ENGINE LOCKED UP DUE TO CYLINDER FAILURE.
I HAD TO STOP SUDDENLY, AND THE BRAKE PEDAL WENT TO THE FLOOR, AND DIDN'T SLOW THE VEHICLE DOWN. I SWIRVED TO MISS A CAR, AND WAS SIDE SWIPED BY A TRUCK. IF THE BRAKES WOULD HAVE WORKED PROPERLY, THE ACCIDENT WOULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDABLE.
THE CLUTCH ROD MADE OUT OF PLASTIC, CAUSED THE CLUTCH TO BREAK AND DISABLED THE CLUTCH, CAUSING THE TRUCK NOT TO BE ABLE TO STOP. *AK
