The Break System is malfunctioning. ADAS System Malfunctioning. Internet problem. The driver's side left HVAC is making a cracking sound. I received a Recall message from the manufacturer and NHTSA, but the person from the dealership service is not going to fix the problem, and he says the message is not Valid. Please help me go through this. And he is not going to honor the warranty. FYI, I also uploaded a picture and Text copy of the message from the manufacturer and NHTSA. I’m contacting NHTSA to let you know that I have an open recalls that I am trying to get performed. I would like to know how to get reimbursed for the ace recalls for my vehicle as it is crucial to get done ASAP. The issue I have with a car with only 200 miles is that the door handles don’t open properly and the air condition Vents are not opening properly and there were numerous recalls that I would like to get performed and I’m not sure how to go about that with reimbursements . I am also having numerous lights on my dashboard for safety going on and off.
THE SCREEN SHOW: " RADAR FAULT" Some features limited or unavailable. The warning light, the side mirrors do not appear. Also the approaching signals of another vehicle.

There is a recall, 24V623 on my vehicle, Fisker Ocean, relating to the brakes and regenerative braking. The OTA software 2.2 update was supposed to fix this issue. I received the 2.2.2 update on February 23, 2025. Which I understand is not the complete update, still waiting for the last part to arrive (there is supposed to be three parts to this update.) Receiving this update introduced new problems with the vehicle. Others in the Fisker Owners Association group has reported the same issues. Namely that the drivers display and the center screen failed to start when the car is started or if the displays do start they can blank out while driving. These issues started after I received the OTA software update. The issue was infrequent at first and now it happens almost every time I start the car. With the center screen being blanked out there is no way to control any of the many essential functions of the car. It affects the regenerative braking, ADAS functions such as lane keep assist and warnings, charging settings, HVAC functions, no heating/cooling or defrost and a few other functions too. When the drivers display is blank, I can not see the speed of the vehicle or what gear or mode I am in.

American Leasing updated my software to 2.2.1,2.2.2, and I no longer have Blind spot monitoring, emergency braking, and lane keep assist. All Safety ISSUES!!!!
I am a Fisker Ocean One owner and was able to schedule time with EV Works in Bainbridge, WA for replacement of parts related to NHTSA recalls. They were great to work with and were able to complete the replacements as expected. They replace the Water Pump (24V499000) and all four Door Handles that failed the testing (24V466000). All parts were provided at no cost. However, I was required to pay out of pocket for all labor related to this mandatory free recall: $1019.28. Two other issues were looked at as part of my visit to EV Works. They inspected and waterproofed electrical connectors in the front passenger side bumper. Fisker failed to adequately protect these as part of the vehicle assembly and they are known to get water intrusion and fail. This cost out of pocket $71.60. Part of why EV Works was looking at the electrical connections is because I have an ADAS Radar Fault warning. They determined this is caused by failure of both front mid range radar components. which leaves the vehicle with no Blind Spot Monitoring. I have heard of several other owners online reporting a similar issue with their cars. I expect this is due to low quality parts used in assembly and that more cars will start to get this warning and lose the ADAS feature. EV Works quoted this replacement as $980.97 but I have not completed the repair yet. This should have been covered by Fisker warranty.
There are multiple outstanding Recalls for the Fisker Ocean, yet my VIN returned no active Recalls even though it recognized my car. This doesn't make much sense to me. There are currently at least two critical safety issues that reached recall status, related to the Driver's Door Handle and the Electric Water Pump. Reimbursement is required by both the NHTSA and bankruptcy court and the court designated that American Lease was responsible for processing and paying those reimbursements. I need to have both the door handle and water pump recalls performed by a FISKER (FOA) approved servicing center, for the sake of my safety and the safety of others on the road when I drive my vehicle. There is currently no process by which receipts can be submitted and payments received, or for service providers to be reimbursed directly by American Lease. This violates both the court's order as well as NHTSA regulations and laws. This is going to leave me out nearly $1000, which I am, legally, not supposed to be paying, just to keep my car in somewhat safe condition for driving. Please address this so that those who purchased and acted in good faith have reimbursement as required by law. Thank you.

