IAW THE CUMMINS FACTORY REPAIR MANUAL THE TIMING GEAR HOUSING BOLTS ARE TO BE LOCK TIGHTED AND THEN TORQUED TO SPECS, ONLY TWO WERE LOCKTIGHTED....
