR TO START UP AGAIN FOR ME TO PULL ON THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY. IT HAS DONE THIS MORE THAN JUST THIS INCIDENT. AT STOP LIGHTS AND WHILE DRIVING ON THE STREET THE ENGINE WILL STALL AND TAKE A MINUTE TO START UP AGAIN.

I CURRENTLY HAVE AN OPEN COMPLAINT JUST FILED ON 2/24/2017 (COMPLAINT NUMBER 10956764) THIS IS A CONTINUATION OF THAT COMPLAINT. MY CAR WAS BEING SERVICED AT FRED FREDRICK'S CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM IN LAUREL, MARYLAND ON 2/24/2017 TO FIX/REPAIR THE ISSUE THAT HAS CAUSED MY VEHICLE TO COME TO A COMPLETE STOP, WITHOUT WARNING, WHILE THE CAR IS IN DRIVE (I WAS GOING 58 MPH ON A HIGHWAY WHEN THE CAR INITIALLY STOPPED WITHOUT WARNING - SEE FIRST COMPLAINT). FRED FREDRICK'S PHONED AND STATED THE ISSUE HAD BEEN RESOLVED AND THEY TEST DROVE THE VEHICLE WITH NO ADDITIONAL ISSUES/PROBLEMS. I PICKED UP MY VEHICLE AT 4PM - BY 8:45PM (NOT EVEN 30 MILES LATER) WHILE IN A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD, THE CAR HAD EXPERIENCED THE EXACT SAME ISSUE THAT HAD JUST BEEN REPAIRED. MY 2015 CHRYSLER 200C, WITHOUT WARNING OR INDICATORS, WILL COME TO A COMPLETE STOP WHILE IN DRIVE AND I'M UNABLE TO PLACE THE CAR IN A DIFFERENT GEAR SHIFT OR MOVE IT. FOR THE SECOND TIME IN 24 HOURS I HAD TO HAVE MY CAR TOWED TO A DEALERSHIP. MY CAR IS CURRENTLY AT DARCARS CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE OF SILVER SPRING, I HAVE BEEN TOLD THEY WON'T BE ABLE TO EVEN LOOK AT MY CAR UNTIL TUESDAY 2/28/2017. TODAY IS 02/25/2017 AND I'M OUT OF RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION UNTIL AT LEAST 02/29/2017. I HAD TO RESORT TO PAYING FOR A RENTAL AS NEITHER CHRYSLER, NOR DARCARS WOULD PAY FOR THE RENTAL UPFRONT. CHRYSLER SAID THEY "MAY" REIMBURSE THE RENTAL IF IT IS DEEMED THAT THE WORK COMPLETED ON MY CAR WAS ESSENTIAL. IN MY OPINION, A POTENTIALLY LIFE THREATENING ISSUE SHOULD BE ESSENTIAL - MY CAR COMES TO A COMPLETE STOP WITHOUT NOTICE. I HAVE ATTACHED MY SERVICE RECORDS SINCE MAY 2016 ( PURCHASED THE CAR IN APRIL 2016 USED) AS WELL AS MY CURRENT RENTAL AGREEMENT. I ALSO HAVE A VIDEO OF THE CAR STALLED AS WELL. THIS IS CLEARLY AN ISSUE WITH CHRYSLER AND THEY WANT TO REPAIR INSTEAD OF BUYING MY CAR OUT SO THAT I CAN PURCHASE A WORKING VEHICLE

I PURCHASED A 2015 CHRYSLER 200C IN OCTOBER 2016 AND 2 WEEKS AFTER PURCHASING IT I WAS AT A STOP LIGHT AND MY CAR JUST COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN SAYING TO SERVICE TRANSMISSION SERVICE BRAKES ETC. MY VEHICLE HAD TO BE TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID THEY REFLASHED THE COMPUTER THAT DAY AND IT WAS FIXED. I PICKED IT UP AND HAVE BEEN LEERY ABOUT IT EVER SINCE WELL A MONTH OF HAVING IT AND ON NOV 28 2016 I WAS GOING HOME FROM THE STORE AND WAS TURNING INTO MY STREET WHEN MY CAR STALLED OUT ON THE ROAD. I WAS HIT BY A OILFIELD WATER TRUCK AND MY CAR WAS TOTALED. I WENT IN TO THE