Burnt exhaust smell in cabin after hard acceleration. The smell is overwhelmingly bad causing nose and eye burning and coughing. To remedy the smell the windows have to be rolled down to air out the cabin.

My son was on the highway and his Ford Explorer 2011 just stopped, he could have been killed! He was able to get off safely and had car towed. Our mechanic told us today it is the Water Pump leakage and we need to take to Ford. We called Ford and they said at least $5,000 to repair possibly more. This is a huge safety concern when the act can just stop dead on highway. There are no safety recalls on this water pump. My son was lucky to make it off the highway alive.

The internal water pump failed in my 2011 Ford Explorer without any warning signs and the coolant then leaked into my engine causing catastrophic engine failure. We were driving on a busy highway and the Ford Explorer simply started shutting down in the left lane. Nothing would happen when I pushed the gas petal and suddenly all the lights started flashing and heat went to above high. I was barely able to get over to the shoulder as smoke started to come out of the front of the engine. We were extremely afraid of getting hit since the car stalled on the highway only feet from the exit ramp. The car was towed and diagnosed at the Ford Dealership: Internal water pump failed causing engine failure - water mixed with oil. The car received state inspection and oil changed 17 days prior. Paid for engine replacement at the Ford Dealership with costs over $11,000.

The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed that the engine block was cracked and the oil sending unit was damaged. The dealer informed the contact that the engine needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the vehicle was not covered under warranty. The failure mileage was approximately 122,000.

The contact owns a 2011 Ford Explorer. The contact stated that while driving approximately 35 MPH while turning right and exiting a ramp, then when idle a message stated "Low Oil Pressure" illuminated on the instrument panel. Shortly after the vehicle lost motive power. A certified mechanic inspected the vehicle and diagnosed that the camshaft sensor needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The failure reoccurred while test-driving the vehicle to determine if the repair was successful. The vehicle was re-examined and diagnosed that the water pump had failed causing the engine coolant and oil into the engine causing the engine to seize completely. The engine needed to be replaced. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred them to the NHTSA Hotline. The approximate failure mileage was 152,000.

There are exhaust gases entering the vehicle cabin. This is primarily at startup, while sitting at idle in traffic and under acceleration. After visual inspection it appears to be coming from a cracked passenger side exhaust manifold. This is an obvious safety issue and I believe it should have been included in TSB 14-0130 but was told my VIN was not included.

The dash lights go off then it's says starting rebot. Air bag lights stay on. Check engine light on says miss firng. All Carfax report was forged. Dealer said needs new engine but was not told by seller. No one will fix it they say not worth the price for car. I over paid big time. Got lied too.

Was driving down the highway and my car lost power and put me in a very dangerous situation. Looking into the issue, i found out the waterpump was damaged in which is inside the engine and extremely expensive repairs (3000) dollars or more but the engine has been compromised with alot of coolant into the oil. My car is down and im still paying on it so im in very tough situation and believe the manufacturer should fix this situation.

While driving on a busy road. My ford explorer suddenly died. I was driving with my children. The water pump suddenly went bad causing my engine to seize. This is the second time that I have had to replace the water pump and in which I have almost been part of an accident. The repairs have been very very costly.

Every time we put the car in park, it would not register that it was in park and warning kept flashing that said shift to park. We had to just turn off the car most of the time and sometimes wiggling the shifter would work any time the "Not in Park" sign comes on when I know the gear is in park. I believe this can cause serious damage to property or cause death since the vehicle can roll. I believe Ford Motor Co should own up and recall all vehicles for service much for This is a known problem that has been know to happen to 2011 Edge and Explorers. The switch in the console shifter tends to fail prematurely. If the light does not light up the computer thinks the car is NOT in Park and alarms go off. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED BY FORD THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE

