My Durango was sitting for 2days and caught on fire.Started in the rear back of the truck on the passenger side. Fire Dept said it was Electrical and 10,000 dollars of damage.
When driving home from work the car started malfunctioning wrong , accelerating by itself and I started to smell smoke when I pulled over to the side I started smelling smoke as soon I exited the vehicle it started flaming. Everything in my vehicle was burnt the fire department came and stated I should look up any recalls they said it was electrical. I bought the vehicle 30 days ago , dealership will not help neither the loan company I'm stuck with a vehicle who was sold with electrical problems almost to my life.
The contact owns a 2015 Dodge Durango. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, the contact returned to the vehicle to retrieve a work bag from the trunk. The contact noticed that there was smoke inside the vehicle, and flames were coming from underneath the front passenger's side seat. The contact was able to extinguish the fire with his breath, hand, and a cloth; however, the smoke persisted. The fire department was contacted and arrived at the scene. The fire department confirmed that the fire originated from the battery. No police report or fire department report was filed. The vehicle was towed to an autobody repair shop by the insurance company for an estimate of the repair. The contact sustained smoke inhalation but had not yet received medical assistance. The dealer and the manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 154,000.

The contact owns a 2015 Dodge Durango. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the inadvertently lost motive power. The contact was able to pull to the shoulder of the roadway; however, the vehicle failed to restart. After a visual inspection of the engine compartment the contact observed that the F70 Fuel Pump fuse was blown. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, who diagnosed failures with the fuel pump and fuel pump auxiliary power relay. The vehicle was not repaired. After investigating the failure, the contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 15V115000 (Electrical System); however, the VIN was not included. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
Im again reporting the racetrack tail lights. Im seeing a lot more water intrusion in dodge durangos of many years. We want answers! This needs to be investigated stat! Consumers should not have to pay $1800 for failure on dodges part! They know this is an issue with many years of these durangos. There is already a class action lawsuit against them for this issue. Please investigate this! We want answers....
My system keeps saying my seat needs Serviced for airbag system. Something electric is burning and something is happening with my radio system. It keeps changing to different stations or settings while music is playing
I have a 2015 but on all Durangos with the reat racetrack brake lighting, 2014 and newer dodge durango's, this product is fully defective on all. The brake lights and running lights go out and stop working on this style lighting and also obtain moisture. First you start losing some of the lighting on the track lighting as in brake light's until it fully goes out. This product needs to be recalled and replaced
The rear led license plates light obtain moisture corroding the electrical as do the racetrack rear light and go out. I have replaced the 2 rear license plat light assemblies and have gone again again causing myself to receive a traffic citation and attorney fee's due to this defect that thousands of other people are filing complaints about. All of the rear body lighting needs to be recalled and reimbursed for these expenses. The license plate led light(2) are not cheap from the dealer. I have also now received a traffic citation for the brake lighting not properly working on the race track lighting so I will be filing this as a legal matter with the courts to be reimbursed A police report was done as I was ticketed for both on 2 different occasions.
The rear race track light is not working completely and also the license plate lights are corroded and not working. Needs replacement.
The license plate light bulbs keep burning out caused by moisture/ wetness in the connectors due to poor design of rear lights.
The rear LED license plate lights are corroded and need replacing. One does not work.
Head rest on driver side with air bag started coming apart for no reason. I don’t see a recall Also, water keeps poking into rear tail light. No matter how many times I’ve drained it. I’ve heard this issue is called vehicle fires due to water getting into the electrical. I don’t want my vehicle to catch on fire with me or my grandkids inside. There is zero recalls and thousands of complaint regarding this issue. Dodge really need to do something about this before someone loses their life
Sections of LED brake light/race track light has stopped working due to water intrusion in rear panel. Back panel is not secured properly, allowing water to enter, corrode the harness and lights to fail. Due to this, the license plate harness & connectors are corroded as well. Replacing the tag lights will not fix the problem, you must replace the whole wiring harness for it to work again. The wiring harness is sold as one piece now by manufacturer due to this KNOWN issue, costing $600-$1000 to purchase and install. Manufacturer has stopped selling just the plate light plugs because they know the common issue with water damage, light failure and corrosion. The license plate lights are required by law to be working. Owners cannot continue replacing every year due to the manufacturers inadequate design. This impacts drivers with safety and on a legal level from law enforcement. There were no warning signals on my dash of this issue. Law enforcement has pulled me over for this issue and recommended speaking with the manufacturer.