HOSPITAL WITH INJURIES TO MY FACE, LEG ARM AND HEAD. I FINANCED THE CHRYSLER 200 2015, USED ON 7/13/15. AROUND AUGUST 28TH, 2015 I WAS DRIVING AND MY CAR STALLED WHILE IN MOTION IN A BUSY INTERSECTION. A MESSAGE APPEARED ON DASHBOARD: "ENGINE WARMING WAIT TO START", THE KNOB AND BREAK LOCKED I COULD NOT MOVE THE VEHICLE. THE MESSAGE ON THE DASHBOARD THEN CHANGED TO: "SHIFT TO P." AFTER PRESSING THE PUSH TO START BUTTON ON AND OFF I GOT THE CAR MOVING AND DECIDED TO HEAD TO THE DEALER CAUTIOUSLY, ON THE WAY TO THE DEALER IT HAPPENED ANOTHER 3 TIMES AND I WAS ABLE TO GET IT TO MOVE AGAIN AND GET IT IN THE DEALERSHIP. THEY HAD IT IN FOR A FEW DAYS AND TOLD ME THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM. AN HOUR INTO DRIVING AFTER I LEFT THE DEALERSHIP THE CAR STALLED AGAIN THIS TIME IT WAS DARK OUT AND I WAS ON A HIGHWAY (LUCKILY RIGHT LANE) THE CAR WOULD NOT TURN BACK ON THIS TIME IT WAS COMPLETELY LOCKED. I EXITED THE VEHICLE AND SAT ON THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY WAITING FOR A TOW TRUCK. (POLICE WERE CALLED TOO). THIS PROBLEM WAS BLAMED ON THE R24 RECALL, A MONTH LATER I GOT THE CAR BACK WITH THE PART THAT HAD TO BE REPLACED AND EVERYTHING SEEMED FINE. THE CAR STALLED AGAIN ON 4/20/2016, SAME MESSAGE ON DASHBOARD THIS TIME IT WAS WHILE MOVING AND MAKING A TURN AND I ALMOST GOT HIT HEAD ON BY ANOTHER VEHICLE. THEY TOOK THE CAR IN AGAIN, SAID NOTHING WAS WRONG THIS TIME, HAPPENED AGAIN IN JUNE,2016 THEY SAID AGAIN NOTHING WAS WRONG. IT HAPPENED AGAIN, THE END OF SEPT,2016 AND I GOT A RECALL NOTICE FOR THE S55 RECALL WHICH CAN CAUSE STALLING. THEY KEPT THE CAR IN DEALERSHIP SAID THEY HAD TO WAIT FOR PART FROM CHRYSLER. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS FIXED AND ON 11/6/2016 I PICKED UP THE CAR AND IT STALLED ABOUT 100FT AWAY FROM THE DEALERSHIP. THEY TOOK IT BACK IN, AND NOW THEY SAID AGAIN THAT IT IS FIXED AND FOR ME TO PICK IT UP. I AM TERRIFIED, IT IS AN UNSAFE, UNPREDICTABLE VEHICLE. PLEASE INVESTIGATE CHRYSLER FOR THE SAKE OF SAFETY. ENTERPRISE AUTO SALES SOLD ME THIS CHRYSLER 200 WITH AN OPEN WARRANTY ON IT, WHICH I DISCOVERED LATER ON. FROM THE TIME I DROVE IT HOME, THERE HAVE BEEN ISSUES WITH THE TRANSMISSION BEHAVING ERRATICALLY, SURGING OR RACING IDLE AND LURCHING FROM A STOPPED AND/OR SLOW MPH. IT HAS ALSO BEHAVED AS THOUGH ITS SUDDENLY IN IDLE ONLY ONE TO JUMP BACK INTO GEAR. IT'S BEEN TO THE DEALER FOR THE TCM RECALL AND THAT HASN'T REMEDIED THE PROBLEM. THEN A NEW SAFETY RECALL WAS RELEASED AND THERE IS NO DATE ON WHEN THE MOST RECENT ISSUES WILL BE FIXED. I SAW THAT MY VEHICLE WAS POTENTIALLY LISTED UNDER THE CONSENT AGREEMENT'S BUY-BACK OPTION FOR OWNERS. WHEN I SPOKE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO SUCH THING AS A BUY-BACK PROGRAM AND MY VEHICLE WAS NOT WITHIN THE CONSENT AGREEMENT. I REQUESTED ANOTHER DEPARTMENT AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO OTHER