TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1992 DODGE DYNASTY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE STEERING HAD BEEN EXTREMELY ROUGH WHEN ATTEMPTING TO OPERATE THE VEHICLE. THE GEARS WERE ALSO EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO CHANGE AT ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE ALSO SLIPPED OUT OF GEAR ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INSPECTED, DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.

I GOT THIS FROM A USED CAR LOT AND IT HAD A BAD OIL LEAK I TOLD HIM NEEDED TO BE FIXED AND ASKED IF I COULD WAIT ON THE PAYMENT AND TOLD HIM I HAD ALREADY TALKED TO THE PERSON THAT HAD IT ABOUT 2 WEEKS BEFORE I GOT IT SHE HAD FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS AND I WILL HAVE IT A MONTH I AM TRYING TO FIND OUT IF THERE IS ANYTHING I CAN DO IT HAS A ROD OUT AND IT IS JUST GETTING WORSE I NOW WILL NOT DRIVE IT I DON'T TRUST IT AND I WILL HAVE IT 30 DAYS THE 30TH. THE OTHER LADY THAT HAD IT SAID SHE TOLD HIM TOO SO HE KNEW IT WAS LIKE THAT. PLEASE HELP AND TELL ME IF I HAVE ANY RIGHTS. SHERRI
