AFTER PAYING A $72 FEE FOR A DIAGNOSIS, I WAS TOLD THE PASSENGER AIR BAG WAS INOPERATIVE DUE TO AN "ELECTRONIC" FAILURE, BUT PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE AND HAD TO BE ORDERED AND I AM STILL DRIVING WITH AN INOPERATIVE AIR BAG THAT WHEN (AND IF) THE PART ARRIVES WILL COST ME SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS MORE TO FIX. I CONTACTED THE CHRYSLER HOTLINE AND WAS DISAPPOINTED BY WHAT SEEMED INDIFFERENCE TO SAFETY ISSUES LIKE THIS. *JB
