I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a persistent engine misfire in my 2014 Dodge Journey AWD, which I believe may pose a safety risk to my family, myself, other drivers, and is not explained by regular maintenance and care. Since I first purchased the vehicle, I have performed all necessary maintenance and adhered to the recommended service intervals. However, despite these precautions, the engine has experienced consistent misfires. The misfires are particularly noticeable when I attempt to accelerate, whether when speeding up or turning. This issue has caused a noticeable hesitation in power delivery, which has created dangerous situations while merging onto highways or trying to maintain speed during turns. I have taken the vehicle to multiple certified mechanics and dealerships, but they have been unable to provide a clear cause for the engine misfires. The misfires have not been resolved with routine maintenance or repairs. This issue has persisted for several months and continues to affect the vehicle's performance, causing slow acceleration and hesitation, which increases the risk of accidents or collisions in certain driving situations. Given the nature of this issue and its potential impact on vehicle safety, I am concerned that this problem may be more widespread and may require further investigation by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. I would appreciate it if your agency could look into this matter and assess whether this issue could be a design flaw, manufacturing defect, or an undiscovered safety hazard. My complaint is I just had an oil change which I have done every 3000 miles since I own this car. I took car in December 9th for an oil change and after, the car started leaking oil all over. I took it back to Richlonn's Service which indicated that the cooler/oil filter housing was cracked, it cost me $1,382.93 to repair. The cooler/filter housing is located above exhaust manifold which had to be removed to replace, I think this is a fire hazard, not only that, I found out, Chrysler has had problems with these plastic housings, over the years Did they withhold information from the NHTSA.? If you check Amazon just look at the number of people that had to replace these units. I'm [XXX], driving [XXX] years all the cars that I owned I never heard of a oil housing cracking. I just check with amazon, but if you look into it at other service centers you will see how many have been repaired! When trying to start the car in the past every now in then I would get a one click and no start I tried to shift into neutral and nothing the same , I played with the button by turning g off and back on a few time and it would start and it started to get harder to get it to start and now it will only click and no start , I replaced the battery and starter was checked out and is good all battery ends are new and new battery cables , I know Google is no auto mechanic but the post I have read there is a lot of dodge journeys that has this issue when I called dodge I was told to bring it in and I will be charged , also about every 4th time I hit the door locks from the door as soon as the door shuts the horn beeps 3 times and all the doors unlock , need help please from what I am understanding it's something to do with the anti theft or the neutral safety switch inside the transmission ,

Vehicle just won’t start sometimes. Changed battery , alternator, starter, ETC system. And nothing has helped. No rhyme or reason some days it starts perfectly fine multiple times .. other days I’ll go out and it just won’t start. I can go to my destination turn it off and it won’t turn back on.

I bought this car used but it only had 26340 on it and now it is almost to 30000. When driving it sounds as though the motor is knocking, but the oil is fine when checked on. It seems to have difficulty changing gears, sometimes way to fast and it whines other times it struggles to shift gears. Rpms are not steady they are bouncing around high love. When it does get to speed it feels as though the brakes are being appflied. At times the motorwhines because, the gear is to low it starts to get loud and become very hesitant when shifting to the higher gears. Sometimes it feels like the motor or something is going to come offf. There is a bunch of rattling going on . When I do park and turn it off, shortly after it sounds as if there is something running around inside the motor area. I was told it runs great and haven't even put 3000 miles on it. I think it's going to blow up or just die

The contact’s son owns a 2014 Dodge Journey. The contact stated that on several occasions while driving at various speeds, the vehicle stalled. The contact then stated that on numerous occasions after the vehicle stalled, the vehicle needed to be jumpstarted each time after turning off the vehicle. Additionally, the contact stated that he was unable to turn off the headlamps and the key fob failed to operate as needed. The check engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that water prevented the fuel from entering the fuel pump and the fuel injector and an unknown engine component needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The dealer was not notified of the failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the contact was informed that all the recalls were previously performed, and no further assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 110,400.

