THIS PROBLEM HAS TO DO WITH THE INABILITY TO TURN THE STEERING WHEEL WHEN TRUCK IS BEEING OPERATED FROM 0-5 MPH AND WHEN BRAKE PEDAL IS DEPRESSED.
