WE HAVE FOUND SEVERAL STRUCTURAL FRAME MEMBERS WITH SUBSTANDARD WELDS. WE HAVE EVEN FOUND ONE WALL FRAME MEMBER THAT HAS COMPLETELY SEPARATED FROM THE FLOOR FRAME.