American leasing updated my car's software form 2.1 to 2.2 (1 of 3), then 2.2.,2 then 2.2.1. My blind spot monitoring is no longer working, and I get a radar malfunction error. Also, they will not pay for labor on the recall parts, as agreed to by the court order
An OTA update got pushed to my car without warning, and for over a month the infotainment screen (which has all info on car, controls, etc) was not working. Car did drive, though. Then, last week, the infotainment panel started working by itself again, but car functions such as lane assist / automatic nudge, collision avoidance function, and auto emergency braking stopped working (to be fair, they may have stopped when the screen went blank initially, but I wasn't paying too much attention and I didn't drive the car very much). There is no fault code or warning. These systems just don't work. Interestingly, the lane departure warning (a light that goes on if there is a car in your blind spot) started working, and it never has before.
More bugs and problems after partial OTA to version 2.2.2 than before. Constant alarms and warnings that ADAS is not functioning. Driver alert monitor stopped the car in the middle of the road because it said I was not paying attention. The biggest problem is the car no longer detects the key FOB inside the car. New battery and I can unlock the car from 100+ft away. But once in the car I'm forced to hold it to the NFC. One time I started the car, jumped out to grab something from inside the house, left my key there, then drove off. With no key in the car I was able to dive about 3 miles to the store. Somehow I was able to put it back into D and get home without it shutting down and asking to hold the FOB to the NFC again. The other safety related issue is the small driver screen will not dim. No matter where I have the brightness setting manually set or on auto the screen is always at 100% At night it is very bright and is not at all pleasant to drive with. I have started putting a piece of thin masking tape over it to dim at night. I can still see mostly see things that pop up.
Component/System Failure: Lane-Keeping Assist: Malfunctioned during highway turns, aggressively steering toward the shoulder, creating a collision risk. Turning off the feature does not prevent it from re-engaging. Braking & Acceleration: After hitting a pothole, braking failed to engage properly, and the car unexpectedly accelerated, requiring immediate action to regain control. Regenerative Braking: Inconsistent performance made it difficult to stop at higher speeds or downhill, increasing the risk of losing control. Random Parking Engagement: While reaching into my back pocket at low speed, the car unexpectedly shifted into "Park," abruptly stopping in traffic and posing a rear-end collision risk. Brake System Malfunction: A persistent "Brake System Malfunction" warning appears during normal driving, raising concerns about braking reliability. Availability for Inspection: The vehicle is available for inspection upon request. Safety Risks: Lane-Keeping Assist: Unintended steering toward the shoulder endangers me and other road users. Braking & Acceleration: Failure to brake and unexpected acceleration create hazardous conditions. Regenerative Braking: Inconsistent braking may lead to loss of control, particularly at high speeds or downhill. Random Parking Engagement: Unexpected shifts into "Park" in traffic could result in a collision. Brake System Malfunction: Persistent warnings and unreliable braking compromise vehicle safety. Reproduction/Confirmation by Dealer: The dealer has been notified, but no permanent fix has been provided. The safety issues remain unresolved. Warning Lamps/Messages: The "Brake System Malfunction" alert frequently appears during normal driving, along with braking failures and lane-keeping assist malfunctions. In addition to other system alerts.
Description of Incident(s) On March 5, 2025, I discovered that my 2023 Fisker Ocean had undergone an unauthorized over-the-air (OTA) software update to version 2.2.2 without my knowledge or consent. I received no prior notification from Fisker or American Leasing, the current entity managing Fisker vehicles following the company’s bankruptcy in 2024. Additionally, I have no access to the vehicle’s cloud system or update logs to understand what changes were implemented, leaving me unable to assess the scope or purpose of the update. Following this update, I experienced two significant safety-related issues with my vehicle, detailed below. Driver’s Door Handle Overheating After the 2.2.2 update, the driver’s side door handle began exhibiting extreme overheating, reaching temperatures exceeding 130°F as measured with a non-contact infrared thermometer. This poses a serious burn hazard and makes the handle unsafe to touch for entry or exit. The issue appears to be electrical in nature, potentially related to a malfunction in the door handle actuator or power management system altered by the software update. The handle remains excessively hot even when the vehicle is powered off, suggesting a persistent fault. This defect compromises safe access to the vehicle and presents a risk of injury. Rearview Mirror Fan Constantly Running Since the update, the fan associated with the vehicle’s digital rearview mirror now runs continuously, regardless of whether the mirror is in use or the vehicle’s thermal conditions warrant cooling. This creates unnecessary noise, potential wear on the fan component, and a possible drain on the vehicle’s battery. While the digital mirror functionality remains operational, the constant fan operation suggests a software glitch affecting thermal regulation or sensor feedback loops, likely introduced by the 2.2.2 update. This issue, while not immediately hazardous, indicates broader concerns with the stability of the vehicle’s software systems post-
I was upgraded to the different version by American Leasing because they control the Fisker recall. They had me on 2.2 (1/3) then 2.2.2 and then back down to 2.2.1 and now I have issues with my car. no blind spot and radr errors, and the fix for taking your foot off the brake and going over bumps is gone, the car jumps forward again
I had to pay out of pocket NHSTA safety recall service for water pump replacement and mandatory vehicle safety software update. This is wrong and I demand investigations and refunds.
My vehicle has been undrivable for the past 4-5 months. It started when I was leaving my work's parking lot after removing the car from the chargepoint charging station. The vehicle suddenly started stalling and gaining power when I was accelerating then losing power afterwards. I readily parked in one of the spots, exited the vehicle, locked it and unlocked it after a few minutes in hopes that it would turn on and work normally. The car would turn on, I would put the vehicle into "D" and when accelerating, the vehicle would go into "N" automatically making me lose traction and the car going forward and scaring me to death as my car was on a spot in front of a valley. Thankfully I was able to press the break quickly and and turn on the "hand brake". Now the vehicle decided to work again, but I'm extremely scared this issue will happen again and I don't feel safe. There were other times that in city the auto brake activated (as if I hit a vehicle) with having no vehicles in front of me. Other times when the "Hold" breaking system would be engaged with the gentlest taps on the brake and then the car would just go into park even I wasn't parking the vehicle (both times when the car was in movement becoming a hazard if people behind me kept accelerating). Now I just received the SW update 2.2.2 in my car but I'm not confident my vehicle is fine. My HVAC vents don't work and I can't even have my cabin heated as I'm worried about the water pump going out. I haven't received any support regarding the recalls, nor any information on how to proceed, please, NHTSA, I need help
I am still waiting on full OTA 2.2. I have been on 2.2.1 for weeks now with no communication as to when, or if, I will ever receive the mandated update. I drive my Fisker every day and experience the failed breaking when trying to stop on rough terrain, bumps, or holes in the road. This was supposed to be addressed in recall 24V865000. I am still waiting for replacement of my water pump from recall 24V499000 I am still waiting for testing and replacement of my door handles from recall 24V466000 I have constant ADAS warning lights popping up about failed RADAR system, charging port open (even though it is not), etc., from recall 24V405000 I also haven't had blind spot monitoring in months.
Lights in vehicle stays on, collision warning disabled it self.
Brakes: The brake pedal occasionally oscillates while being depressed. This feels like a tickle and causes uncertainty of control while braking. Speed Control: Loss of speed control experienced during abrupt change in road level (in a construction zone). Loss of speed control engaged regenerative braking causing a sharp decrease in vehicle speed and stopping hazard to vehicles behind mine. Blind Spot Warning: Activates often while driving toward rising or setting sun or other very bright lights. Numerous audible and visual indicators from this warning are a distraction while driving and cause heightened awareness and fatigue. Car is available for inspection. No inspection has been initiated at this time. Dealers are not available as Fisker, Inc. is bankrupt. Similar safety incidents and others have been reported on this make and model of vehicle in the Fisker Owners Association forum.
My entire ADAS system is unreliable and I get constant warnings for various features including, but not limited to Adaptive Cruise, Collision warnings, emergency breaking, lane keeping, etc. Additionally, I still have a very common issue when braking on a broken surface where the car lurches forward. I have MANY electrical issues related to interior/exterior lighting, accessibility, etc.
I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the ongoing issues that are being seen with the NHTSA recall campaign numbers 24V865000 and 24V623000. The experience I had with my Fisker vehicle following the 2.2 Over-the-Air (OTA) update attempt left my vehicle undrivable. This is leaving me in an inconvenient and frustrating situation. As a result, I will have to incur additional expenses to have the necessary safety updates completed to restore my vehicle's functionality. This is far from the experience that I expected when signing up for a free mandated safety recall. I understand that a significant percentage of vehicles (approximately 2%-5%) have become undrivable--like mine--following these updates. This situation is alarming and raises concerns about the reliability of the updates being delivered. According to owner surveys, it appears that complete updates—which include all necessary corrections—have been accomplished in less than 30% of cases. Furthermore, I was surprised to learn that only about 10% of the fleet (approximately 300 vehicles) had been updated after several weeks of attempts, despite over 800 VINs submitted for this process. This statistic raises questions about the efficiency and effectiveness of the OTA process. Lastly, I am deeply concerned about the limited number of service personnel available in the U.S., with only around 20 individuals servicing the entire country and merely 5 traveling nationwide to assist customers with undriveable vehicles. This scarcity is unacceptable and leads to extended wait times for necessary repairs and updates. I urge you to address these issues promptly, putting more vehicles in danger of becoming undrivable because of the safety recall process being flawed. It is imperative that this process is reviewed and the underlying safety concerns that have left many of us feeling unsupported and frustrated are resolved in a manner that will be free of cost and successful to the majority of owners. Thank you!

