Dodge Durango Rt has developed the Evap system failure. After stopping to refuel the gas tank the engine will not restart till after several attempts and even after restarting it idles erratic and sputters even to point of a miss and shuts off. Then it will restart and slowly clear up, and operate normal till the next refuel. I've had it into several repair shops and dealerships only to have to purchase parts and pay for repair and experience the issue again. Considering it's fuel vapor related and could cause a explosive or flash fire event in the dry summer season possibly if the vapors become a large enough volume under the hood or in a closed space.

Head rest deployed outside of “extended warranty “ its a safety hazard. This part should be total recalled. The rear passenger door latch gets stuck or pops open randomly. It will not close when this happens and it has come open upon locking and driving! Again dangerous where children sit. This is with child lock on or off the problem continues. The third complaint is the seat belts will not retract in the front seat but the dealership requires me to pay a fee to have it assessed. This is a “recalled”issue but it isn't for my vin These three things seem to all fall shortly after buying the vehicle within the last four yrs. Exact dates unknown.

Sitting at drive through and driver headrest exploded and hit me in the back of the head. Thank God I was not moving at the time and my car was in park or I may have wrecked! Startled me and I was dazed and confused because I couldn’t figure out what had happened! This just happened a few hours ago so I have not been able to report it or have it checked out. I did take several pictures. There were no warnings or anything and it just happened as I was sitting there! If I had been driving, it could have been catastrophic! My neck is sore and I have a headache.

While driving down the road, the driver headrest popped open at random, thrusting my neck and head forward. Once parked, I saw that a plastic piece had broken that holds the headrest system together.

The passenger head rest popped/exploded and juts forward and will not close back. I was advised that it is an airbag recall issue. However after checking my vin nothing is shown listed here. On a google search it says there is a ten year unlimited mile recall.

Rear racetrack lighting fills with water. Could short out causing fire or no lights. Have had replaced in 2017. Now water leaking again. Common issue when searched for. Called dealers said dodge warranty has not been covering issue now. Have max care coverage.

The power lift gate failed and I was hit pretty hard. Would have been worse if it was my wife or kids and probably would have been more than an bruise and being sore. The “special stud” that connects the power rod to the body of the Durango broke off. Part of the bolt is still in the body in the threads and the other part is still connected to the power lift. It than created issues to even close the door and be able to drive without the hatch open. The parts are on order and will in next week to see if it can be repaired. Currently the door is not usable and the power lift rod had to be disconnected to stop further damage to the body of the vehicle. Door will not stay open and the dealer is unsure if they can get the broken part of the bolt out to complete the repair.

I bought this vehicle brand new. Many issues right from the start. Right off the bat the vehicle would randomly accelerate while driving or just stall while on the highway. I had a wreck when the car was less than 3 months old. I stepped on the break and the car accelerated into on coming traffic and I hit a vehicle. I took it into the dealership many times reporting this problem to the service techs and they dismissed it that my car was "learning me" and was not "broken in" yet. Along with engine ticking and engine lights coming on I have had so many issues with this vehicle.

Driverside headrest popped or deployed on it's own. No crash happened. Vehicle was parked outside my home and not in use. Had I been in the vehicle at the time, potential head trauma could have occurred such as wound, concussion or whiplash. Had I been driving the vehicle when this happened, this could have caused a crash and even more potential harm to myself, my children, passengers and other motorists. The vehicle has not been inspected but I have contact local dodge dealer who stated that there was no recall on the known issue and that the cost to "assess" the headrest would cost me $140 to diagnose and any replacement costs would be in addition to the $140. There was no warning whatsoever that this could happen. No engine lights or anything. Again, I was not driving the vehicle. It was parked in my driveway.