I CALLED A TOW TRUCK AND HAD IT TOWED TO (TOLD ME MY ENGINE WAS MILKY DESTOYED)TWO DEALEARS THEN TO FORD. THEY CALLED THIS MORNING AND SAID THE WATER PUMP WENT OUT CAUSING CATASTROPHIC DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE. THE ENGINE HAS TO BE REPLACED. THEY QUOTED $8,000.00. HAD TO GET A $10,000 LOAN. WHILE DRIVING WITH MY 3 YOUNG KIDS ON A BUSY ROAD, MY WATER PUMP FAILED AND CATASTROPHICALLY DAMAGED MY ENGINE. MY CAR TURNED OFF WHILE DRIVING, WITH NO WARNING. WE WERE ALMOST INVOLVED IN A HORRIBLE CAR ACCIDENT BECAUSE OF THIS. THE CAR BEHIND ME HAD TO MAKE AN ABRUPT STOP. HAD HE HIT MY CAR, WE WOULD HAVE SPUN BECAUSE OF THE FORCE. THE WATER PUMP FAILS AND BECAUSE IT'S INSIDE THE ENGINE, IT DAMAGES THE ENGINE IN SECONDS WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING. THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM PUTS PEOPLE'S LIVES IN DANGER, ESPECIALLY THOSE OF KIDS. LEAVES YOU STRANDED IN THE MIDDLE OF A HIGH TRAFFIC STREET. WITHOUT WARNING THERE IS NO WAY WE CAN PREVENT PUTTING OUR LIVES IN DANGER THIS WAY. FORD STATES THAT WATER PUMPS SHOULD LAST THE LIFE OF THE ENGINE AND ITS MANUAL DOESN'T STATE THAT THE WATER PUMP NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AFTER CERTAIN MILES. REPAIR SHOP IS QUOTING 6,000 FOR A NEW ENGINE.

WHEN DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY AND MY VEHICLE REACHES 50MPH, I EXPERIENCE HESITATION AND/OR A PUTTING SENSATION THAT CONTINUES UNTIL I ACCELERATE TO 60MPH OR DROP TO 49MPH OR BELOW. WHEN I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO KOONS FORD OF BALTIMORE FOR SERVICE, THEY DETERMINED THAT THE PROBLEM STEMS FROM THE FACT THAT OIL HAS BEEN SEEPING INTO MY AIR INTAKE SYSTEM AND SATURATING MY AIR FILTER. I WAS TOLD THAT IT IS DUE TO THE DESIGN FLAW ON THE FACTORY INSTALLED VALVE COVER GASKET. I LEARNED THAT THE ISSUE OCCURS ON SEVERAL FORD VEHICLES INCLUDING 2011-2013 EXPLORERS AS THE DEFECTIVE VALVE COVER WAS USED ON THOSE MODELS AT THE TIME THE VEHICLES WERE MANUFACTURED. IN ORDER TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM I WOULD NEED TO HAVE THE EXISTING VALVE COVER REPLACED WITH A NEWLY DESIGNED VALVE COVER THAT WAS SPECIFICALLY CREATED TO RESOLVE THE OIL LEAKAGE/OIL SEEPAGE ISSUE. MY AFTERMARKET WARRANTY WILL NOT COVER THE REPAIRS AS THEY DEFINE THE REPLACEMENT PART AS "BETTERMENT" TO THE VEHICLE OR INSTALLATION OF AN UPGRADED PART. ACCORDING TO THE SERVICE ADVISOR AT KOONS, THE VALVE COVER INSTALLED WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS MANUFACTURED IS OBSOLETE AND WOULD NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE EVEN IF IT WERE STILL AVAILABLE. I MUST HAVE THE NEWLY DESIGNED VALVE COVER INSTALLED IN ORDER TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE, STOP THE OIL FROM SEEPING IN AND AROUND THE AIR INTAKE SYSTEM AND THROTTLE BODY AND TO ALSO PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF THE MASS AIRFLOW SENSOR. THE COST FOR THE REPAIRS IS APPROXIMATELY $700. I CONTACTED THE FORD CORPORATE OFFICE AND LEARNED THAT THEY COULDN'T OR WOULDN'T BE OF ANY ASSISTANCE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AT THE CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS ADVISED ME TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH NHTSA.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE SAME DEALER AND WAS REPAIRED AGAIN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE POWER ASSIST WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE SAME DEALER WHERE THE GEARS AND ALIGNMENT WERE RESET. THE CONTACT ALSO MENTIONED THAT THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR CONTINUED TO ILLUMINATE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE SAME DEALER WHERE IT WAS DETERMINED THAT AN UNKNOWN PART NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE CONTINUED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FUEL FILTER NECK ASSEMBLY ALSO NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE EVAPORATOR CANISTER WAS REPLACED AND THE TECHNICIAN INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE FUEL TANK WAS LEAKING FUEL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED BECAUSE THE FUEL TANK WAS NO LONGER MANUFACTURED BY FORD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE REMAINED AT THE DEALER AND WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 48,000.