Last year on or about June 17, my transmission gave out completely on me while driving up hill on a 2way road. My vehicle is available for inspection, but the transmission has already been replaced with a used transmission. This event put my life and others at risk because my car completely stopped working on an incline with no indication it was going to give out. My father was actually imjured in his attempt to help me stop the car from rolling backwards. The day it happened I took my car to be assessed at our local Dodge dealership, and had it repaired by an independent contractor. As mentioned before there were no warning signs that it was going to fail. No signs of overheating and/or weird noises.

After getting oil changed/air filter replaced and 4 new tires, vehicle has stalled out every day since while running (less than week) it is now stalling out while driving!! Happened while I was driving on the highway. EXTREMELY dangerous. Car usually will restart. But 95% of the time it continuously sounds like it’s trying to turn over until I push the ignition button to turn off. I am currently stuck on the side of the road for about a half hour because it won’t start back up. I have had this car less than a year!

Just before my warranty was up I got a check engine light and the car started running really rough almost like it was gonna die when I came to a stop. I called the dealership and they told me they would try to get me in at the next availability. With the end of my warranty closely approaching I told them this wasn’t an option. They finally got my car in after I made a few demanding phone calls to the right people and come to find out that somehow some hardware in my engine came loose and it was causing very abnormal wear on my lifters and so they “fixed” the problem. Fast forward a few months and now I’ve been having an annoying ticking noise coming from my engine. I tried using Seafoam, nada. I tried using Lucas High Mileage additive, no dice. So I took it to a trusted mechanic as it is now well outside my warranty and he told me “it’s your lifters” which I already had a feeling it would be just by listening to the sound as between and idle and acceleration. So being I have over 167k miles on it it’s not even worth fixing. Oh and just a side note, my mechanic also mentioned to me that he fixed 4 other Journeys that week which tells me that Dodge has a serious problem with these model cars that they will not address. Oh and just for the record, I have the garbage 3.6L Pentastar engine

WHILE DRIVING A SHORT DISTANCE, 36 MILES, THE DODGE STARTS TO OVERHEAT. IT HAS BEEN IN SERVICE THREE TIMES FOR THIS ISSUE AND NO DIAGNOSIS HAS BEEN MADE. UPON STARTING THE CAR, IT SHAKES AND AFTER A MINUTE IT SUBSIDES WITHIN MINUTES OF STARTING THE OIL TEMP JUMPS TO 231 DEGREES OR HIGHER. I HAVE HAD TO DRIVE WITH THE HEAT ON HIGH IN ORDER TO BRING THE TEMPERATURE DOWN AND EVEN WITH IT ON THE LOWEST TEMP IS STILL 226 AFTER 10/15 MINUTES. THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN ONGOING SINCE JULY 2020.