DEPARTMENT. I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR AND WAS FLATLY DENIED BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WHO HAD A SPEECH IMPEDIMENT. I WAS DRIVING HOME FROM WORK YESTERDAY EVENING DOING 60 -65 MPH ON HWY 6 AND MY CAR DECELERATED LIKE IT TURNED OFF. I TRIED PUSHING THE GAS AND NOTHING HAPPENED, THE ENGINE DIDN'T EVEN REV UP. TODAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE DEALERSHIP THAT THEY WERE GOING TO RESET SOME COMPUTER DRIVE AND I "SHOULD BE GOOD TO GO THIS AFTERNOON". I TOLD THAT LADY THERE'S A RECALL ON CHRYSLERS FOR THAT VERY ISSUE AND I REFUSE TO DRIVE THAT CAR UNTIL IT'S FIXED. THIS IS A BRAND NEW CAR. I'VE BARELY HAD IT A YEAR. I TOOK IT TO THE DEALERSHIP 4 TIMES AND MADE A COMPLAINT WITH CORPORATE 2 TIMES. THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO SAY THEY DID NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH MY CAR. I BOUGHT THE CAR IN FEBRUARY 2016 AND WAS TOLD IT WAS BOUGHT BACK BECAUSE OF A SENSOR AND HAD GONE THROUGH FULL INSPECTION AND WAS CLEARED FOR SALE. TWO DAYS LATER MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND THE CAR HAD ACCELERATED FROM 60-92 ON IT'S OWN. THE DEALERSHIP PUTS NEW PARTS IN AND EVERY TWO WEEKS AFTER I GET MY CAR BACK, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON AND THE CAR IS ACCELERATING ON IT'S OWN. CHRYSLER HAS A TEAM TALKING WITH THE DEALERSHIP BUT THE CAR HAS BEEN BACK AROUND 10 TIMES AND IS STILL HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. LAST WEEK IT ACCELERATED FROM 72 TO 97 ON THE FREEWAY WHILE MY 2 YEAR OLD SON WAS IN THE CAR. WE ALMOST HIT A SEMI. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW CHRYSLER IS ABLE TO KEEP CLOSING MY CASES AND TELLING ME THEY FIXED IT WHEN IT IS STILL HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. ON 7/19/15 I WAS DRIVING MY NEWLY PURCHASED CHRYSLER 200S WITH APPROXIMATELY 10300 MILES. I RESTARTED THE CAR AND WAS ABLE TO DRIVE IT TO THE DEALERSHIP. THEY REPLACED THE TCM MODULE AND RE-FLASHED THE SOFTWARE. ON 7/22/15 I RETURNED TO THE DEALERSHIP TO PICKUP MY CAR. WHILE THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS PULLING THE CAR AROUND, THE CAR'S TRANSMISSION FAILED AND WAS STUCK IN REVERSE THIS TIME, UNABLE TO SHIFT OUT OF REVERSE. THEY REPROGRAMMED THE VALVE BODY AND PERFORMED A RE-LEARN. I PICKED THE CAR UP 7/23/15 AND WAS ASSURED EVERYTHING WAS FIXED. WHILE DRIVING HOME FROM WORK ON 7/24/15 ON THE INTERSTATE (75MPH), THE CARS TRANSMISSION AGAIN FAILED, LEAVING ME WITH NO THROTTLE POWER ON THE INTERSTATE, NEARLY CAUSING A COLLISION WITH A SEMI TRUCK. THE SAME ERROR MESSAGES AS THE FIRST INCIDENT WERE FLASHING ON THE CAR'S SCREEN. I COASTED THE CAR TO THE SITE OF THE INTERSTATE AND SHUT IT OFF COMPLETELY. AFTER 15 MINUTES I RESTARTED THE CAR AND DROVE IT TO THE DEALERSHIP. I AM VERY CONCERNED THIS CAR IS GOING TO GET MYSELF OR SOMEONE ELSE SERIOUSLY INJURED.

