There is a serious safety recall on NHTSA #24V-198 recall #19B 2018-2021 LD LXSABIC INFLATOR. IMHAVE TAKEN CAR TO DEALERSHIP MINIMUM 4 TIMES TO GET THIS RECALL CORRECTED. THYE JUST KEEP SAYING THEY DONT HAVE A FIX FOR IT. WELL, THATS UNACCEPTABLE I HAVE MYSELF AND SMALL KIDS THAT HAVE TO RIDE IN AMUNSAFE VEHICLE. I AM NO LONGER DRIVING THE VEHICLE OUT OF FEAR IF IT BURST WE COULD BE KILLED WHAT IS BEING DONE ABT THIS

I think that’s it’s appalling that the NHTSA cannot put more pressure on Chrysler to figure out a faster way to fix this deadly defect that is killing people. How long am I expected to wait for this repair? What liability does Chrysler have if I get into an accident and am injured by shrapnel from the air bag igniter. I thought that the NHTSA is there to protect the public. The mission of the NHTSA is to "Save lives, prevent injuries and reduce economic costs due to road traffic crashes, through education, research, safety standards and enforcement activity." I believe that you and Chrysler have both failed.

However the part was unavailable on 7/12/2023 returned for the fix on 7/22/2023 and still no part. I understand Air Bags have been a problem on numerous Chrysler 300 in the past please review and instruct maybe a recall is warranted.