THERE IS A U67 BY FCA RECALL ON MY 2014 DODGE JOURNEY WHICH I WAS NOT NOTIFIED BY THE DEALER! I FOUND OUT ABOUT THE RECALL AFTER PAYING TO HAVE THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER REPLACED MYSEL! HOWEVER MY CAR DECIDED TO GO INTO A LIMP MODE WHICH IT HAS DONE SINCE I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE IN 2013 BUT THIS TIME IT IS STAYING IN LIMP MODE SO I RESEARCHED RECALLS, THERE IS ALSO T47 AND U49 WHEN I TOWED MY VEHICLE TO THE DEALER THEY INFORMED ME THE CONVERTER I HAD PUT ON DOES NOT MEET STANDARDS AND THEY WERE GOING TO REPLACE IT AGAIN AND ALSO DO THE OTHER TWO RECALLS AS WELL AND THEN THEY INFORMED ME THEY COULD NOT DO THE U49 OR U67 BECAUSE THE VEHICLE DOES NOT HAVE THE ORIGINAL ENGINE! THEY TOLD ME AND GAVE ME DOCUMENTATION THAT THE ONLY RECALL DONE WAS T47 HOWEVER THEY REPORTED TO FCA THAT THE U67 WAS COMPLETE WHEN IN FACT IT HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED! THE VEHICLE IS STUCK IN LIMP MODE BECAUSE IT NEEDS THE PCM FLASHED AND THEY WILL NOT DO THE RECALL U67 OR U49 ON MY VEHICLE AND SENT ME AWAY TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE 89 MILES HOME IN LIMP MODE! WHEN IT SHUT OFF, I LOST POWER STEERING ALL THREE TIMES, SO THANKFULLY I WAS AT LOW SPEED. I DO CURRENTLY HAVE CODE P0016 WHEN I SCAN IT WITH MY READER. I HAD A LOCAL MECHANIC CHANGE 1 OF MY CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSORS BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT AUTOZONE RECOMMENDED. THAT DIDN'T SOLVE ANYTHING. THEN I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AT DODGE OF BLOOMINGTON, MN TO HAVE A LUGNUT REPAIRED AND MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT FURTHER DIAGNOSED. THEY REPLACED THE LUGNUT BUT TOLD ME THEY DIDN'T HAVE TIME LEFT IN THE DAY TO LOOK AT LIGHT, AND SAID NO RENTAL VEHICLES WERE AVAILABLE, WHICH IS ODD CONSIDERING THE 500 VEHICLES IN THEIR LOT. SO I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AT COON RAPIDS CHRYSLER AND THEY DUG AROUND FOR THREE HOURS, TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING BUT CHARGED ME $500. AGAIN NO RENTALS HERE EITHER. HOW FAR DO WE DIG, I HAVE 297,000 MILES BUT OTHER THAN THIS RECENT ISSUE, VEHICLE HAS BEEN GOOD. HAPPY TO INCLUDE ANYTHING EXTRA YOU WOULD LIKE. I DID HAVE COON RAPIDS CHRYSLER REPLACE A CAMSHAFT IN SPRING OF 2019 WHEN ENGINE WAS TICKING. THAT SOLVED THE TICKING. I DID NOTICE MY TICK IS BACK TO ABOUT 75% OF THE SOUND IT WAS IN THE SPRING AFTER MY NOVEMBER 29TH ATTEMPTED DIAGNOSIS AT COON RAPIDS. TYPING ON MY PHONE, SO I APOLOGIZE FOR A FEW MISSED CAPITALIZATIONS. FIRST SHUTOFF WAS NOVEMBER 15TH, RECENT ONE WAS DECEMBER 15TH AND THEN ONE IN BETWEEN.

THE RADIO CHANGES CHANNELS ON ITS OWN BUT MOST IMPORTANT THIS MORNING 23 OCT 2019 MY 2014 DODGE JOURNEY COMPLETELY SHUTDOWN WHILE I WAS MAKING A RIGHT HAND TURN. LUCKILY I WAS ABLE TO GET OFF THE ROAD SAFELY.

OUR 2014 DODGE JOURNEY'S ENGINE IS CONSUMING OIL WITH NO WARNING. WITH NO WARNING LIGHT/ALARM OR PUDDLES OF OIL ON THE GROUND, I HAD TO ADD OVER 3 QUARTS OF OIL TO THE ENGINE. DUE TO THIS, THE ENGINE HAS FAILED BEYOND REPAIR. THIS WAS PRESENTED IN THE MANNER OF HARSH CLANKING AND BANGING WITHIN THE ENGINE WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE FREEWAY. AFTER HAVING IT TOWED TO A LOCAL SHOP, IT WAS FOUND THAT METAL SHARDS WERE CONTAINED WITHIN THE OIL FILTER. THE VEHICLE NOW DOESN'T RUN CORRECTLY EVEN WHEN NOT IN MOTION.

I BOUGHT MY VEHICLE IN 2017. BEFORE A YEAR OF OWNING IT I GOT INTO A WRECK BECAUSE MY CRUISE CONTROL WOULDNT TURN OFF AND INSTEAD STARTED ACCELERATING MORE. THEN I STARTED HAVING ISSUES WITH MY CATALYTIC CONVERTER TOOK IT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID THERE WAS NO WAY. SHORTLY AFTER THE REST OF MY SYSTEMS STARTED TO GO ALONG WITH IT NOW IT'S BEEN ABOUT 6 MONTHS AND I HAVE A VEHICLE THAT CAN NO LONGER MOVE OR SO ANYTHING. ONCE MY CATALYTIC CONVERTER WENT OUT IT STARTED CLOGGING THE REST OF MY SYSTEM. AS OF SEPTEMBER 2019 MY ENGINE IS NOW COMPLETELY GONE BECAUSE OF ALL THE BACK UP NOT BEING PROCESSED BY MY CATCON