Key fob is not working and Range reduction from 360 to 200
I received an update to 2.2 1/3 and was driving fine on 2/18. This morning, the car is undrivable with the brakes not working and a plethera of warning lights and back on version 2.0
I received a letter from Fisker in Sep 2024 about NHTSA Campaign number 24V623 which was about braking Improvement Software update. It's now Feb 2025 and nothing has been received over the air. For the past several months there's a weird clicking feeling when applying the brake pedal and I assume that's what this Over the Air update was to address. The closest service place that can force an update is 60 miles from me. They charge $450 to this update and it's not a full update, so I don't even know if the brakes would be "fixed" by paying this amount. The above is my largest concern, but there are still the following recalls I can't get addressed: 24V499000 (Water pump) 24V466000 (Door Handles) 24V405000 (Warning Lights OTA-2.1) I live in Los Angeles and no one can fix these for me (not even the above service center that can do the software update due to lack of parts). The door handles feel like a miracle every time they open and the warning lights in the car go off CONSTANTLY while driving and there is no way to turn them off. They are a major distraction while dirivng both visually and audibly. This has been going on since I received the letter in September of 2024
The car door would not open after many many attempts, red light notifications no longer activated or appeared, braking noise, and car would not shift initially
24V405000 - Constant alerts are very distracting while driving, causing me to have to verify if the warnings can be ignored or if it is a major issue. This does not pertain to just one alert, but the automatic emergency braking warning, blind spot warning, lane departure warning, lane keeping assistance warning all send notifications that they are not working at various times. Also, my version is at 2.2 part (2/3). It's not fully updated and I'm not certain if the fixes were implemented correctly. On 10/26/24 I went to see a mechanic, Roush Restorations LLC, who serviced my water pump recall. It cost approximately $230.
The regen brake male function with any bump in the road making the control of the car more difficult especially when the regen has been engaged before hitting the bump in the road as the vehicle accelerates and now I have to slam on the brake to avoid getting close to the car in the front of me or and avoid rear-ending it. The ADAS malfunctions randomly and more often when any rain, fog, and or strong light is facing the vehicle. The emergency collision braking stops working, along with several other safety systems such as forward collision, blind spot, and lane-keeping assistance. When I was driving and had been relying on the blindspot monitoring and notification and wanted to change my lane there were no notifications, because the blind spot monitoring had stopped working, and I encountered another vehicle in the lane that I was trying to merge; it became very dangerous and now I had to take evasive action to avoid a collision. The driver's door with NFC does not work anymore. I received the following recall letters a while back. 24V865000 (Regen Braking OTA-2.2) 24V499000 (Water pump) 24V466000 (Door Handles) 24V405000 (Warning Lights OTA-2.1) 24V404000 (MCU/VCU Loss of Power OTA-2.1) My understanding is that some of these were supposed to be addressed through the OTA software upgrade OTA-2.1 and OTA-2.2 but as of this submittal I am still on 2.0 and have not received any OTA update. These problems are ongoing and thus there is no specific date that I can pick in the next section so I will just pick a random date.
24V865000 was supposed to be fixed with an OTA update I received a few weeks ago. The OTA update took 2 separate 48 hour periods to finish so I was without my vehicle for over 4 days for this process but thankfully my car is still operable which can't be said for some others that have gone through this process. I was also informed by a service center that not all of the modules were updated and are not communicating effectively with the rest of the modules, opening me up to potential issues down the line. I'm writing to inform you that the issues this recall was supposed to fix have not been completely fixed and it seems they've opened up different issues from what I've experienced prior to the update. Issues not fixed that were supposed to be: 1-My vehicle does not always engage the brake hold when stopped causing my to roll forward or back depending on the incline of the road. 2-Warning lights are constantly flashing, especially at night or in inclement weather. I just completed an 800 mile round trip where I had warnings every mile or two that certain adas features were failing. For hours I experienced flashing lights and sounds were binging and bonging so frequently that I had to wear noise cancelling headphones and apply electrical tape to my dash to cover the area where all of the alerts were flashing. New issues after the software was installed: 1-My estimated and actual range, charge percent, and energy efficiency are drastically lower than they were before the update. I'm told that many of the other cars on this new software are unable to achieve the stated range except in the most optimal conditions. 2-Near constant fan noise above the rear view mirror at times. It comes and goes at random 24V499000 was also fixed recently but I was out of pocket about $400 for the work. My understanding was that recalls are paid for by the manufacturer. In addition to the money, I was also out 3 days time and had to travel over 400 miles to get the work done

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding ongoing issues with the NHTSA recall campaign numbers 24V865000 and 24V499000. I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the OTA (Over-the-Air) update process for my vehicle. I received on OTA update to address 24V86500 Regen Braking Issues; some 4 weeks later my car is not operable. My high voltage battery shows 100% state of charge, but my range mileage eventually dropped to zero and remains there. Even after replacing the car's 12v battery, I cannot open the car let alone drive it. While I had a technician to my house to address my bricked car, I had her do the work for 24V49900 (water pump recall). As planned, the recall part was made available to her (and then to me) at no charge. However, the fee to replace it was $345 dollars, as seen in the attached itemized invoice. 1) I had to pay this out of pocket and there is at present no way for me to be reimbursed for the recall work. I am told a portal is coming to submit a claim for reimbursement from the bankruptcy trustee's designee, American Leasing. 2) The amount currently approved for water pump replacement is $175, meaning I will have paid an extra $170 out of pocket for work that was to have been covered at no cost to owners, as mandated by NHTSA. Additionally, I have had a Lane Departure Warning Failure indicator light that has remained on for about 6 months. At best, this is a distraction while driving. At worst, the system has not been operable for 6 months.
Blind sport warning and forward collision warnings keep failing and the alarms are incessant. The alarms are a major distraction with all the flashing. These are items that have not worked since the car was delivered and Fisker, Heights, and the FOA have all failed to address this. Another car handle has failed. The driver rear handle has failed, in addition to the passenger rear handle. This effectively locks people in the car, in those respective seats. The door cannot be opened from the inside or outside.
I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the ongoing issues that are being seen with the NHTSA recall campaign numbers 24V865000 and 24V623000. Specifically, the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) in my vehicle, which has become increasingly distracting and, frankly, dangerous due to an incomplete or failed 2.2 Over-The-Air (OTA) update is a huge concern. As a responsible driver, I value the safety of not only myself but also those around me, and this situation and others we constantly hear about make me question the process of the recall. Every week, a number of vehicles are reported as undrivable post-OTA updates, with statistics indicating that approximately 2%-5% of owners experience this issue. With 48-hour update windows, my vehicle becomes unusable for an extended period, which is highly inconvenient and concerning. Moreover, I've noted that partial updates are expected, potentially extending this downtime by another 48 hours. I have had a partial update that has left my vehicle in worse shape than before, what could happen if the process is tried again? This inconsistent performance is not only frustrating, but also poses a serious inconvenience to scheduling and executing such a process.Owner surveys suggest that comprehensive updates, which should resolve these issues, have been successfully completed in under 30% of vehicles which were attempted. Additionally, the alarming figures shared indicate that only around 10% of the fleet has been updated in over five weeks, despite submitting over 800 Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs). This inefficiency raises serious questions about the reliability of the process. Furthermore, the fact that there are only approximately 20 service personnel available nationwide, with a mere five traveling to assist customers whose cars are rendered undrivable, is simply unacceptable. This lack of support exacerbates an already troubling situation. Given these circumstances, I urge you to address these issues
1). Constant ADAS warnings can be a distracting safety issue. 2). Blind Spot Monitoring and Lane keep assist are constantly showing warnings about it being unavailable, it is a distracting and safety issue. 3). Replacement costs for Water Pump recall and door handles recall is not sufficient. Owners are still being forced to pay for labour costs,I reached out to three different service providers and they quoted about 300 dollars in cost to get this work done.

