CONSUMER STATED VEHICLE EXPERIENCED STRUCTURAL FAILURE AT THE STEERING BOX BRACKET AND THE RAIL WAS RIPPED INTO, CONSUMER LEARNED OF A RECALL WHERE THE MANUFACTURER WOULD REPAIR THE PROBLEM OR BUY BACK THE VEHICLE, DEPENDING ON WHICH WOULD BE CHEAPER.*JB