MY CRUISE CONTROL QUIT WORKING AND THE TRACTION CONTROL LIGHT CAME ON AND IT WOULDN'T TURN OFF. THE DOORS STARTED LOCKING AND UNLOCKING BY THEMSELVES. I WENT TO CHURCH AND STOPPED AT FOOD CITY AFTERWARDS. I STARTED THE VEHICLE AND PUT IT IN REVERSE AND I CAN SMELL SOMETHING WEIRD AND IT WAS LIKE THE BRAKE WAS STUCK AND IT WAS HOLDING BACK. I PROCEEDED BECAUSE I WAS IN TRAFFIC AND NEEDED TO MOVE. ACCELERATION WAS LIMITED BUT I MADE IT HOME WHICH WAS LESS THAN A MILE. WHEN STOPPED THERE WAS SMOKE ROLLING OUT FROM UNDER THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE AREA AND THERE WAS FLUIDS RUNNING ALL OVER THE GROUND. THIS WAS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION BECAUSE I HAD MY CHILDREN IN THE CAR. THERE IS A SCRUBBING AND PECKING NOISE BUT IT SOUNDS LIKE IT'S COMING FROM THE REAR END. I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THIS VEHICLE. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON BUT IT'S BEEN ON. I'VE HAD IT CHECKED AND SHOWS NOTHING WRONG AND HAD IT TURNED OFF AND IT CONTINUES TO COME ON. ALTERNATOR HAS BEEN REPLACED AS WELL AS NEW BATTERY. IT SEEMS TO HAVE ELECTRICAL ISSUES WITH THE DOORS LOCKING AND UNLOCKING. SO DANGEROUS! AFFECTS STEERING AND CONTROL OF VEHICLE AND COULD CAUSE A FIRE AND NOT BE ABLE TO GET OUT OF THE VEHICLE. AFTER SEEING ALL OF THE REVIEWS AND PROBLEMS WITH THESE VEHICLES THEY ALL NEED TO BE RECALLED BECAUSE NONE OF THEM ARE SAFE BECAUSE IT'S OBVIOUS THAT THE DEALERSHIPS DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO FIX THEM. IF THEY ATTEMPT ONE ISSUE THERE ARE EVEN MORE ISSUES THAT OCCUR. THE REPAIRS ARE COSTLY AND THIS IS HAPPENING WAY TOO OFTEN WITH TOO MANY JOURNEYS. THEN WE ARE STUCK WITH A LEMON TO PAY FOR AND NO VEHICLE BECAUSE OF THESE COSTLY REPAIRS ALONG WITH THE DANGERS IMPOSED. PLEASE RECALL THESE DANGEROUS AND REPAIR COSTLY VEHICLES! THEY DON'T NEED TO BE ON THE ROADS. PROBLEMS STARTED NOT LONG AFTER PURCHASE BUT THEY HAVE ESCALATED AND HAVE GOTTEN MORE SERIOUS, DANGEROUS, AND COSTLY.

