NO NOTIFICATION WAS PROVIDED TO OWNER. DEALER AT THE TIME OF THE SB'S WAS SALINAS VALLEY FORD, SALINAS, CA. NO RECALL NOTICE IN THE FORD SYSTEM FOR THIS VIN ACCORDING TO PHIL LONG FORD. OWNER IS EXPECTED TO BEAR COST OF REPAIR.