I need software recalled done
During 2.2 update which was supposed to fix multiple mandatory recalls that I had to pay out of pocket ($750) it caused my infotainment System to not come up which affects the entire car safety systems, my 12 volt to die and leave my car inoperable, radar is inactive and car will not reset. The update did not go through correctly. Manufacturer will not do water pump recall which is mandatory and the cars automatic door handles will lock you in sporadically which was not fixed in the update. Also random lights will turn on in the car while driving.

Over-The-Air (OTA) mandated software update for Fisker Oceans is bricking vehicles and/or depleting 12V batteries. Constant ADAS warnings won't shut off, being very distracting and a huge safety concern. Warnings come o day/night, all driving conditions but especially bad when it's raining, snow, fog, or when it's dark. I signed up for OTA update performed on Nov 12-14, 2024. It took 3 entire days where I could not use the vehicle. Afterwards, I realized the 12V battery was severely drained. I keep getting constant errors that the 12V battery voltage is low and the car shuts down, won't go into gear. On several occasions I was not able to get in the car - totally locked out. The team in charge of doing the OTA updates does not communicate with owners , do not provide advise or notice . Many owners car have been bricked because the OTA team pushes the updates without notice or preparation. My update happened 3 months ago (Nov 2024) and it took 3 dys where I was not able to use the car at all. The update was incomplete and it ruined my 12V battery. Cost of replaceming it : $425

After an over the air 2.2 software update, performed about 3 months ago, the vehicle lost connectivity to the internet. The Wifi and cellular connection no longer function (indication and function are absent) and the NFC reader for door access and vehicle operation no longer respond to the NFC card. Also, intermittent repetitive Blind Spot System failure and Collision Avoidance System failure alerts occur throughout a trip.
Continuous vehicle issues even after recall work and updates Had to pay out-of-pocket costs beyond stated reimbursement amounts. $432.38 for parts and labor to correct steering fault software issue and water pump replacement. Still have door handle safety issues after repairs. Electronic lock/unlock does not function properly. Leaving us locked inside or outside until help arrives. Software updates have stopped. Im still on 2.0 and as stated on the bankruptcy agreement Ocean owners would still receive the OTA updates. We have not as others have unusable cars from the latest OTA update. Inadvertent automatic emergency braking is still happening. This randomly happens more often in poor weather and poses a driving risk for me and others on road. Lastly loss of braking has increased. Which most frequently occurs over uneven surfaces. Let me know if you need anything further as this car is the absolute worst with endless issues and no company left to be held accountable. Please help!
Brake pedal rattling occasionally, lane departure warning light constantly on, multiple warning signs pop up (charger door open, driver monitoring system, etc.). OTA update is not done. main screen goes dark while driving
As a result, I had to incur additional expenses to have the necessary safety updates completed to restore my vehicle's functionality. This is far from the experience that I expected when signing up for a free mandated safety recall. Also, Following an attempted OTA software update for the safety recall, I have noticed that the pedestrian alert noises are missing, which poses a significant safety risk not only for those around the car but also for the occupants inside the vehicle. Moreover, I've noticed a concerning trend regarding the frequency of issues reported by fellow owners after OTA updates. It appears that a significant percentage of vehicles—approximately 2% to 5%—experience similar problems, rendering them undrivable during the 48-hour update window. This situation not only disrupts our daily lives but also raises serious concerns about the reliability of the software updates. I am particularly troubled by the statistics indicating that only around 10% of the fleet has been updated successfully after several weeks of attempts. With such a limited number of service personnel available nationwide, it is alarming that many owners like myself are left without adequate support during these challenging times. I urge you to address these issues promptly, putting more vehicles in danger of becoming undrivable because of the safety recall process being flawed may not be helpful in this current process. Additionally, I would appreciate any assistance you can offer in resolving my current situation and compensating for the expenses incurred due to this inconvenience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
warning light came on for reason.

1. Various vehicle indicators warning (i.e collision malfunction, blind spot warning malfunction) 2. Rear passenger internal lights - stays on and does not turn off 3. Recall Water Pump - Paid out of pocket $195 to have replaced 4. Failure to install 2.2 Update 5. 12v Battery close to dying 6. Paid 3rd party company to purchase extra Key Fob (Will pay out of pocket for digital sync) 7. App integration failure 8. Braking Issues 9. Door handle issues (Sometimes you are stuck inside the car) 10. Front Window Fog - Poor Visibility 11. Dime size crack on driver Window - Replacement issues
Fisker Inc has gone out of business. A mandatory recall has been issued and the bankruptcy court has assigned a trustee to ensure vehicles are updated to version 2.2 to address safety recall issues. The update to 2.2 has been extremly unpredictable and the trustee has not been able to complete this recall. Of the cars that were updated, mine, almost immediately the estimated range has been reduced drastically. The car was marketed as 360 miles range on 100% charge and now after the update I barely see 190-200 at 100% charge. This occured since the recall update. thats like 40-45% reduction in range costing everyone double the electricity needed to charge the vehicle and everyone I know that got the 2.2 update has been going through this issue. After running a diagnostic with a fisker tech, they mentioned it's a 2.2 update issue and no fix out there yet. However the trustee is responsible to roll this same update to other cars as well that hasn't received it. The tech explained this is occuring due to the rear motor is now throwing "flux error codes" and not functioning properly past 2.2 update which is causing the insane battery drain. In my opinion this is something that needs to be addressed. NHTSA recall campaign numbers for the software recalls are 24V865000 and 24V623000
$375 for all three (manual 2.2 software update, water pump replacement, and all door handles checked).
The mandatory recalls for this car cannot be done as the OTA update never worked in my car. I constantly get the ADAS error warning and they dont work randomly. The sudden acceleration over uneven road still happens. Sometimes i can feel the brake is bouncing back. I went to the authorized service center to get the recall work done. I was told that they have not get paid so they stopped doing it until further notice. If i wanted to do it, I have to pay $400 (water pump). To manually update to OS 2.2 to resolve some of the recall works, I have to pay another $250. All these recalls are mandatory for safety concern, but I cant get any of them done because Fisker is not paying for the service.