ON APPROXIMATELY 6-8 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS IN THE LAST 3 YEARS, MY 2014 DODGE JOURNEY HAS SHUT ITSELF OFF WHILE I'VE BEEN DRIVING IT. THE FIRST 3 TIMES I WAS DRIVING STRAIGHT & AFTER THE 3RD TIME, THE DEALER REPLACED THE CRANK SHAFT SENSOR BUT IT CONTINUED TO HAPPEN. THERE SEEMED TO BE NOTHING TO NOTE WHEN IT WOULD HAPPEN, UNTIL RECENTLY, IT SHUT OFF ON 2 OCCASIONS WHEN I WENT OVER A BUMP & GOING IN A FORWARD MOTION IN BOTH CASES. THE FIRST TIME I WAS GOING 55MPH, THE 2ND 25MPH SO NOT SURE THE SPEED HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT. BROUGHT IT BACK TO DEALER & THEY DID AN ENGINE CONTROL MODULE UPDATE. THIS WAS ONE WEEK AGO AND IT HAPPENED AGAIN TODAY. I WAS AGAIN IN A FORWARD MOTION, ACTUALLY JUST STARTED ACCELERATING FROM A RED LIGHT, SO WAS PROBABLY NOT GOING MORE THAN 35-40MPH WHEN IT HAPPENED. I FELT LIKE THIS IS AN ISSUE YOUR ORGANIZATION NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT ON MANY LEVELS BUT THE LARGEST ONE FOR ME IS AS A FULL-TIME MOM. I HAVE HAD MY SON IN THE CAR WITH ME ON ALMOST EVERY ONE OF THESE OCCASIONS AND TO SAY IT'S TERRIFYING WOULD BE AN UNDERSTATEMENT. EVERYTHING ON THE CAR LOCKS AND I HAVE ABOUT 3 SECONDS TO TRY AND GUIDE MY CAR OUT OF TRAFFIC WITHOUT GETTING HIT. THE CAR DOES RESTART ONCE YOU PUT IT IN PARK AND PUSH THE IGNITION BUTTON BUT I WOULD NOT WISH THIS FEAR ON MY WORST ENEMY. HOPE THIS HELPS IN SOME WAY. BTW, TODAY I IMMEDIATELY DROVE MY CAR TO MY HUSBAND AT WORK AND HE WILL BE DRIVING IT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP TODAY UNTIL THEY CAN HOPEFULLY FIX IT FOR GOOD. I WENT INTO MY CHURCH FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS AND CAME BACK OUT AND STARTED THE CAR TO LET IT COOL DOWN FOR MY KIDS. AS IT SAT IDLING ALL OF A SUDDEN MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON, MY ETC LIGHT IS FLASHING, AND MY ESC OFF LIGHT IS ON. SHUT IT OFF AND TURNED IT BACK ON AND THE ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON. SINCE OWNING THE VEHICLE, BOUGHT BRAND NEW, EVERY SO OFTEN WHILE DRIVING THE RADIO AND ALL THE LIGHTS WOULD TURN OFF AND THEN COME BACK ON. RECENTLY WHEN DRIVING MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. AT THAT POINT IT WAS A FRIDAY NIGHT MY MECHANIC WAS ALREADY CLOSED SO WHEN HE OPENED BACK UP ON TUESDAY I CALLED TO BRING THE CAR IN AND ON MY WAY THERE THE CAR STARTED MAKING A HORRIBLE NOISE. WHILE DRIVING DOWN A BUSY ROAD I FELT THE ACCELERATION GIVE AND I COULD NOT GET IT TO ACCELERATE SO I STARTED TO MAKE WAY OFF THE HIGHWAY WHEN THE ENGINE JUST DIED. HAD IT TOWED TO MY MECHANIC WHERE HE CANNOT FIGURE OUT WHY IT DIED. THERE WAS NO WATER, ALL THE FLUID LEVELS WERE PERFECT. HE WAS BAFFLED AS TO HOW THE ENGINE COULD JUST DIE. HE SAID HE HAS NEVER SEEN THIS HAPPEN FOR NO REASON. FINALLY FOUND AN ENGINE TO REPLACE IT A MONTH LATER, BUT THAT ENGINE HAS 96,000 MILES ON IT.

LIKE OTHERS ON THIS SITE, I EXPERIENCED A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT INDICATING A MISFIRE ON CYLINDER 3. I HAD THE VEHICLE REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY AT CHAMPION DODGE IN INDIANAPOLIS, IN. THE SHOP STATED THEY REPLACED THE ENTIRE CYLINDER HEAD DUE TO A LEAKING VALVE. UPON RETRIEVING THE REPAIRED VEHICLE, THE SAME ISSUE IMMEDIATELY AROSE. I TOOK THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE SHOP AND THE SHOP IS NOW SURMISING THEY RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PART. I FIND IT HARD TO BELIEVE THE SAME ISSUE OCCURRED TWICE WITHIN A DAY DUE TO A DEFECTIVE REPLACEMENT PART. EITHER THE SHOP DID NOT REPLACE THE PART, OR CHRYSLER HAS A SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH THEIR CYLINDER HEADS. THIS ISSUE APPEARS TO BE COMMON, WAS RECOGNIZED BY CHRYSLER ON THE 2011-2013 MODELS, BUT IS NOW AN ISSUE WITH MY 2014 MODEL. I HAVE CONTACTED A CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE AT CHRYSLER WHO MADE ONE ATTEMPT TO CALL AND IS NEVER AVAILABLE.