CAR WILL RANDOMLY SHIFT FROM DRIVE TO NEUTRAL WHILE DRIVING AND BECOME COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE. SOME TIMES IT ALLOWS YOU TO PULL OVER AND PUT INTO PARK THEN DRIVE, MOST TIMES THE ENTIRE CAR EXCEPT THE RADIO, BECOME UNRESPONSIVE AND HAVE TO PULL POSITIVE BATTERY TERMINAL TO RESET CAR. I'VE BROUGHT THE CAR IN FOR SERVICE 3 TIMES NOW WITH SAME ISSUE. EVERY TIME IS GETTING MORE AND MORE DANGEROUS AS PROBLEM IS NOT EASILY REPRODUCIBLE AND HAVE ALMOST BEEN STRUCK BY CARS FROM BEHIND OR ON SIDE OF ROAD.

MY VEHICLE HAS ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS EXPERIENCED A JERK IN WHICH THE VEHICLE WILL ACCELERATE WITH AND FORCE FROM MYSELF. THE 9-SPEED TRANSMISSION WILL SHIFT AT SUCH A RAPID AND UNCOMFORTABLE SPEED THAT THE CAR JERKS AT EVER SHIFT. I WAS BRAKING FOR A STOPLIGHT LAST WEEK WHEN THE GEAR SHIFTED AND JERKED CAUSING ACCELERATION THAT ALMOST MADE ME REAR-END THE VEHICLE IN FRONT OF ME ALREADY STOPPED. I HAVE ALREADY HAD MY TRANSMISSION REPLACED TWO WEEKS AFTER BUYING THE VEHICLE. THEY THEN REPLACED THE COMPUTER SYSTEM AND AM NOW STILL EXPERIENCING THE SAME ISSUES. I WAS TOLD BY THE DEALERSHIP THAT THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO UNTIL CHRYSLER RELEASES A RECALL THAT PROVIDES A COMPUTER UPDATE TO FIX THE ISSUE. I EMAILED CORPORATE BUT THEY REFUSE TO RESPOND TO ME AND NO ONE WILL PROVIDE ASSISTANCE ON THIS ISSUE. I HONESTLY JUST DON'T WANT TO KILLED IN AN ACCIDENT BECAUSE OF CHRYSLER'S' NEGLIGENCE.

DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY DURING RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC AT 45 MPH, THE TRANMISSION WENT INTO NEUTRAL EVEN THOUGH THE SELECTOR WAS IN DRIVE AND DID NOT ALLOW ME TO ACCELERATE AT ALL WHILE THE CAR PROCEEDED TO SLOW TO A STOP. THE "SERVICE TRANSMISSION" MESSAGE, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND OTHER MESSAGES APPEARED. IT REQUIRED ME TO STOP MY CAR, RESTART IT IN ORDER TO DRIVE IT AGAIN. THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERN. IT ALSO GETS STUCK IN 4TH GEAR (LIMP HOME MODE) WHICH IS ALSO DANGEROUS BECAUSE THE ENGINE HAS VERY LITTLE POWER WHEN YOU STOP AND IT PREVENTS YOU FROM ACCELERATING AT THE RATE OF TRAFFIC. WHILE IN CRUISE CONTROL, THE CAR TOPPED A HILL AND BEGAN A LONG, RATHER STEEP DESCENT, GAINING SPEED AS IT WENT. THE CRUISE CONTROL WAS SET FOR 60 MPH AND WHEN THE CAR'S SPEED HAD INCREASED TO ABOUT 66 MPH, THE TRANSMISSION DOWNSHIFTED AND THE ENGINE RACED TO ALMOST 6,000 RPM. I BECAME FLUSTERED, TOOK MY ATTENTION FROM THE ROAD