CAR WOULD NOT UPDATE TO SOFTWARE 2.2. HAD TO GET A TECHNICIAN TO MANUALLY UPDATE THIS AND UNBRICK THE CAR AT A COST OF $800.00 ADA HAS NEVER WORKED 3 WARNING LIGHTS HAVE ALWAYS STAYED ON WATER PUMP REPLACED AT A COST OF $150.00 CAR WAS UNOPERATIONAL FOR OVER 14 MONTHS AND STOOD IN THE GARAGE DOOR HANDLE RECALL NOT DONE YET NONE OF THE RECALL WORK WAS ATTEMPTED AND ALL HAD TO BE PAID FOR BY USING TECHS WHO OFFER THESE SERVICES AT COST TO OWNER.
After updating to OS2.2, I have experienced nonstop ADAS warnings via the front instrument cluster. I would get constant (ever 5 seconds) of an audible & visual alert indicating: Auto Emergency Breaking unavailable - drive carefully Blind spot monitoring unavailable These alerts have stopped and is replaced with a constant ADAS fault indicator (telltale) on the driver display.
Lane Departure warning, lane keeping assistance, red light /green light assistance, etc. have not been available and have not been working for months. Needs software update. Also, have not received coolant pump, which I understand is a mandated replacement part.

Even after i was fortunate to receive software update to version 2.2, i still receive frequent driver assistance warnings and periodic unavailability, resulting in loss in automatic emergency braking, lane keeping warnings, blind spot warnings, and similar. Additionally, internal lighting is inconsistent which results in lights coming on while driving that dont seem to have a way to turn off. Lastly, i have paid money to have my key fobs programmed which should have been free, and paid cash to have my recall-related water pump replaced.
My vehicle does not have Adaptive Cruise Control even though it was advertised as having that feature at the time of sale. Also, collision warning and lane departure very regularly malfunction. I paid $250 out of pocket to replace my water pump following the recall. I will only be able to get reimbursed $175. This is not acceptable.

Recall 24V865000 24V623000 24V499000 I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the ongoing issues that are being seen with the NHTSA recall campaign numbers 24V865000 and 24V623000.I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the OTA (Over-the-Air) update process for my vehicle. The current OTA process, lasting 48 hours, is simply not feasible for those of us who rely on our vehicles for daily activities. The inability to use my vehicle during this window forced me to pay out of pocket for alternative transportation, which is both inconvenient and financially burdensome. Additionally, it has come to my attention that there have been numerous reports from fellow owners indicating that a significant percentage of vehicles (approximately 2%-5%) have become undrivable following these updates. This situation is alarming and raises concerns about the reliability of the updates being delivered. Moreover, the lengthy windows of 48 hours for updates, coupled with the expectation of partial updates requiring additional time, have left many of us in a state of uncertainty regarding the functionality of our vehicles and forced to pay out of pocket for a mandatory free recall. Being that this is our only car I could not afford to wait for the OTA and its malfunctions. I was forced to pay out of pocket to a Former Fisker Tech to come to my house and manually install as well as have a new 12v battery installed costing me a total of $1,262.89. In addition I have not been able to have the water pump recall installed due to no supply and/or service. How is this legal?
MY Ficker Ocean failed an over the air software update on [XXX]. The failure made my vehicle non drivable (could not shift out of Park). The car was parked in my garage for almost two months before a prior Fisker employee was able to look at it. Unfortunately they were not able to fix the software problem and requested I have the vehicle transported to an authorized service center 60 miles away. I paid $200 to have the vehicle flatbed transported to Riverside, CA service center where it sat for a week and could not be repaired. I paid $180 to have the vehicle flatbed transported to Newport Fisker in Costa Mesa where they were able to reinstall the proper software and make the car drivable. It cost me $1000 to have the software updated and the vehicle "unbricked". I picked up my now operational vehicle at the end of October and soon started receiving the bright orange ADAS failure message: 1) ADAS System Failure, Some features limited or unavailable 2) The red ADAS Tell-tale light also remains illuminated. The blindspot detection and warning is no longer operational in my vehicle. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
Front passenger door handle is stuck closed, should be fixed under recall(NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V466 Subject: Safety Recall Campaign TSB55062401 – Outer Door Handles (2023 and 2024 Model Years Fisker Ocean)), but have recieved no correspondence or reply from anyone about it. Passenger door has to be manually opened from inside vehicle since outer handle is not functional. Also, after software updates as per recall, the ADAS system gives all kinds of "lane departure failure", "collision warning failure" alarms that ding incesantly and cant be silenced. It is very annoying and distracting while driving to have blinking lights on the dash and warning buzzers.
There are NHTSA recalls on this vehicle, and nothing has been repaired yet. The OTA 2.2 was pushed, causing my 12V battery to drain, and I had to pay out of pocket to replace it. I continue to have brake malfunction error messages along with other error messages displayed on the screen. The infotainment screen consistently goes dark at random times, and I have to reboot the system to get it to turn back on. My door handle on the driver's side has broken, and I had to glue it back on. There is door handle recall work that has to be performed, and nothing has been done. I've been locked out of my car from the inside several times. When will these repairs take place?

Issues after applying mandated software recall: - Constant visual and audible ADAS warnings are a distracting safety issue - Loss of over 100 mile range Unavailable parts and service for water pump and door handle mandated recalls
I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the ongoing issues that are being seen with the NHTSA recall campaign numbers 24V865000 and 24V623000. This situation is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the vehicle’s safety features. Moreover, it has come to my attention that a concerning number of owners have reported their vehicles as undrivable following OTA updates, with 2%-5% of vehicles experiencing such issues weekly. The current 48-hour update window renders my car unusable, and now I require another session, an additional 48 hours to complete the update only adds to my frustration. Based on owner surveys, it appears that complete updates, including the correct sounds, have been successfully implemented in less than 30% of vehicles attempted. Given these concerns, I urge you to look into the situation with my vehicle and the entire process. I should not have to pay out of pocket for the safety recall and restored function of pedestrian alert noises, nor the cost of a rental car. Thank you for your attention to this critical matter.