I HAVE HAD THIS TRUCK FOR RUFFLY 3YRS. WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT THE CAR SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH IT IMMEDIATELY.... I WAS DRIVING TO THE MAIL BOX AFTER GETTING HOME FROM ABOUT A 30MIN TRIP. THE WHOLE CAR CUT OFF LIGHTS WERE DIM IN THE CAR, STEERING HAD LOCKED VERY HARD TO TURN... AUTOMAX IN KILLEEN TOOK THE CAR IN FOR SERVICE. HAD THE NEW PURCHASED TRUCK FOR A MONTH AND 2 DAYS. THEIR SERVICE TEAM TOLD ME IT WAS THE BATTERY. I FELT OTHER WISE AND NO LONGER WANTED THE CAR. BUT OF COURSE BY THIS TIME ALL PAPERWORK HAD WENT THROUGH TO THE BANK......DROVE THE TRUCK FINE FOR ABOUT 8MONTHS, THEN BROKE DOWN THE SAME WAY AS THE VERY FIRST TIME BUT ON A BRIDGE THIS TIME...... THIS TIME AROUND I WAS TOLD IT WAS THE ENGINE, GOT A SECOND OPINION, SAID PERSON SAID WATER PUMP. I FIXED THE WATER PUMP. NOW GUESS WHAT??? ITS ACTUALLY THE ENGINE.... I AM BLOWN AWAY BY HOW MANY PROBLEMS I HAVE HAD WITH THIS FORD EXPLORER..... I THOUGHT I WAS MAKING A GREAT PURCHASE GOING WITH A FORD. THIS TRUCK SAT IN THE DRIVEWAY FOR A YEAR WHILE IN NURSING SCHOOL..... I AM LOST AND AT MY WITS END..... WHEN I LOOK FOR RECALLS ALL I AM SEEING IS SUSPENSION ISSUES OR TOWING.... "2011 FORD EXPLORER CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING CONCERNS RECALL" ACCIDENT OCCURRED ON MAY 14, 2019 AT HOUSTON, TEXAS I SLEPT OFF WHILE DRIVING AND RAN INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE WHO STOPPED AT A STOP LIGHT WAITING FOR THE GREEN LIGHT TO TURN ON. I WAS NOT ABLE TO STOP AT THE STOP LIGHT BECAUSE I SLEPT OFF BECAUSE OF CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING. I HAD NO REASON TO EXPERIENCE SUCH. I WAS ALSO, CONSTANTLY SMELLING FUEL COMING INTO MY 2011 FORD EXPLORER. THE CAR I RAN INTO AND MINE WERE SERIOUSLY DAMAGED. THE POLICE CAME AND WROTE A REPORT ON THE ACCIDENT. I DIRECTLY VERIFIED AND DISCOVERED IT WAS TRUE. I THEN WASTED NOT TIME TO CALL, MAC HAIK FORD MOTOR COMPANY, HOUSTON, TEXAS AND COMPLAINED ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE DRIVING MY 2011 FORD EXPLORER AND QUESTION WHY I WAS NOT ON TIME, OFFICIALLY INFORMED ABOUT THE 2011 FORD EXPLORER CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING CONCERNS RECALL. THEY APOLOGIZED AND ASKED ME TO BRING IN MY VEHICLE TO BE FIXED FREE OF CHARGES. I TOOK MY VEHICLE TO MAC HAIK, WHERE THE FIXED ONLY THE RECALLS AND NOT THE OVER FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS BODY AND INTERNAL DAMAGES MY VEHICLE SUSTAINED. FIVE DAYS LATER VEHICLE STALLED AT LOCAL MOTEL DUE TO DECREASED POWER, ROCKING MOTION OF CAR AND LUCKILY WE WERE ABLE TO SLOWLY TURN INTO LOCAL HOTEL TO CUT OFF