BACKED INTO PINE TREE IN DRIVEWAY. SHATTERED PLASTIC BUMPER COVER. CAN NOT REPLACE BUMPER COVER BECAUSE FORD SAYS OBSOLETE. ALSO NO AFTER MARKET BUMPER CAN BE FOUND FOR THIS MODEL. THIS BUMPER PROTECTS NO ONE. *JS FORD WON'T EVEN GIVE ME THE FORD PART NUMBER. ITS A CARGO VAN. OTHER MODEL COVERS CAN BE BOUGHT FROM AFTER MARKET SELLERS BUT NOT THE CARGO VAN. ONLY PLACE TO GET ONE IS JUNK YARDS IF YOU ARE GET LUCKY. MOST OF THEIR COVERS ARE BUSTED ALSO. A CAR IS A HAZARD WITHOUT A BUMPER. *JS

ELECTRONIC DASH READOUT CANNOT BE SEEN WHEN SUNLIGHT ENTERS THE CAR AT NUMEROUS ANGLES. *LA *JB
THEY SAY "WHERE THERE'S SMOKE THERE'S FIRE" SO THAT'S WHY I CHECKED THE FIRE BUTTON ON THE FORM. JUST TO THE RIGHT OF THE ACCELERATOR THE CARPET STARTED SMOKING. WE STILL DON'T KNOW THE CAUSE. BUT, EVERYTIME WE RUN THE CAR AN AWFUL SMELL RESULTS. WE NO LONGER DRIVE LONG DISTANCES. IT'S OUR ONLY CAR BUT I WE'LL HAVE TO TAKE IT TO THE GARAGE SOON. WITH HOLIDAY BILLS THIS COULDN'T HAVE COME AT A WORSE TIME.

HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS ON RIGHT SIDE OF TAILGATE HAVE BROKEN, DOOR WOULD NOT STAY IN OPEN POSITION WHEN USED. DEALER NOTIFIED. FEEL FREE TO PROVIDE ANY FURTHER INFORMATION ON THIS MATTER.*AK

THE REAR HATCH ANCHOR HELD BY 2 STRUTS, BROKE. THE BOLTS SHEARED OFF. VEHICLE WAS PARKED. RELEASED THE TAILGATE & GAVE IT A LITTLE PUSH. WAS RISING THE HATCHBACK WHEN THE BOLT BROKE OFF & HATCH SLAMMED SHUT ON OWNER. TOOK VEHICLE TO DEALER, BUT PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE. MECHANIC WILL ORDER REPLACEMENT PART. *AK
DOOR IS OFF TRACK. AT TIMES THE DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN OR CLOSE.THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN FIXED TWO TIMES AND THE SAME PROBLEM HAS HAPPENED AGAIN. *AK
CORROSION ON VEHICLE'S ROOF COULD LEAD TO CONTAMINATION TO OTHER PARTS ON VEHICLE. *AK *YC
SLIDING DOOR IS NOT LINING UP PROPERLY ON THE TRACKS, CAUSING THE DOOR NOT SHUT SECURELY, ALSO THE DOOR CAN NOT BE SHUT FROM THE INSIDE . PLEASE GIVE ANY FURTHER DETAILS. *AK
THE REAR STRUT THAT HOLDS UP THE TAILGATE EXPLODED AS THE TAILGATE WAS CLOSED AT THE GROCERY STORE. IT SENT A METAL PIECE SHOOTING THROUGH THE AIR, STRIKING ME IN THE HEAD, THEN COTINUING ON AND BREAKING THE FRONT WINDSHIELD IN 3 PLACES BEFORE FINALLY STOPPING. I WAS SENT TO THE DODTOR WITH A CONCUSSION, AND BLURRED VISION. I LATER HAD TO RETURN TO THE EYE DOCTOR BECAUSE OF THE BLURRED VISION. THE VISION AND THE HEADACHES HAVE SINCE CLEARED UP. I WAS VERY LUCKY I DIDN'T LOSE AN EYE OR SOMEONE WASN'T KILLED. THE PIECE OF METAL IS ABOUT 12 INCHES LONG, AND IT STRUCK ME IN MY TEMPLE AREA. *AK

ROOF SUPPORT RIBS CRACKED, ALLOWING WATER TO DRAIN.
THE SLIDING DOOR KEEPS COMING OFF THE TRACK. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT THE FORD DEALER SAID THAT THE DOOR IS .25 INCH SMALLER THAN THE OTHER 93 VEHICLES. DOOR HAS BEEN REPAIRED 8 TIMES PRIOR TO TODAY.
STRUCTURE: WHEN OPENING THE LIFTGATE AND CLOSING, IT DOES NOT CATCH . THEREFORE THE LIFTGATE CAN COME LOOSE AT ANY TIME. *AK
CONSUMER'S CHILD CLOSED VEHICLE'S SIDE SLIDING DOOR AS HE WAS DOING SO, THE ROTOR CAME OFF THE TRACK AND THE DOOR STARTED TO FALL ON CHILD, NO INJURIES WERE SUSTAINED. *AK
THE CLEAR COAT OF PAINT JOB IS BEGINNING TO BREAK DOWN.
THE STUD HOLDING THE TOP END OF THE HATCHBACK STRUTS BROKE, CAUSING THE HATCHBACK TO CLOSE WHILE OPEN AND IN USE. PLEASE DESCRIBE DETAILS. *AK