I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the ongoing issues that are being seen with the NHTSA recall campaign numbers 24V865000 and 24V623000. Multiple attempts of this safety recall have been scheduled over the past several weeks for my vehicle, but the update has yet to be completed. As an owner who values safety and reliability, I am increasingly concerned about the unresolved safety issues that were supposed to be addressed with this software update. To date, I have been disappointed to learn that each week brings reports from fellow vehicle owners indicating that their cars have become undrivable following these updates, with a concerning failure rate of approximately 2% to 5%. This is unacceptable for any customer who relies on their vehicle for daily transportation. Additionally, the lengthy 48-hour windows during which our cars become unusable only exacerbate the frustration and inconvenience faced by owners. The expectation of partial updates, followed by yet another potential 48-hour downtime, is not a practical solution. Furthermore, the feedback from owner surveys suggests that complete updates, which should ideally resolve these issues, have only succeeded in under 30% of attempted vehicles. This raises serious questions about the efficacy of the OTA update process and its implementation. I was also alarmed to learn that after five weeks of attempts, only about 10% of the fleet—approximately 300 vehicles—have been successfully updated, despite over 800 VINs submitted for these updates. The lack of service personnel, with only around 20 available nationwide and just five who can travel to address undriveable cars, only adds to the urgency of this matter. It is imperative that this process is reviewed and the underlying safety concerns that have left many of us feeling unsupported and frustrated are resolved in a manner that will be free of cost and successful to the majority of owners. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

It is imperative that this process is reviewed and the underlying safety concerns that have left many of us feeling unsupported and frustrated are resolved in a manner that will be free of cost and successful to the majority of owners. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Air vents are broken in a month after delivery. Fisker ignored all the service calls, opened tickets for parts replacement and have done nothing to deliver the parts or fix the issue. Multiple alerts comes up, Rear Seat belt not retracting which was notified to fisker via ticket. After the company filed bankruptcy there is no protection or warranty for this vehicle. Safety recalls like Water pump , door handle is not take care and parts are not available. As a owner i have to travel to different state pay the costs for recalls if the parts are available. At this point none of the recalls are addressed , just the notice sent from NHTSA that these recalls are active. This is absolutely tragic that we as a consumer are left in a limbo operating this unsafe vehicle putting our life and health at risk.
All exterior cameras/safety aids are non functional when car sits in temperatures below approximately 25f
Car stopped in middle of the street and not moved. Totally dead
Visual and audible warning messages occur randomly for these systems. I do not know if any, all or none of the messages I get should be acted on or ignored. This is distracting while driving. Also, the text for these messages is so small it’s hard to read.
The Center Panel commonly known as ICC does not boot up normally. The ICC basically is the central computer of the vehicle which controls all ADAS systems, HVAC, Charging, Audio and all connectivity. Since the ICC screen is blank, there is no way of controlling any of the above mentioned functions. Sometimes the HVAC blows air at 100°F and sometimes at 30°F. It also gets foggy inside the vehicle with no apparent way to defog thereby making the vehicle inoperable. Furthermore the Charging of the battery becomes stupendous because it automatically goes down to charging at 8A which takes more than 24 hours to charge.
Regarding the brake issue, it occurred twice recently: once on [XXX] while slowing down to turn into a plaza, and again on [XXX] when reversing out of my driveway. The car shook when the brakes engaged, which made me feel unsafe. This problem has occurred before and was previously fixed by a technician, but it has recurred. Additionally, my AC vent emits a loud whistle when the AC is turned on, my right driver-side rear mirror makes noise when locking and unlocking the car. Still waiting for my third work order. The Fisker Ocean has a central control and monitoring screen that includes controls and settings that impact safety. This failed and is now unusable. The central screen includes regenerative braking settings, hands free phone feature, and blind spot warning lights. It also includes the climate control settings in the car to ensure one can have heat in cold temperatures and AC in hot temperatures. It also controls the ADAS settings for collision detection. With a failed control and monitoring screen all of these are unavailable impairing safe driving and increasing the likelihood of an accident. This is a common problem with the Fisker Ocean impacting safety that needs to be addressed.
Cannot get necessary OTA update to address recall. All of these vehicles are supposed to get OTA 2.2 to address recalls, which I cannot receive due to no connectivity. My car died while driving, battery died twice, I have no blind spot monitoring, car doesn’t shift into gear on occasion, I feel completely unsafe driving it and it could easily kill myself and others if I continue to use it. As far as the update, there are 2 “organizations” pushing the required 2.2 OTA update to consumer’s vehicles, the FOA (Fisker Owners Association) and American Lease, neither of which are car manufacturers, car companies, or software companies, the OTAs they are pushing to owners vehicles are in some cases bricking them making them un driveable, and even less safe. These 2 organizations should not be pushing any software updates to any other vehicles besides their own and should be investigated.

Couple of recalls are out. Requested service but have yet to hear from company
Car stalls. Flashing lights on heads up display. Electricals not working. Key not connected to car, car locked.
My Fisker Ocean has recalls and although they continue to mail me the recall letters and state that someone will call me to help me find a repair shop that will fix the recall, and they provide a number for me to call, no one has ever answered that phone number and they will not answer any emails. When I bought the car the GPS system never worked and they scheduled several appointments to fix it but never was able to fix the problem when a tech did come to my home twice, two different Fisker Technicians, then never followed up with me and then once they went bankrupt, I haven’t heard from them again. The car also has driving bugs that make the car seem unsafe to drive and these were also never addressed. They also sent out an email saying that they were going to send over the air the software version 2.2.update which would fix a few of the recall issues, but I have never received the update and the number they said to call is never answered and no call back although I have left dozens of messages, emails and I call every day for over two months with no response. I live in California not even an hour from their past head quarters and about 30 minutes from their last corporate office and although I don’t believe this gives me any priority over another Fisker owner in another state, it would seem that at least I would be conveniently located to expedite any help or have me drive to any location for recall, warranty or software help. Lastly, this is a plea for help. I live in California, and we have a Lemon Law (1793.22 - 1793.26) that states…. “If your new car has a serious warranty defect that the manufacturer cannot fix, even after multiple attempts, you may be eligible to get your vehicle repurchased or replaced”.How is it that I can’t even get help under this law that is supposed to protect its citizens.