Right headlight fuse will blow, then the blower motor for the front A/C goes out. Replaced in 2023, happened again in 2024
The rear 'race track' tail lights fail to light or are dim in lower sections of the assembly installed on the rear tailgate. Water enters the assembly over time and collects in the lower sections of the assembly causing the installed LED's and circuitry in those sections to fail. This repair is not covered by the extended warranty and would cost drivers approx 800 to install a replacement which would also leak.
fuel pump relay is failing to work from time to time
The contact's daughter owns a 2015 Dodge Durango. The contact stated that the middle rear taillight, known as the racetrack light, frequently burned out due to moisture entering the brake light housing. The contact had taken the vehicle to the dealer where the light had been replaced; however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was also notified of the failure and informed the contact that the vehicle was no longer covered under warranty. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was unknown.
Water has collect in race strip light, since then I’ve been experiencing electrical problems with the car.
Water in tail lights. (Race track lighting) Yes, water in race track burns out rear lights causing a hazard for vehicles following not able to notice the vehicle in front. Replaced multiple times. Same outcome. (Water leakage) lights burnt out. It’s been inspected by dealership and ASC certified mechanics. No warning when the race track lights go out. Only way to notice is when you start to see water build up in the race track lighting.
The Blinker arm at the steering wheel has broken internally to where its useless taking my high beams, turn signals, wipers and everything else they put on it to not function properly. When I asked the dealership for a repair quote I was told the part is on back order due to high demand. When I looked at third party dealers the same issues no one has this part. I could see if this was a older car but if their blinker arm is breaking so much they can't keep a part in stock or tell you when it van be available should a safety concern. Also their design makes the blinker arm replacement 850 for part and 600 for labor. This shows poor design and poor craftsmanship in their parts
Liftgate tail light leaking and holding water causing light failure and electrical shorts. Which cause visibility for other drivers to not see your back end at night.
The center track light (brake light) is defective; it collects water from the rain or melted snow and has shorted out parts of the light. The shorted area does not light up when braking. With parts of the track light blacked out by the short, it is not as effective in letting drivers behind me know when I am braking. Initially, the shorted light was a small corner of the light, which is not several inches. With the blackened area of the light growing as I an unable to stop the water from seeping in, it creates a safety concern for a vehicle of this size, especially when driving in a the highway. A Dodge dealer/mechanic shop in DeKalb, IL recognized the problem and said it was very common, but was not covered under the warranty. There were no warnings prior to the failure.
2015 Doge Durango, front passenger seat headrest malfunction "Active Head Restraint" and deployed while not in an accident. Headrest is available for inspection if requested. This occurred while the vehicle was being operated and caused a violent distraction. This could cause an accident as a result which would affect all in the vehicle. Additionally a direct impact/blow to the head from this defective headrest could lead to a head injury and/or cause an accident to occur. This has been reproduced in the same way by numerous consumers and third parties. Currently the defective headrest in question has not been inspected but communication with the manufacturer in progress. In regards to warning signs prior to the malfunction. There were no visible and/or audible signs this was about to occur. The headrest has received normal use which is very minimum. Research about this issue has shown this issue is documented and is present in multiple versions of the 2015 Dodge Durango but is not limited to just that year. Please investigate this issue as this is literally an accident waiting to happen.
DODGE "RACETRACK LIGHTING" HAS CRACKS AT UPPER LEFT AND UPPER RIGHT CORNERS. CAUSING WATER TO ENTER HOUSING AND SHORT OUT A SECTION OF LIGHTS. THANKFULLY IT HAS NOT CAUGHT FIRE. I SEE THE SAME SECTION OF LIGHTS OUT ON OTHER DODGE DURANGOS. THE DEALERSHIP TOLD ME THE "CRACK" WAS CAUSED BY ME AND THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT AND THE COST WOULD COME OUT OF MY POCKET. WHEN INSPECTED THE CRACKS ARE UNIFORM IN SHAPE AND SIZE.