ENGINE AND GET TO SAFETY. AFTER 2 HOURS OF LETTING VEHICLE SET AND COOL DOWN, LOCAL MECHANIC, CHECKED AND SAID WE HAD ENOUGH OIL IN VEHICLE AND NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED. WAS ABLE TO DRIVE VEHICLE HOME, WITH NO SENSORS ON DASHBOARD ALERTING US TO ANY FURTHER PROBLEMS. THREE DAYS LATER, WITH NO VISIBLE SENSORS FLASHING, CAR BEGAN TO EXHIBIT ROCKING MOTION NOT SPUTTERING MOTION AS I BEGAN TO PULL OUT IN FOUR-WAY INTERSECTION, AND APPROACHING TRAFFIC HEADING MY WAY. THEN SUDDENLY, CAR REGAINED POWER AND WAS ABLE TO CONTINUE TO PROPER LANE AS IF NOTHING WAS WRONG. AFTER TRAVELING ANOTHER 1.6 MILES, CAR JUST STARTING LOSING POWER, CHECK ENGINE, LOW OIL PRESSURE LIGHT, TEMPERATURE LIGHT WARNING ALL APPEARED SUDDENLY. I WAS ABLE TO DRIFT IN MIDDLE LANE IN FRONT OF DEALERSHIP WHERE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED. I IMMEDIATEDLY TURNED VEHICLE OFF AND WALKED TO DEALERSHIP TO GET HELP IN MOVING VEHICLE OFF THE ROAD. AFTER 3DAYS OF WAITING, DUNCAH DEALERSHIP IN CHRISTIANSBURG, VA, NOTIFED US THAT HEAD GASGET WAS CRACKED AND OVER 7,000 REPAIR BILL WAS NEEDED TO FIX ENGINE REPAIR. AS NOTED BEFORE NO MAJOR PROBLEMS HAS EVER BEEN REPAIRED OR REPLACED REGARDING THIS VEHICLE. DURING THE TWO INCIDENTS REGARDING THE VEHHICLE LOSING POWER, WITHOUT NO VISIBLE VEHICLE SENSOR NOTIFICATIONS IS OF GREAT CONCERN TO US REGARDING OUR SAFETY IN DRIVING OUR VEHICLE. WE WERE TRAVELING I-26 FROM SC BACK INTO NC AFTER THANKSGIVING. MY CAR DINGED AND SAID COOLANT TEMP WAS TOO HIGH. THANKFULLY I WAS RIGHT AT A REST AREA AND IMMEDIATELY PULLED IN AND TURNED OFF THE CAR. TRIED ADDING COOLANT AND IT POURED OUT THE BOTTOM. HAD MY EXPLORER TOWED TO MY MECHANIC. TURNS OUT THE WATER PUMP BLEW. IN MOST CASES A WATER PUMP REPLACEMENT IS NOT A BIG DEAL. EXCEPT WHOEVER DESIGNED THIS ENGINE WAS NOT THINKING BECAUSE THE WATER PUMP IS INSIDE THE ENGINE. SO EVEN TO REPLACE THE WATER PUMP (A PART COSTING LESS THEN $200), THE LABOR MAKES IT AT CLOSER TO $1500. BUT, ALSO, BECAUSE THE WATER PUMP IS INSIDE THE ENGINE, WHEN IT BLEW, COOLANT AND WATER WENT INTO MY ENGINE CAUSING ENGINE FAILURE, MEANING THE WHOLE ENGINE NOW NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. SO A CAR WITH 71,000 MILES ON IT NEEDS A WHOLE NEW ENGINE BECAUSE OF A WATER PUMP. I AM THANKFUL I WAS IN A POSITION TO PULL OVER IMMEDIATELY, BECAUSE IF THE ENGINE HAD GONE OUT ON THE BUSY INTERSTATE, THAT COULD HAVE BEEN A TERRIBLE CRASH. IF A WATER PUMP CAN CAUSE ENGINE FAILURE, THAT IS NOT A CAR I WANT TO BE IN WITH MY CHILDREN. DANGEROUS NOT ONLY TO US, BUT TO OTHERS TRAVELING NEAR US. FORD NEEDS TO RETHINK THIS DESIGN. I HAVE 2011 FORD EXPLORER, WHICH