APPEARS TO HAPPEN MORE FREQUENTLY ON 1) QUICK ACCELERATION (I.E., MERGING, ON-RAMP, ACCELERATING FOLLOWING A RIGHT TURN) AND 2) WHEN CLIMBING A HILL (THERE IS A BRIDGE THIS ROUTINELY HAPPENS ON). OCCURS DURING CITY DRIVING AND ON THE HIGHWAY. ENGINE SHUTS OFF WITHOUT WARNING, SOMETIMES NOT EVEN ENOUGH TIME TO COAST OVER TO THE SHOULDER. CAN TYPICALLY WAIT 2-2.5 MINUTES AND IT WILL START AGAIN ON ITS OWN. IF YOU ATTEMPT TO RESTART IMMEDIATELY, THE ENGINE WON'T TURN OVER. THIS ISSUE BEGAN IN AUGUST WITH SOME SPUTTERING, PROGRESSED TO STALLING OCCASIONALLY (FIRST TIME LATE AUGUST/EARLY SEPT), AND NOW WILL SOMETIMES STALL MULTIPLE TIMES WITHIN A DAY. HAVE HAD INTO TWO DIFFERENT DEALERSHIPS OVER MORE THAN THREE OCCASIONS AND THEY HAVE NOT YET BEEN ABLE TO DIAGNOSIS THE PROBLEM BECAUSE IT DOESN'T APPEAR TO HAVE A CODE ASSOCIATED WITH IT.

THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED IN MY DRIVEWAY AND HAD NOT BEEN USED SINCE 10PM THE NIGHT BEFORE. AT 7AM I NOTICED SMOKE COMING FROM THE BACK OF THE VEHICLE AS I LOOKED OUT MY WINDOW. I WENT OUT AND THERE WAS A SMALL FLAME UNDER THE BUMPER NEAR THE EXHAUST PIPE ALSO SOME WIRES SEEMED TO BE ON FIRE. I WENT TO GET A HOSE, AND WHEN I RETURNED THERE WERE FLAMES ERUPTING UP NEAR THE TAIL LIGHT. A NEIGHBOR PUT OUT THE FIRE WITH A DRY CHEMICAL EXTINGUISHER. I CALLED THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, AND THEY SAID THEY HAD NO IDEA WHAT COULD'VE HAPPENED, BUT SUSPECTED AN ELECTRICAL SHORT. I AM TAKING TO THE DEALER TO UNDERSTAND.

SO WHEN CHECKED WITH DEALER HEY TOLD WARRANTY FINISHED THIS IS VALVE LIFTER ISSUE AND IT SHOULD BE CHANGED WHICH THE PRICE IS TOO HIGH AND I ASKED FOR JUST CROSSED WARRANTY KILOMETER OF 60000, IT CAME AROUND 65000 KM AND WHEN I TOLD DEALER THEY ADVISE TO CHANGE AND NOTHING CAN BE REPORTED I HAVE TO PAY FULL AND IT WIL NOT HARM YOU CAN DRIVE, NOW CAR DROVE AROUND 118000KM WITH THAT SOUND AND NOW I CAN HEAR THE SOUND IS MORE THIS ALSO SOME MANUFACTURER ISSUE WHICH DEALER DID NOT NOTIFY THE MANUFACTURER TELING JUST CHANGE THE PARTS VALVE LIFTER AND MAY BE CAMSHAFT ETC. IF THIS ISSUE US COMING JUST AFTER WARRANTY PERIOD THE COMPANY SHOULD TAKE UNTI ACCOUNT THE ISSUE AND FIND SOLUTION BY RECALLING AND FIXING THE ISSUE.