MY LEFT TURN SIGNAL WENT OUT, SO I REPLACED BOTH MY LEFT AND RIGHT TURN SIGNALS. MY VEHICLE NOW REGISTERS THAT MY RIGHT TURN SIGNAL IS OUT CONSTANTLY, EVEN THOUGH IT IS OPERATING PROPERLY AND MY LEFT TURN SIGNAL DOES THE SAME PERIODICALLY. SINCE MY PURCHASE OF THIS VEHICLE, I HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH THE NAVIGATION NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. THE RADIO DISPLAY ITSELF HAS A MIND OF IT'S OWN, THIS IS HOW YOU OPERATE MOST OF THE VEHICLES CLIMATE FUNCTIONS, BACK UP CAMERA, NAVIGATION AND RADIO. WHEN THE VEHICLE COMES ON, IT IS SUPPOSED TO TURN ON. HOWEVER MORE OFTEN THAN NOT, IT CHOOSES TO BE OFF, AND I HAVE TO WAIT FOR IT TO DECIDE TO TURN ON. IF I DO NOT HAVE THE A/C KNOW TURNED OFF WHEN IT DOES THIS, BOTH MY FRONT AND REAR DEFROSTERS WILL TURN ON FULL BLAST UNTIL THE DISPLAY CHOOSES TO OPERATE PROPERLY. I HAVE HAD THIS SYSTEM UPDATED WITH A USB DRIVE AT A DEALERSHIP AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED. OVERTLY, I AM NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH HOW THESE ELECTRICAL ISSUES CONTINUE AND THERE SEEMS TO BE NO RESOLVE.

ON 4/15/2020 THE DEALERSHIP SAID THE BATTERY WAS DEFECTIVE AND CHARGED ME TO REPLACE IT, BUT THE ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. ON 5/1/2020 THE TRUNK RANDOMLY OPENED WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS OFF AND IN MY DRIVEWAY, IT WAS RAINING. THE REAR DECK LID TAIL LIGHTS FILL WITH WATER EVENTUALLY SHORTING OUT THE LIGHTS AND IMPACTING THE ABILITY FOR OTHER DRIVERS TO SEE THE VEHICLE FROM THE REAR. OVER TIME THIS MAY LEAD TO OTHER ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS AS IT IS NEVER GOOD TO HAVE WATER ACCUMULATING IN THE TAIL LIGHTS. THE BACKUP CAMERA IS ALSO SHARED IN THIS COMPONENT. THIS APPEARS TO BE A KNOWN ISSUE THAT FCA DODGE APPEARS TO BE IGNORING. THE ONLY SOLUTION OFFERED IS TO REPLACE THE COMPONENT WITH ANOTHER WHICH INCLUDES THE BACKUP CAMERA FOR $1000.

ON THIRD GENERATION DODGE DURANGO'S (2014-2020), WATER AND MOISTURE CAN GET INSIDE THE RACETRACK LIGHT ON THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE, CAUSING THE LIGHT TO STOP WORKING IN MULTIPLE PLACES, AND IN COLDER CLIMATE, CAN CAUSE THE MOISTURE TO FREEZE AND THE LIGHT TO CRACK. WHILE THE VEHICLE IS RUNNING AT NIGHT, THE RACETRACK LIGHT IS THE ONLY LIGHT THAT IS CONSTANTLY ON. WITH WATER AND MOISTURE CAUSING THE LIGHT TO DISCONTINUE OPERATION, AS WELL CAUSE OTHER ELECTRICAL/LIGHTING ISSUES, IT COULD BECOME A VERY SERIOUS DRIVING HAZARD. WATER IS CURRENTLY INSIDE THE LIGHT ON MY VEHICLE, AND FROZEN SOLID, CAUSING THE LIGHT TO MALFUNCTION. ATTACHED PICTURE WILL SHOW EVIDENCE. VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY WHEN LIGHT STARTED MALFUNCTIONING. REAR TAILLIGHT ASSEMBLY ON THE DODGE DURANGO HAS SERIOUS ISSUES AT A COSTLY PRICE. THE LEFT SIDE OF OUR TAILLIGHT ASSEMBLY HAS COLLECTED WATER AND HAS SHORT CIRCUITED THE LOWER LEFT PORTION OF THE LIGHTING. YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE WATER POOLED UP IN THE LENS. I HAVE TWO NEIGHBORS THAT HAVE HAD THE EXACT SAME ISSUE RECENTLY. ANOTHER NEIGHBOR WAS TOLD HE HAD TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE ASSEMBLY ($1K+) JUST BECAUSE HIS LEFT LICENSE PLATE LIGHT HAS GONE OUT. I GUESS IT IS POWERED FROM THE TAILLIGHT ASSEMBLY WIRING HARNESS. I HAVE ACTUALLY REPLACED THAT LEFT REAR LICENSE PLATE LIGHT 3 TIMES IN THE LAST 18 MONTHS. NOT CHEAP IS $50 EACH.