I RESEARCHED ONLINE AND WAS ALARMED TO FIND OUT THAT THIS PROBLEM SEEMS TO BE SOMEWHAT COMMON AND THERE WAS A RECALL BACK IN 2011 FOR 2010 DODGE JOURNEY MODELS THAT WERE STALLING OUT. I HAVE NOT SEEN EVIDENCE OF A RECALL FOR LATER MODELS. I AM CONCERNED THAT THIS COULD HAPPEN ON THE OPEN ROAD LIKE A HIGHWAY WHERE THE VEHICLE IS GOING AT HIGH RATES OF SPEED AND STALLS OUT CAUSING MY WIFE TO LOSE CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. IT STOPPED MISSING, BUT THERE WAS A DEFINITE LACK OF POWER AND ACCELERATION CAPABILITY. I GOT THE VEHICLE BACK TO DEALER ON 6/3/16. AGAIN UNABLE TO RECREATE INCIDENT, SO THEY RERAN THE COMPUTER UPDATE FROM THE RECALL, CLEARED CODES & TURNED CHECK ENGINE LIGHT OFF. ON 7/2/16, I WAS ONCE AGAIN SITTING COMPLETELY STOPPED AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT GETTING READY TO TURN LEFT. WHILE IDLING AT STOP LIGHT CHECK ENGINE LIGHT STARTED FLASHING AGAIN & THE VEHICLE STARTED RUNNING ROUGH. I WAS TURNING INTO A PARKING LOT FOR A SHOPPING CENTER. AS I ATTEMPTED TO PULL INTO A PARKING SPOT THE VEHICLE STALLED HALF IN THE PARKING SPOT. I PUT THE VEHICLE IN PARK AND WAS ABLE TO START IT BACK UP AND PULL THE REST OF THE WAY IN THE SPOT. AFTER BEING IN THE STORE ABOUT AN HOUR, WE CAME BACK OUT, THE VEHICLE STARTED, BUT AGAIN HAD A DEFINITE LACK OF POWER. AFTER DRIVING IT LESS THAN A MILE, IT STALLED OUT AGAIN WHILE SLOWING DOWN TO COME TO A STOP. WE WERE ABLE TO START THE VEHICLE BACK AND GET IT BACK HOME, STILL WITH A DEFINITELY LACK OF POWER, AND PARK IT FOR THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND. AFTER THE HOLIDAY, ON 7/5/16, I TOOK THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP. ONCE AGAIN THEY CAN'T FIND ANYTHING WRONG, HAVE CLEARED CODES, TURNED OFF CHECK ENGINE LIGHT & ADVISED ME TO COME PICK IT UP. TAKING EXIT OFF US 12 ONTO I-82 (YAKIMA) MY VEHICLE SUFFERED COMPLETE ENGINE FAILURE. THE BRAKES DID NOT WORK AND HAD TO RELY ON THE EMERGENCY BRAKE, STOPPING ABOUT 100 FEET AWAY AND NOSE IN TRAFFIC. I HAVE PUSH BUTTON START/IGNITION, SO THIS IS NOT A CASE OF A HEAVY KEYCHAIN MOVING THE IGNITION INTO AUXILIARY OR OFF MODE.. THIS IS MY WIFE'S CAR AND SHE DRIVES MY SON AND DAUGHTER EVERYWHERE. I AM VERY WORRIED THIS COULD HAPPEN IN A DANGEROUS SITUATION OR AT HIGHER SPEED!
