THE BOOK SAID TO GET IT FIXED IMMEDIATELY SO I CALLED A DEALERSHIP THAT IS 30 MILES ONE WAY AND THEY SAID IT WOULD COST $79.00 TO LOOK AT IT AND IT WOULD COST UP TO $300.00 IF THE AIR BAG SENSOR WAS BAD. I THEN CALLED A LOCAL AUTO SHOP AND THEY SAID THEY COULD CHECK IT FOR $49.00 AND THEY DID. THE RT FRONT AIR BAG SENSOR WAS INDEED BAD. IT HAD CORROSION INSIDE IT. THE TOTAL BILL MIGHT COME TO $150.00 OR MORE. I CHECKED ON LINE AND SEE, THERE WAS A DODGE/CHRYSLER RECALL ON THE 2005 MODEL FOR CORROSION GETTING IN THE SENSOR AND CAUSING THEM TO FAIL (WHICH IS THE SAME THING MY 2006 DID) WHY ISN'T THE 2006 MODELS INCLUDED IN THE RECALL?