WATER GOT INTO THE LED HOUSING ON THE TAILGATE AND ALL LIGHTS ON TAILGATE THEN WENT OUT CAUSING AN EXPENSIVE REPAIR I NOW NEED. I WENT TO MILFORD (PA) DODGE DEALERSHIP WHEN I FIRST NOTICED WATER POOLING IN THE LIGHT. ( NOT EVEN 2 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE) AND THEY TOLD ME THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO TO FIX IT. AND THE CPO THEY GAVE ME WON'T COVER THE REPAIR. THIS VEHICLE HAD 18K ON IT WHEN I FIRST NOTICED THE WATER!!! THIS SHOULD BE A RECALL AS IT IS A VERY COMMON COMPLAINT WITH THESE TRUCKS AND DODGE IS DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT! NEARLY EVERY DURANGO I SEE HAS AN LED OUT DUE TO THIS.
WATER IS COLLECTING IN LIFTGATE TAIL LIGHT FROM BAD SEALS. I'VE READ FORUMS OF SMELLING SMOKE OR BURNING WIRES FROM BACK OF VEHICLE. AFRAID OF THAT HAPPENING SO I DECIDED TO REMOVED 4 BOLTS TO LET WATER DRAIN AND NOW THE TAIL LIGHT DOESN'T WORK. THIS IS A KNOWN DEFECT AND DODGE/CHRYSLER KNOWS ABOUT IT AND REFUSES TO WORK WITH US OWNERS.
REAR HATCH LIGHT FILLS WITH WATER AND THE LIGHT STOPS WORKING. ONLY FIX IS TO REPLACE THE VERY EXPENSIVE LIGHT ASSEMBLY. SAFETY ISSUE AS REAR LIGHT STOPS FUNCTIONING.

THE PROBLEM IS THAT THIS "SERVICEABLE" PART IS AN ALL ENCLOSED UNIT AND NOT A SIMPLE BULB REPLACEMENT. YOU HAVE TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE PANEL AT A COST OF NEARLY $1000!!! THE DEALER PERFORMED A DIAGNOSTIC AND FOUND NO FAILURES. SINCE THE DIAGNOSTIC, THE CONTACT STATED THAT VARIOUS ELECTRICAL FAILURES HAVE OCCURRED WITH THE VEHICLE. ON ONE OCCASION, THE CONTACT DISCOVERED THAT THE VEHICLE STARTED ON ITS OWN WHILE IN THE GARAGE AND THAT THE VEHICLE WAS RUNNING HOT WHILE IDLING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. FOR A FEW MONTHS NOW, THE BOTTOM RIGHT HAND SECTION OF THE LED 'RACETRACK' TAIL LIGHTS ON THE TRUNK OF MY DURANGO HAS BEEN BURNED OUT. APPARENTLY, THIS IS COMING FROM WATER FILLING UP IN THE LEDS DUE TO WEATHER STRIPPING TO KEEP WATER OUT FAILING TOO EARLY. THIS NORMALLY WOULDN'T BE A HUGE CONCERN SINCE TAIL LIGHTS CAN BE REPLACED, HOWEVER CHRYSLER/DODGE/FIAT HAS MADE IT ENTIRELY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR ANYONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND TO EVEN TRY TO AFFORD A REPLACEMENT. THE LEDS CANNOT BE EASILY REPLACED, THEREFORE YOU HAVE TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE TAIL LIGHT/BRAKE LIGHT PORTION ON THE TRUNK. ON TOP OF THAT, THIS PART MUST COME WITH THE BACK UP CAMERA, YOU CAN'T BUY THE PART WITHOUT THE BACK UP CAMERA. THE