CAR THROTTLES UP WITHOUT DRIVER INPUT UNDER COLD OR WARM ENGINE, ON AND OFF CRUISE CONTROL, STOPPED OR ROLLING. THIS HAS HAPPENED 2 TIMES IN REVERSE, 2 TIMES AT HIGHWAY SPEED ON CRUISE, AND STOPPED AND ROLLING IN FOWARD DRIVE.
