NIECE WAS BELTED SLEEPING. RATCHET MECHANISM ENGAGED. BELT BECAME TWISTED AND WHEN HER TRIED TO FREE HERSELF, BELT RETRACTED TRAPPING HER IN BELT. BUCKLE WOULD NOT RELEASE. SHE WAS IN PAIN. WE HAD TO CUT BELT TO FREE HER.