I've had an ADAS fail indication on my instrument cluster for over a month now. Along with this happening, I've lost my automatic emergency braking, my blind spot warnings, my forward collision warnings, and my rear cross-traffic warnings.
CAR HAVING MAJOR RECALLS BUT FIKSER NUMBER PROVIDED NOT WORKING OR NO FIKSER DEALERS OPEN FOR SERVICE...WATER PUMP RECALL SERVICE OR PART NOT PROVIDED..SOFTWARE UPDATE TO 2.1 NOT PROVIDED BY JULY DEADLINE YET..AND ALSO MULTIPLE WARNINGS FROM OVERLOAD CHARGE TO BRAKING FAILURE ADHS WARNINGS...CAR CHARGE DOOR OPEN...RADAR FAILURE..ULTRASONIC SENSOR FAILURE...CABIN LIGHTS AND AMBIENT LIGHT ALWAYS ON AFTER CAR LOCKED...12V BATTERY FAILURE WHICH CAUSED CAR TO BE BRICKED...FRONT CAMERA FAILURE...CAR ALSO JUMPS FORWARD WHEN YOU HIT A SLIGHT BUMP ON THE ROAD WITH LOSS OF BRAKE GRIP which is a substanstial safety risk not being addressed
water pump recall, vent failure, recall for braking failures, safety features not working, door handles sticking recall, non-responsive customer support, acceleration fails when pedal pressed down causing dangerous collision avoidance maneuver, ADAS features not working, no software updates.
Safety Recall Campaign TSB30032401 - Cabin Electric Water Pump NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V499 Tried Contacting Fisker via telephone and number is disconnected. Submitted on-line service request although I have done this multiple times in past months and Fisker does not reply. Recall notice indicates the issue can create hazardous conditions due to not being able to keep pace with traffic or maneuver safely, thereby increasing the risk of a crash. Also aware of another recall regarding door locks where the vehicle locks and traps passengers/drivers inside. This could result in great bodily harm or death. Receive error message multiple times regarding breaking system malfunction & monitoring malfunction. Key fob works intermittently, all features of fob do not work. Vehicle turns itself off in traffic and unlocks all doors. Luckily, my vehicle restarted on those two occasions.
Fisker Ocean owner, recall notices for Cabin Electric Water Pump and Door Handles. I have no response from Fisker, they don't answer the phone number provided and the website contact them is disabled. The OTA updates have been incomplete, causing fear in the Fisker owners' community that they will make the vehicles inoperative. No service providers exist, and no access to parts exists. While I applaud your efforts in identifying the hazards with Fisker Ocean, it is meaningless with follow-through by Fisker.
Instrument panel, the speedometer cluster screen behind the steering wheel blacked out for a couple of seconds on 3 separate occasions while driving, the lane keep assist stopped working a month ago, the traffic light warning stopped working 2 weeks ago, I have submitted several tickets and I got no response from Fisker, NONE of the recalls have been repaired, we continue to have issues with the brake, now a loud noise is heard from the front of the vehicle.
1.“Brake system failure “ warning has been com By on since I received the vehicle in November 2023, Fisker techs have been out 4 times to fix but it keeps happening. 2.Door locks- I have been trapped in the car and another incident that my [XXX] son was trapped in the car, on video my sons incident. Again, Fisker had been out 4 times to ny house and the doors are still malfunctioning I can’t get the car open and being trapped in the car and the car is off, we live in Florida and it’s crazy hot. 3. Lane Departure assistance and drivers bound spot assistance are malfunctioning and warning lights coming on constantly. Warning lights keeps coming up. Back up camera don't always work. Screen won't turn on when driving. Charge port open when driving. Also brake rattling noise from the brake pedal when coming to a stop.
The ADAS system has stopped functioning completely for about a week now. I've performed a "soft" and "hard" reset of the system and it did not fix it. I have no blind spot warnings, automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, etc. I am part of many online groups and many others are stating the same problem.
Car abruptly stopped for no reason on June 2. Thankfully I was pulling into a driveway, so only decelerated from 10mph, but still scared my kids. Blind spot detection and door open assist stopped working in January. Automatic wipers have never worked, ADAS Warning light has been on since January. GPS will stay on a single location for weeks at a time and not move. All of those have some level of safety risk with brakes and blind spot being the worst. Also, the rear quarter panel windows do not open as they should. All problems still exist and Fisker has made no attempts to fix, nor have they responded to over 20 service requests / interactions, nor to requests for solution from the Ohio AG office other than confirmation of email receipt. Was told a tech would be dispatched ASAP in January and I am still waiting with zero response from Fisker to multiple emails since then.

1) when car is braking (whether it’s with foot on brake or using regenerative braking) and it goes over uneven road (example: manhole cover, pothole, uneven bricks, or anything that is not smooth pavement), the car stops braking and lurches forward. Driver has to push very hard on brake pedal to resume braking and sometimes requires fighting against the car to get it to stop. In addition to that, there are frequent warnings that various ADAS systems are not working. They go on and off and are unrelated to weather conditions and whether the car is dirty or not.

I have sent two service requests to Fisker Inc. for a critical safety failure. The rear drivers side door will not unlock. I have verified it is not in child lock. If I ever have to access my grandkids quickly, it will become a serious situation. I have also sent Fisker a video of the problem. There are other multiple issues with this 6 month old vehicle. Key fob does not work as intended. Car will go into Park on its own. Driver attn. camera never worked. Rear cabin light stays on. Multiple other software issues.
- The key fob does not open the door immediately, and sometimes not for 5-10 minutes. Today, I had cold groceries and I stood outside my car trying to unlock it for 10 minutes. The fob didn’t work and neither did the app on my phone. My mother-in-law often rides with me and she is elderly. She would have had much difficulty in the heat waiting for the car to unlock (luckily not with me today). Any number of emergencies require immediate access to the car - it should…I don’t know…unlock immediately when the unlock button is pressed. - Sometimes while sitting in traffic, the car will randomly go into “park.” If I have to move quickly to avoid an accident or make way for an ambulance, that is very problematic. - Interior lighting randomly comes on, which is especially troubling at night when trying to focus on the light from outside. - blind spot monitoring and radar detection randomly become unavailable several times per week and because I’m used to relying on an indicator before switching lanes, it causes risk.
Loss of braking occurs when either slowing down using regen braking or applying brakes if driving over uneven or rough pavement. For example going or railroad tracks. Lane keep assistance pulls car into turn while driving around on ramps. It should not pull you into turn of same direction. Blind spot warnings are intermittent and requires reset of software or pulling over and retarting car. Brakes have automatically been applied in situations that did not warrant aggressive braking. I pulled into my driveway with another car in front. While pulling up and parking going under 1-2mph, my fisker aggressively applied emergency braking.

The ADAS system has constant problems. However, on [XXX] 2024 all ADAS systems failed during a road trip to Jacksonville, Florida. I charged the car to 100% for the first time. All ADAS and the HVAC quit working. The car has had a repeated Ultrasonic Sensor Fault Warning nearly constantly every sense. In addition, the blind spot warning sometimes identifies cars and sometimes it does not. I have video of all of this. Multiple system warning lights come on at various times when driving the vehicle. These startle my wife and she is concerned with the safety of the vehicle. When she lifts her foot off the accelerator the brake and accelerator shimmy and move causing alarm that something is wrong. System says charging ports is randomly open while driving, the lane departure or blind spot detection is unavailable. None of the has been addressed since I cannot get anyone to contact me back to schedule a service appointment to even look at the car.

Since I got the car in January, 2024 I have had system failure messages pop up randomly. I have tried to get Fisker to address this issue, but I have had ZERO response from them. I’ve opened online requests for service and they have gone unanswered. So when these failures occur, I’ll be driving and then will notice the car not keeping me in the lane and the failure message would appear. This will happen randomly and for no reason that I can find.

Multiple systems keep failing
Blind Spot detection is non functional since the last software update. Rear cross traffic warning is also not functioning since the last update.
These systems fail sporadically and unpredictably.

The Fisker Ocean is an unsafe vehicle. In the two and a half months I have owned the vehicle, I have experienced the following serious safety issues that have put other vehicles and my self at risk: - The vehicle will accelerate unexpectedly, nearly causing me to crash into a vehicle ahead of me on one occasion and almost run into oncoming traffic in another occasion. - Blind spot protection is inaccurate and frequently will not be available. - Lane keeping assistance overcorrects such that it has caused me in multiple occasions to swerve then I have to overcorrect and have nearly missed hitting other vehicles. - ADAS system features (collision warning, front and rear cameras, paying attention) frequently unavailable or misreport problems, causing me to panic trying to figure out what is wrong. The vehicle has been serviced on three occasions by the manufacturer and is awaiting a fourth (no date provided). Fisker has reported no solve for the acceleration and has said the last update would correct ADAS issues but has not. The issues started almost immediately upon delivery of my vehicle. The issues happen at all speeds, and I cannot predict when. I am happy to provide service records but Fisker has not properly documented that they addressed in service visits, but I do have in email.