COST FOR THIS IS 1,085 USD WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD, AND THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE COST OF LABOR AS WELL. THE BRAKE LIGHTS OF ANY VEHICLE ARE A HUGE SAFETY FUNCTION OF THE VEHICLE, BOTH DURING THE DAY IN DARK FOGGY/RAINY CONDITIONS AS WELL AS ANYTIME AT NIGHT. CHRYSLER/DODGE/FIAT MUST EITHER MAKE THIS INCREDIBLY CHEAP TO REPLACE, OR PUT IN A RECALL TO BE REPLACED AT THE COMPANIES EXPENSE. THIS COULD CAUSE PROPERTY DAMAGE THAT THE VEHICLES INSURANCE COMPANY MUST PAY FOR, OR EVEN DEATH TO ANY PERSON OR ANIMAL RIDING IN THE VEHICLE IF INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT. DODGE WANTS TO CHARGE $300 TO SWAP OUT THE BULB ON THE DRIVERS' SIDE BLINKER WHICH CAN BE DONE EASILY IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES WITH REGULAR OR LED BULB, HOWEVER IT SEEMS THAT AFTER HAVING SWAPPED OUT THE BULB WHICH SHORTED OUT ON THE TERMINAL CONNECTOR ITSELF (WHY IS MY BRAND NEW CAR CAUSING SHORTS FIRST OF ALL) SO I INSTALLED AN LED ON THE RIGHT SIDE AS WELL. HOWEVER, THAT CAUSED PROBLEMS SAYING THE RIGHT BLINKER IS OUT. SO NOW, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER I HAVE THE LED OR THE REGULAR LIGHT INSTALLED ON THE PASSENGER SIDE BLINKER IT NOW GOES IN AND OUT SAYING "RIGHT SIDE BLINKDER OUT" - AND THAT'S EVEN WHEN IT WORKS!??!!! WHY IS THE COMPUTER THINKING THE BLINKER IS OUT WHEN I SEE IT WORKS? GRANTED, THE STUPID LEFT SIDE STOPPED BEING DUMB BUT NOW IS THERE SOME ATTENUATION OR SOMETHING THAT THE COMPUTER DOESN'T LIKE SINCE YOU BURNED OUT MY FIRST BULB AND IT'S CAUSING ISSUES AT THE RIGHT SIDE? DODGE NEEDS TO ADDRESS THIS AS A RECALL UNDER WARRANTY BECAUSE IT IS ABSOLUTELY AN ISSUE, IT'S NOT A BULB PROBLEM, IT OCCURS WITH ANY BULB AND WHETHER IT I ACTUALLY OUT OR NOT IS NOT ACCURATE PER THE REPORTING FROM THE COMPUTER. SMELLED ELECTRONIC BURNING IN VEHICLE WHILE DRIVING ON HIGHWAY 378 FROM COLUMBIA SC. AFTER ABOUT A MINUTE THE INSTUMENT PANELWENT COMPLETELY BLANK. WORRIED THAT I MIGHT HAVE A DASH FIRE, I PULLED OVER ON THE ROAD SHOULDER IN BUSY TRAFFIC TO GET MY FAMILY OUT OF THE VECHILE AND INVESTIGATE. I CALLED THE LOCAL DEALER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND WAS TOLD TO BRING THE VECHILE IN SO THEY COULD REPAIR IT. NERVIOUSLY I STARTED THE VECHILE BACK UP WITH MY FAMILY AT CURB SIDE. I WAITED FOR SEVERAL MINUTES TO ENSURE AN ELECTRICAL FIRE DID NOT OCCUR. I DROVE STRAIGHT TO THE DEALERSHIP WITHOUT ANY INSTRUMENTATION, OR TURN SIGNALS. THE VEHICLE HAS NOW BEEN IN THERE SHOP FOR OVER A MONTH.