MY VEHICLE IS HAVING A LONG CRANK TIME SIMILAR TO THE RECALL ON MORE THAN 500K DURANGO AND CHEROKEE MODELS ARE UNDER RECALL FOR FUEL PUMP RELAY ISSUE THAT CAN LEAD TO STALLS AND NO-STARTS. MY CAR HAS BEEN DOING THIS OFF AND ON FOR OVER A YEAR I HAVE TAKEN IT TO THE DEALERSHIP WITH NO RESOLVE, BECAUSE THEY ARE SAYING IT HAS TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM WHILE THEY HAVE IT, BUT IT NEVER DOES. THIS APPEARS TO BE A MAJOR ISSUE WITH THAT LIGHTING SYSTEM, AS COMPLAINTS ARE ALL OVER THE INTERNET ABOUT IT. PROBLEM NOW IS EVENTUALLY IT WILL SHORT OUT THE ENTIRE BACKEND LIGHTS INCLUDING THE RUNNING LIGHTS AND BRAKE LIGHTS CREATING A MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE. TO REPLACE THE PART IS OVER $1,000 WHICH MAKES IT DIFFICULT FOR THE CONSUMER TO FIX. ITS NOT ACCEPTABLE THAT THIS PART IS FAILING SO QUICKLY ON DODGE PRODUCTS WITH THAT STYLE LIGHTING AND ISN'T AN AFFORDABLE FIX. I AM CONCERNED DRIVING MY VEHICLE SINCE I HAVE NO IDEA WHEN IT WILL COMPLETELY SHORT OUT. DODGE SHOULD FIX THE PROBLEM THAT IS CAUSING THE LIGHTING TO ACCUMULATE WATER AND SHORT OUT. THE HEADREST IS DESIGNED TO OPEN ON IMPACTS TO REDUCE WHIPLASH AND NO COLLISION HAD OCCURRED NOR WAS THERE ANY EXISTING DAMAGE TO WARRANT THIS DEVICE ACTUATING. CHRYSLER WAS NOTIFIED DUE TO THIS EXPENSE NOT BEING COVERED UNDER WARRANTY AND EXPRESSED NO CONCERN OR CULPABILITY REGARDING THIS ISSUE.

I PULLED INTO THE DRIVEWAY, PLACED THE CAR IN PARK, LEFT THE VEHICLE RUNNING, AND WENT INTO THE HOUSE. I WAS INSIDE THE HOUSE LESS THAN 10 MINUTES WHEN A NEIGHBOR KNOCKED ON THE DOOR STATING A VEHICLE CRASHED INTO HER HOUSE. WE IMMEDIATELY TURNED THE VEHICLE OFF TO PREVENT ANY OTHER DAMAGE TO THE HOUSE. WE CONTACTED THE POLICE DEPT FOR A REPORT. ONCE THE REPORT WAS COMPLETED BY POLICE, A TOW TRUCK WAS CONTACTED TO REMOVE THE VEHICLE. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS TURNED ON TO ENGAGE THE TRANSMISSION, THE OFFICERS FOUND THE TRANSMISSION WAS IN THE PARKED STATUS. WE BELIEVE THE VEHICLE ROLLED INTO THE NEIGHBORING HOUSE EVEN THOUGH THE CAR WAS IN PARK. ONCE I REACHED MY DESTINATION I PROCEEDED TO BACK INTO MY DESIGNATED PARKING SPOT, MY VEHICLE ENGINE REMAINED RUNNING, BUT THE CAR WOULD NOT MOVE. I TURN THE ENGINE OFF AND ON SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE SHIFTING IT BACK INTO GEAR, STILL NONE OF THESE THINGS PREVAILED. AFTER ABOUT 10 MINS OF THE ABOVE ACTIONS, I WAS ABLE TO REVERSE THE CAR INTO POSITION. I HAVE NOT TRIED TO MOVE IT SINCE.

THE GPS SYSTEM ON MY VEHICLE PROVIDES INACCURATE INFORMATION THAT MAY CAUSE ACCIDENTS EASILY. I HAVE BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH MY RADIO/COMPUTER UNIT IT WILL STATE IM IN DIFFERENT LOCATION OR IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE IT WILL DIRECT ME TO TURN IN PLACES THERE IS NO ROAD. THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE AS I USE MY NAVIGATION A LOT NOW I HAVE TO USE MY PHONE AS IM SCARRED TO USE THIS UNIT. SOMETIMES IT WILL JUST NOT TURN ON WHEN I START THE VEHICLE. THE SCREEN WILL SOMETIMES PP UP A MESSAGE THAT STATES MY VEHICLE PHONE NEEDS ASSISTANCE CONTACT DEALER BUT WE ALL KNOW THE DEALERS SUCK AS I HAVE WENT IN 3 TIMES NOW JUST TO TALK TO SOMEONE TO FIND OUT WHAT THE ISSUE IS AND THEY JUST TELL ME ITS DIFFERENT ISSUES AND GET THE RUN AROUND FOR IT TO NOT BE FIXED. NOT SURE ON EXACT TIME BUT AROUND JUNE STARTED NOTICING THE ISSUE.

