TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 FORD E-350. WHILE DRIVING 70 MPH, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED WITHOUT WARNING. THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED, BUT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO DECELERATE. THE CONTACT PLACED THE GEAR SHIFTER INTO NEUTRAL TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT COASTED THE VEHICLE OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND POWERED OFF THE ENGINE TWICE.