I TAKE INTO THE LOCAL FORD DEALERSHIP FOR MAINTENANCE REGULARLY. I HAVE HAD ME EXPLORER A LITTLE OVER 2 YEARS. EVER SINCE I PURCHASED MY EXPLORER AND I WOULD TAKE IT IN FOR MAINTENANCE, I WOULD TELL THEM I SMELL EXHAUST FUMES ON THE INSIDE OF MY VEHICLE. ONLY ONCE DID THEY CHECK IT FOR ME. AT THAT TIME, THEY SAID THE GUY COULDN'T SMELL ANYTHING. WELL, TODAY 8-24-17, I HAD TO TAKE IT IN FOR ANOTHER ISSUE. MY EXPLORER ENGINE WOULD COMPLETELY SHUT OFF WHEN I WOULD DECELERATE. NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT WAS A SERIOUS ISSUE WHILE DRIVING...THEY ARE REPAIRING TODAY. BUT, I ALSO ASK THEM TO CHECK FOR EXHAUST SMELLS ONCE AGAIN. WELL TODAY, I GUESS SOMEONE SMELLED THE EXHAUST BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME THEY COULD FIX IT AT A COST OVER $200.00. SAID IT WAS AN UPDATE FOR THE EXHAUST MODULE OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH PAYING THAT, SINCE I KNOW THAT THERE HAS BEEN SEVERAL COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS VERY ISSUE WITH MY MODEL OF FORD EXPLORER AND THAT THERE IS A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST FORD TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. CAR WAS FINE THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN OVER HEATING SIGN WENT ON IN THE CAR . I PULLED OVER ON THE FREEWAY CALLED A TOW TRUCK BECAUSE I WAS TOLD NOT TO DRIVE THE CAR. I FIRST BEGAN EXPERIENCING BRAKING AND BATTERY ISSUES 3 TO 4 WEEKS AFTER THE PURCHASE OF MY VEHICLE. I TOOK THE VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICING OF THE BRAKING AND BATTERY ISSUES. I WAS INFORMED BY THE SERVICE ADVISOR THAT I SHOULD RETURN THE VEHICLE TO DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIRS DUE TO THE MULTIPLE ISSUES WITH VEHICLE. AT THAT TIME, I LEARNED THAT THERE WAS LEAKAGE FROM THE UPPER PORTION OF THE ENGINE. THE DEALERSHIP ADDRESSES SOME BUT NOT ALL ISSUES RELATED TO THE VEHICLE. NEXT, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THE DEALERSHIP STATING THE VEHICLE WAS DUE FOR FACTORY RECOMMENDED SERVICING. I MADE AN APPT. THE NEXT DAY, THE LOW BATTERY LIGHT CAME ON. CALLED DEALERSHIP, NO RESPONSE. ONE AND A HALF WEEKS LATER, THE BATTERY WAS DEAD. CALLED TRIPLE A. BATTERY HAD BATTERY ACID AND CORROSION EVERYWHERE. A RED SOLUTION WAS SPRAYED ON THE BATTERY TO PREVENT LEAKAGE. BUT IT DIDN'T WORK THAT WELL. INFORMED DEALERSHIP AT THE TIME OF SERVICE, THAT THE POWER STEERING SERVICE LIGHT HAD COME ON. FIVE DAYS LATER, I COULDN'T TURN THE STEERING WHEEL. BOTH SERVICE ADVISORS STATED THAT VEHICLE SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN PLACED ON LOT FOR SALE. I NO LONGER FEEL SAFE IN THIS VEHICLE. THEY