FIRST ISSUE IS SOMETIMES WHEN DRIVING THE CAR APPEARS TO BE ACCELERATING AND THE SPEED MPH GAUGE WILL GO UP BUT THE CAR IS ACTUALLY NOT GOING PAST A CERTAIN SPEED AND IS STUCK IN SECOND GEAR. SECOND SOMETIMES WHILE DRIVING THE CAR FEELS LIKE THE BRAKES ARE BEING APPLIED ON THEIR OWN THIRD IF THE PASSENGER DOOR IS OPENED AND CLOSED WHILE THE VEHICLE IS RUNNING THE PROMPT 'THE FOB HAS LEFT THE VEHICLE' APPEARS WHEN YOU START DRIVING. BATTERY IN THE FOB HAS BEEN REPLACED MULTIPLE TIMES FOURTH THE AC AND HEATER DO NOT WORK JUST CIRCULATES AIR. NEVER EVER WORKED!!! THE REAR SENSOR BEEPS NON STOP EVEN THOUGH THERE IS NOTHING BEHIND IT. I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER AND THEY SAID THAT THEY COULDN'T DIAGNOSE IT EVEN THOUGH I SENT THEM A VIDEO TO SHOW THEM WHAT I HAD BEEN DEALING WITH. I HAVE ALSO BEEN DEALING WITH THE KEY FOB, EVERY TIME I GO TO LOCK MY CAR IT BEEPS ONCE TO LOCK AND AFTER THE FIRST BEEP IT BEEPS 3 TIMES AND THEN UNLOCKS MY CAR. WHEN THE CAR IS ON AND I GO TO OPEN THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR, EVEN WITH THE KEY IN THE CAR, THE CAR BEEPS AND TELLS ME THE KEY FOB IS NOT IN THE VEHICLE. THE RACE TRACK LIGHT WAS BEGINNING TO FOG UP AND WITH TIME WE STARTED TO NOTICE THAT IT WAS FILLING UP WITH MOISTURE. IT FILLED UP TO ABOUT AND 1" AND WE MANAGED TO RELEASE THE WATER BUT PART OF THE RACE TRACK LIGHT IS BURNED OUT NOW. I STILL HAVE THE WARRANTY BUT THE DEALER SAID THAT THOSE LIGHTS ARE NOT COVERED AND THE PRICING WOULD RANGE FROM $1000-$1200 TO FIX.

WHILE ON A ROAD TRIP IN COLD WEATHER, MY CAR'S MAIN CONTROL CENTER SCREEN BLACKED OUT. IT HAD THE PHRASE "PLEASE INSERT UPDATED USB". I GOOGLED THIS ISSUE. MANY PEOPLE SAID THEY HAD A USB STICK TO PUT IN AND IT WORKED. I BOUGHT MY CAR NEW AND IT DID NOT COME WITH A STICK. I TOOK THE CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP TO GET AN UPDATE. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE $45. INSTEAD THEY ARE TELLING ME IT DIDN'T WORK AND I NEED A WHOLE NEW RADIO AT $335 PLUS INSTALL. SO BECAUSE OF A RADIO UPDATE MY DAY TRIP WAS RUINED, BECAUSE MY HEAT AND AIR WAS NOT WORKING! AFTER GOOGLING THIS ISSUE IT SEEMS TO BE A HUGE PROBLEM WITH DODGE/JEEPS. WHY ARE THEY NOT TAKING CARE OF THIS ISSUE WITHOUT THE EXPENSE GOING ONTO THE CUSTOMER?!!!

AFTER STARTING THE VEHICLE IN MY GARAGE, I NEEDED TO GO BACK INTO THE HOUSE TO GET SOMETHING. I SHIFTED THE CAR TO PARK TO EXIT THE VEHICLE, THE VEHICLE WAS STILL RUNNING. WHEN I EXITED THE VEHICLE THE CAR PROCEEDED TO ROLL BACKWARDS OUT OF THE GARAGE. THE GARAGE IS ON LEVEL GROUND. I ATTEMPTED TO GET BACK INTO THE CAR TO PRESS THE BRAKE. I WAS UNSUCCESSFUL, AND WAS DRAGGED OUT OF THE GARAGE. AFTER BEING DRAGGED THROUGH THE GARAGE I ENDED UP PARTIALLY UNDER THE CAR, I LET GO OF THE CAR AND ROLLED AWAY NOT TO BE RAN OVER BY THE STILL MOVING CAR. I THEN GOT UP AND RAN AFTER THE CAR THAT WAS GOING DOWN MY DECLINE DRIVEWAY. WHEN I GOT INTO THE MOVING CAR I APPLIED THE BRAKE AND SHIFTED THE CAR FROM "DRIVE" TO "PARK". THERE WAS SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE DONE TO THE DRIVERS SIDE OF THE CAR. THE GARAGE DOOR/FRAME WAS DAMAGED AS WELL. I HAD INJURIES THAT REQUIRED AN AMBULANCE.

THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENED ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO. I WAS AT THE POST OFFICE DROPPING OFF MAIL OUTSIDE IN THE MAILBOX IN MY CAR. I DROPPED A PIECE OF MAIL ON THE GROUND. I PUT MY CAR IN PARK AND GOT OUT OF MY CAR. MY CAR BEGAN TO ROLL FORWARD, I WAS ABLE TO GET IN AND PLACE MY FOOT ON THE BRAKE. MY DOOR HIT THE MAILBOX. LATER I WENT TO THE DEALER TO GET A QUOTE TO FIX MY DOOR AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED. THEY SAID I MUST HAVE NEVER PUT IT IN PARK. THEY WANTED $1000 TO FIX A LITTLE SCRATCH AND DENT ON THE DOOR. I DECIDE NOT TO FIX IT. TODAY I NOTICED THE POSSIBLE RECALL, THOUGHT I SHOULD MENTION THIS. I'M NOT LOOKING FOR A RESPONSE. THAN YOU FOR YOUR TIME.

THIS IS PARTICULARLY TROUBLING AS THE VEHICLE DOES NOT HAVE REMOTE START. I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED THE DEALER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AND SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT. I HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT WHILE MANY SOFTWARE ISSUES WERE UPDATED AND CORRECTED, NO DEFINITIVE CAUSE AS TO WHY THE VEHICLE SELF STARTED WAS FOUND. NOW I AM AFRAID TO PARK IN MY GARAGE, BECAUSE WHAT IF WE FAILED HEAR THIS DURANGO SELF START & ENDED DEAD FROM CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING? HAVE OTHER SIMILAR COMPLAINTS BEEN REPORTED AND INVESTIGATED? EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NEVER BEING TO TEXAS BEFORE, MY VEHICLE HAS RESISTED LOCATIONS IN TEXAS AND OTHER LOCATION THAT MAKES THIS ISSUE OUTRAGEOUS. I HAVE SEEN SEVERAL REPORT OF THIS ONLINE WITH DODGE AND JEEP BUT FCA SEEMS NOT TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AS THEIR ANALYST DID NOT HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. THE GPS INFORMATION PROVIDED ON MY VEHICLE IS TOTALLY WRONG AND FOR THAT MATTER I HAVE STOPPED USING IT. I CALLED DODGE ONCE AND THEY TRIED TO RESET THE GPS WHICH DID NOT WORK AND SO THEY ADVICE ME TO GO TO THE DEALER TO HAVE IT CHECKED BUT THE CLOSEST DEALER TO ME TOLD ME THAT THEY CANNOT LOOK AT IT BECAUSE THE VEHICLE WAS NOT PURCHASED FROM THEM. ONE OTHER THING IS THAT THE ISSUE AFFECTS THE TIME ON THE VEHICLES MAKING THE TIME LITERALLY GO BACK SOMETIMES. ONCE, I OBSERVED THE CLOCK MOVE BACK FROM 12:05PM TO 11:49AM. AFTER READING SEVERAL REVIEWS ONLINE, IT WAS REALIZED THAT THE ISSUE WAS WITH THE UCONNECT SYSTEM MEANING THAT THE ISSUE IS AFFECTING ALL OR SOME VEHICLES FROM FIAT CHRYSLER OF AMERICA. PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS BECAUSE THIS CAN EASILY COST SOMEONE THEIR LIFE FOR A GPS TO ASSUME WRONG LOCATION. THIS ISSUES IS AN ONGOING ISSUE SO I JUST PLACED A DATE IN THE WHEN IT HAPPENED FIELD.