REGARDING ODI PE 16-014 OPENED 16 DECEMBER 2016: ONE YEAR AGO (12/29/15) A NEIGHBOR ALERTED ME VIA TEXT TO THE FACT THAT MY VEHICLE WAS IN THE STREET OUTSIDE OUR HOME. I DISCOVERED MY 2015 DURANGO HAD ROLLED BACKWARD APPROXIMATELY 35 FEET COMING TO REST IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET. MY FIRST THOUGHT WAS THAT I HAD SOMEHOW FAILED TO PUT THE VEHICLE IN "PARK". HOWEVER, AFTER STARTING THE VEHICLE, I COULD SEE THE ROTARY DIAL CONTROLLING THE TRANSMISSION WAS CLEARLY INDICATED TO BE IN THE "P" POSITION. IT'S WORTH NOTING THAT AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT, THE VEHICLE WAS NOT RUNNING AND THE PARKING BRAKE WAS NOT ENGAGED. OBVIOUSLY, HAVING THE VEHICLE ROLL AWAY WAS NO SMALL CONCERN. SO I CONTACTED THE DEALER WHO SOLD ME THE VEHICLE AND WAS ADVISED TO TAKE IT TO A DEALER IN MY COMMUNITY FOR INSPECTION. ACCORDING TO THE SERVICE MANAGER AT THE LOCAL DEALERSHIP THIS WAS THE SECOND RECENT COMPLAINT HE HAD RECEIVED ON THIS SAME ISSUE. ULTIMATELY, THE DEALER INSPECTION TURNED UP NO DISCERNABLE CAUSE. I WAS SUBSEQUENTLY CONTACTED BY THE SM STATING THAT CHRYSLER WAS FLYING A COUPLE OF GUYS UP TO TAKE A LOOK AT BOTH VEHICLES INVOLVED IN THE ROLL-AWAY COMPLAINT. THIS PROCESS ULTIMATELY RESULTED IN MY RECEIPT OF CORRESPONDENCE FROM AN INDIVIDUAL WORKING "SPECIAL INVESTIGATIONS" FOR FCA STATING, IN ESSENCE, THAT MY DURANGO IS "FUNCTIONING AS DESIGNED". A FEW FINAL THOUGHTS: (1) THE SLOPE OF OUR DRIVEWAY IS STANDARD FOR HOMES BUILT ON FLATLAND. AN EYEBALL MEASUREMENT HAS THE RISE AT ABOUT 20" OVER A RUN OF 36'. (2) OUR DURANGO REPLACED A 2004 LINCOLN AVIATOR. THE AVIATOR UTILIZED THE SAME POSITION IN OUR DRIVEWAY FOR SEVERAL YEARS (SANS ENGAGEMENT OF THE PB), YET WE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH IT ROLLING AWAY. MAYBE THIS CAN BE ATTRIBUTED TO DUMB-LUCK. OR, MAYBE IT WAS DESIGNED NOT TO. (3) FORTUNATELY, WE LIVE ON A QUIET STREET. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN REAL BAD.

WHILE IN GARAGE, I NOTICED VEHICLE WAS ROLLING DOWN DRIVEWAY. I WAS KNOCKED DOWN BY DRIVERS SIDE DOOR WHILE TRYING TO GET IN TO APPLY BRAKE. THE VEHICLE THEN ROLLED OVER MY MAILBOX, ACROSS STREET, OVER NEIGHBOR'S MAILBOX AND STOPPED WHEN IT HIT A TREE. MY WIFE WAS IN CAR SO KNOWS THAT REAR PARKING SENSORS NEVER CHIMED TO INDICATE IT WAS ABOUT TO HIT SOMETHING WHICH I BELIEVE CONFIRMS THAT THE CAR WASN'T STILL IN REVERSE AFTER BACKING OUT OF GARAGE. THE AIR BAGS WERE NOT DEPLOYED. I BELIEVE THAT VEHICLE SLIPPED OUT OF PARK. IT WAS NOT MOVING WHEN I FIRST GOT OUT. MY INJURIES FROM BEING KNOCKED TO THE GROUND AND HERS FROM BEING IN THE DRIVERS SEAT BOTH FEEL THEY DIDN'T WARRANT EMERGENCY ROOM TREATMENT BUT WILL GET TREATMENT IF PAIN PERSISTS.