REPLACED THE BA SENSOR FIR $500 SINCE MY AIR FILTER WAS DIRTY AND COULD BE THE CAUSE OF PROBLEM. A WEEK LATER THE CAR STOPPED AGAIN. IT HAPPENED AGAIN A FEW DAYS LATER AND THEN IT STALLED 4 TIMES IN ONE DAY AND THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND STAYED. I BORROWED A CODE READER AND THE CODE P2111 APPEARED. I GOOGLED THIS AND IT SHOWS THROTTLE BODY. EACH TIME I LOST POWER IT DID NOT DIE BUT RAN ROUGH. WHEN I RESTARTED IT WAS A LITTLE HESITANT TO START. THE CODES READ, CRANKSHAFT/CAMSHAFT CORRELATION BANK A SENSOR 1, THE SECOND CODE WAS ENGINE KNOCK. VEHICLE TOWED TO THE DEALER WERE THEY HAD 2 OF THEIR TOP TECHNICIANS LOOK AT THE VEHICLE AND THE BOTH REPORTED THE WATER PUMP HAD FAILED AND FILLED THE ENGINE UP WITH COOLANT WHICH CAUSE THE ENGINE TO EXPIRE. MY WIFE ONLY HAD THE TRUCK FOR 2 YEARS AND SHE'S VERY CAREFUL DRIVER. NO WOARNING SIGNS OF A FAILING WATER PUMP. BEING THAT THIS IS THE 2ND TIME OUR 2011 EXPLORER HAS LEFT US STRANDED ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD, IT WAS TIME TO GO SEARCHING FOR OTHERS WITH THIS SAME THROTTLE BODY PROBLEM. TURNS OUT THERE IS A CUSTOMER SATISFACTION NOTICE ALREADY BEING DONE BY FORD FOR SEVERAL OTHER 2011 VEHICLES, BUT THE EXPLORER HAS BEEN EXCLUDED. OUR SYMPTOMS AND PART FAILURE ARE EXACTLY THE SAME AS THESE OTHER MODELS, SOME EVEN FROM THE SAME ASSEMBLY PLANT. I THINK FORD NEEDS TO EXTEND THE 13N03 PROGRAM TO INCLUDED THE EXPLORERS. WHEN MERGING INTO LANE AND PASSING A CAR ABOUT 3500 RPM EXHAUST GAS ENTERS PASSENGERS CABIN AND EVERYONE INSIDE WILL COMPLAIN OF VERY STRONG ODOR, BREATHING PROBLEM AND HEADACHE. HAD THIS PROBLEM SINCE CAR WAS NEW AND DEALING WITH UNCOMFORTABLE SMELL WITH THE REST OF THE FAMILY. WIFE HAD NUMEROUS TIMES HAVING PROBLEM CONCENTRATING DRIVING BECAUSE THE EXHAUST FUMES OR ODOR IS CAUSING HER TO HAVE HEADACHES AND ALMOST PASSING OUT ON LONG TRIPS. PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE FOR MY WIFE A LITTLE OVER A YEAR AGO. AT FIRST EVERYTHING WAS FINE BUT THEN AT ABOUT FOUR MONTHS WE STARTED HAVING ISSUES WITH THE WINDOW NOT ROLLING UP. THE DEALER TOOK CARE OF THAT ISSUE WITH NO PROBLEMS. THEN WE TAKE IT IN FOR THE SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE (OIL CHANGE/TIRE ROTATION) & OUR TIRES HAD INSIDE CUPPING IN WHICH THE DEALER DOES NOTHING ABOUT & STILL HAVE NOT. AT AROUND 22K MILES MY WIFE NOTICES THE VEHICLE STARTING TO JERK WHEN STOPPED OR MOVING. OVER THE PAST 8K MILES THIS GETS WORSE & GETS TO WHERE THE VEHICLE HAS STALLED OUT NUMEROUS TIMES (STILL OR MOVING). I HAVE MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE DEALER TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.