THE CAR IS MAKING AN ANNOYING "WHINING NOISE/HUM" WHEN DRIVING. AS THE SPEED INCREASES SO DOES THE NOISE. I HAVE HAD THE 2014 DURANGO CITADEL (V6) 2 YEARS AND HAVE APPROXIMATELY 16,000 MILES ON IT. I STARTED TO NOTICE THE NOISE AROUND 12,000 MILES. THE TIRES ARE INFLATED AT THE RECOMMENDED TIRE PRESSURE AND HAVE BEEN RECENTLY ROTATED. THIS HAS HAD NO EFFECT ON THE LEVEL OF NOISE. I SPOKE TO ANOTHER OWNER OF THE DODGE 2014 DURANGO CITADEL AND HE IS HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. HE MENTIONED THAT ON A RECENT SERVICE AT THE DODGE DEALER THEY ASKED HIM IF HE WAS EXPERIENCING ANY NOISE IN THE DRIVE TRAIN. I WILL BE FOLLOWING UP WITH MY DEALER TOMORROW.

ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM ACTIVATED UPON EXITING VEHICLE AND KEY FOB BECAME DESENSED DUE TO RF INTERFERENCE IN AREA. DASH DISPLAY INDICATED THAT "KEY FOB NOT RECOGNIZED". CAR HAS KEYLESS START BUTTON AND COULD NOT BE STARTED. ALL FUNCTIONS ON KEY FOB WERE NOT OPERATIONAL. ROADSIDE TOWING ASSISTANCE HAD TO BE REQUESTED.

SHORTLY AFTER 1ST ACQUIRING THE 2014 DODGE DURANGO R/T AWD AN EXHAUST SMELL FILLING THE CABIN WAS NOTICEABLE AFTER ACCELERATION AND STEADILY TRAVELING BETWEEN 40-45 MPH W/THE FRONT AND REAR AIR CONDITIONING UNITS ON RECIRCULATION. THE OCCURRENCE WAS REPEATABLE AND NOTICEABLE BY MY SPOUSE AND CHILDREN WHILE RIDING IN THE DURANGO. IT WAS BROUGHT TO THE PURCHASING DEALERSHIP MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THE EXHAUST LEAK BUT ULTIMATELY THEY COULD NOT DETERMINE THE ORIGINATION OR CAUSE; THEY ATTEMPTED A SOFTWARE UPDATE. THE DODGE DURANGO WAS BROUGHT TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP WHERE THE REAR CABIN AIR EXHAUSTERS AND LIFT GATE GROMMETS WERE REPLACED TO NO AVAIL. THE 2ND DEALERSHIP ULTIMATELY ADVISED THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW OR WHY THE EXHAUST IS ENTERING THE INTERIOR CABIN AND HAVE LABELED THE EXHAUST LEAK AS A SMELL. A NON-FEASIBLE VEHICLE REPLACEMENT HAS BEEN OFFERED. DOCUMENTATION OF THE EXHAUST LEAK ISSUE IS AVAILABLE FOR FURTHER REVIEW. THE DODGE DURANGO HAS NOT BEEN MODIFIED.

WIFE WENT TO START UP VEHICLE AND IT WOULD NOT CRANK OVER.CALLED AAA FOR A JUMP. IT CRANK AND STARTED WITH A RATTLE CAN SOUND.I CAME HOME TO VERIFY SOUND. IT DID SUCH SOUND AS SHE EXPLAINED. I'M A MECHANIC AND REMOVED VALVE COVER TO CHECK FOR ROCKER DAMAGE NONE FOUND. I REMOVED INTAKE AND FOUND WATER IN #7AND #8 CYLINDER.I LOOKED AT SEALS ON INTAKE AND FOUND NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY. THE SEALS WERE NOT SQUARE IN BORES OF INTAKE. I HAVE NOT REMOVED OIL PAN BUT I SUSPECT CONNECTING RODS BENT ON START UP. I NEED TO KNOW IF DODGE NEW ABOUT THIS ISSUE. I DID DO A COOLANT PRESSURE TEST AND IT HELD FINE WITH NO LEAKS. WAS THERE A RECALL ON THE INTAKE WHICH DESTROYED MY WIFE'S ENGINE. *TR