AND BEGAN SEARCH THE INFORMATION DISPLAY FOR PROBLEMS. FINALLY I BEGAN TO BRAKE AND SLOWED DOWN TO ABOUT 45 MPH BEFORE THE CAR BEGAN TO ACT NORMAL AGAIN. DEALER SAID I MUST HAVE TOUCHED THE "SPORT MODE" SHIFT PADDLES (STANDARD ON THE 200C). I VERIFIED THAT THESE PADDLES ARE NEEDLESSLY ACTIVE EVEN WHEN THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTING KNOB IS IN THE D POSITION AND NOT IN THE "SPORT MODE" AND ARE EXTREMELY SENSITIVE TO THE SLIGHTEST TOUCH, CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO DOWNSHIFT UNEXPECTEDLY. WHEN DECELERATING GOING DOWN A SLIGHT INCLINE MY FOOT WAS OFF THE GAS PEDAL. AS I APPLIED THE BRAKE PEDAL THE CAR SHIFTED BUT HAD ACCELERATED AS THOUGH I HAD PUSHED ON THE GAS PEDAL. I HAD TO FORCEFULLY APPLY THE BRAKES EVEN HARDER TO KEEP FROM HITTING THE CAR IN FROM OF ME. I HAVE NOTICED THIS ON OTHER OCCASIONS AS WELL BUT THIS TIME WAS DIFFERENT AS THERE WAS SOMEONE IN FRONT OF ME. IT IS AS THOUGH WHEN THE CAR SHIFTS FROM 7TH TO 5TH AND ALSO FROM 5TH TO 3RD THE CAR LUNGES FORWARDS. I HAVE ALSO NOTICES THE CAR WILL PULL ITSELF UP A HILL WITHOUT APPLYING THE GAS PEDAL WHEN APPROACHING A STOP SIGN AT THE TOP OF THE HILL. LET SAY YOU HELD THE BUTTON FOR 10 SECOND. ALL OF A SUDDEN THE CAR DRASTICALLY CHANGES SPEED. EXAMPLE: I WAS TRAVELING THE EXPRESSWAY AT 55 MPH. I WAS NOW ABLE TO TRAVEL AT 70MPH. I PRESSED AND HELD THE '+' BUTTON. AFTER A SHORT BUT NOTICEABLE LENGTH OF TIME. ALL OF A SUDDEN THE CAR ACCELERATED DRAMATICALLY TO 85MPH BEFORE I HIT THE OFF BUTTON. I ASKED THE DEALER SERVICE MANAGER. HE TOLD ME TO HIT THE CHANGE BUTTON FOR ONLY ONE SECOND TO CHANGE 1MPH. IF I HOLD IT FOR ABOUT 2 SECONDS. THE CAR WILL CHANGE SPEED BY 5MPH. IF I HOLD THE BUTTON FOR MORE THAT A FEW SECONDS. HE COULD TELL ME HOW FAR THE SPEED WILL CHANGE. IF YOU ARE NOT AWARE OF THAT PROBLEM. IT COULD BE A KILLER. THIS INCIDENT HAS HAPPENED ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS. WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY AT SPEEDS AROUND 60 TO 70 MPH, MY CAR WILL SUDDENLY STALL, AND I AM UNABLE TO ACCELERATE. MY ELECTRONIC DASH DISPLAY WOULD BEGIN BLINKING, AND I HAVE NO POWER TO THE PEDAL AT ALL. ON BOTH OCCASIONS, I WAS IN FACT ABLE TO PULL OF TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD TO AVOID ANY KIND OF CAR ACCIDENT, HOWEVER THE SECOND INCIDENT NEARLY CAUSED A CRASH BECAUSE THE TRAFFIC VOLUMES AT THE TIME WERE QUITE HEAVY. I WAS NEARLY REAR ENDED DUE TO MY SUDDEN DECELERATION. AFTER THE SECOND INCIDENT, I DECIDED TO TAKE THE CAR IN FOR SERVICE.