The sensors aren’t reliable. Some days, the sensors work and some days they don’t. While I still utilize the skills from driving without these sensors, there will be a time where the sensor may turn off without me knowing and cause an accident because I can’t safely rely on them

This car is supposed to have lane keep assist and lane departure warning. When it goes off, instead of push the car back towards the center of the lane, it's pulling it towards line. The car is constantly trying to drive "on" the line vs between the lines. Fisker will not acknowledge it as an issue and has told me that 1.11 will fix it (it did not), then they told me that 2.0 will take care of all of those issues (it did not). The car is also constantly reporting ghost cars in the blind spot on the highway. Instead of fixing the issue, they just turned off the sound but the lights still flash.

Car was purchases [XXX]. The braking became unavailable [XXX] while driving on the freeway. Several alerts and warnings came on to the vehicle regarding collision, lane changing. This has happened twice, second time [XXX]. Other issues have included: Car rolls back when foot taken off pedal even when parked on flat ground. Regenerative breaking issues persistent. Multiple alerts and warnings regarding breaking, collision warning, lane changing pop up on dash atop steering wheel throughout day. Car was delivered/purchased brand new [XXX] and to now, these issues have been going on consistently since [XXX] when car was delivered. All cameras have failed on this Fisker Ocean. That has led to the blind spot indicators being on at all times along with non functioning back-up cameras, lane-keeping system, parking indicators. No response on the ticket submitted (along with other tickets submitted for other issues previously). Headlights now turn off when the car stops no matter which mode (auto, headlights, or daytime running lights) is selected. They come back on once moving. This has lead to reduced visibility of the vehicle. Again, no response from Fisker requesting service.

I have created some service tickets thru the Fisker website and got no response, Shawn did a great job taking care of the initial issues I had, I just keep finding more that have not been addressed or stopped working with the OS2.0, the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting or not connecting at all when I enter the vehicle, the “Lane keep assist” never worked, I am still owe the rear flaps, the emergency kit We paid for, the limo screen is not working, (it stopped working before the updated it got fixed on update, it stopped working again), also, the car has done some erratic behaviors when stopped at a intersection waiting for a green light, the vehicle puts itself to Park, sometimes to the point of non responsiveness, there’s rattling or grinding sound when breaking at around 30-20m/hr, when inside the vehicle for 20-30 min, all kind of errors appears and becomes unresponsive, battery errors, won’t drive or do nothing, the driver seat intermittently becomes unresponsive, it would not move forward/backwards or up/low, I couldn’t drive it the other day, it was stuck the way my wife drives.
Issue with car locking itself arbitrarily and not allowing occupants to exit the vehicle while using inside lever or outside lever. Safety issue. Also no safety features seems to be activated on the vehicle.
The vehicle has several major faults that Fisker is now ignoring and no one has come to fix in the past 2 months. I've submitted multiple tickets and claims. Issue 1: ADAS system. My ADAS system is and has been down since the beginning of February. I have received software updates but that has not fixed the issue. Nothing in any part of ADAS works, causing a massive safety issue. Issue 2: Braking and Regenerative Braking. I believe you are aware of this issue, but when you brake or regenerative braking is engaged, but you then hit a bump, all braking malfunctions and the vehicle accelerates forward. This issue has been persistent for months. There is also a "Brake Malfunction" warning light that appears on start up of the vehicle that requires service. Fisker apparently has no service. Issue 3: My ventilation system is broken (the car is 4 months old) and no longer works and makes an intrusive noise when engaged. Fisker sent me replacement vents (almost a month ago) but no one has called to schedule an appointment to come fix the issues. Other issues: Bluetooth and connectivity malfunctions; interior lighting malfunctions; software issues. The largest issue here is that I am driving a $70K vehicle with major safety issues and no one at Fisker seems to care because they are in dire financial straights.
The vehicle intermittently experiences brake failure when traversing rough or uneven terrain. The lane keep assist system occasionally causes the vehicle to veer towards the incorrect side of lane markings.
Any time I'm driving in wet or slightly slick weather conditions, the regenerative braking on my Fisker causes the brakes to lock up and instantly lose control. Even at very slow speeds. I've additionally had drastic safety issues with the car when driving in cruise control. When traveling around 70-80 mph on cruise control, when I'd hit even a small crack or bump in the road, the CC instantly shuts off causing the regenerative braking to engage. This is essentially the same as suddenly braking on a freeway with other traffic around. And since feet/legs are usually positioned off of the gas/brake it's very unsafe trying to react to this when it happens. Finally, the cars auto lane correction system occasionally pulls me in the wrong direction. When I slightly go over a lane, the lane assist engages. About 50% of the time, it actually pulls the car to the WRONG side.
ADAS obstacle detection is intermittently available. Audible ADAS obstacle warnings intermittently persist while driving. Rear view camera fails intermittently and there is no safety fallback to see around the large blind spots created by the D pillars. I have contacted Fisker many times asking for escalation and resolution.
Continuous malfunctions of the ADAS system, including while driving the vehicle. The brake pedal vibrates when used and feels as if the vehicle will start skidding with enough pressure at the right speed.
As long as you are collecting information, I have had various ADAS/AEB/Brake Regen/Front Collision Warning/Front camera not functioning/side sensor not operable errors from day 2 of owning this vehicle. They have been reported to Fisker with either no response, "just do a reset", or "we know it is very buggy. It will be fixed in a future update." This is since the middle of October. The latest information was that a "big update" was on the way at the end of January, and then two weeks later was told that it was delayed until mid-March. I am running version 11.1 of their software and still have the intermittent errors.
* Blind spot warning false positives, i.e., showing a warning on the left side while on the left-most lane of the motorway with no cars to my left * Lane Departure steering is not responsive, it does not nudge the car back into the lane, but instead the steering is resistive, requiring additional effort to force the car back into the lane

"Auto Emergency Braking" and "Lane Keep System" warning messages are constantly being displayed when car is driven at particular azimuth and angle directions relative to the sun. Assuming these systems are truly unavailable, this is a major safety hazard. Even if the systems are available, but the sensors are in error, this is still a major problem since the systems trigger both audible and visual warnings presenting a distraction to the driver. The last time I drove the car I received over 1 dozen individual system warning messages during the course of a 10 mile drive. Fisker has told me that this problem cannot be corrected via a software update. This is an inherent design problem where Fisker is aware of the issue, as they knew it only occurred during driving while facing the sun. They have refused to have a technician correct the problem.
