I FEEL THAT FORD IS REFUSING TO EXCEPT THE FACT THAT I HAVE A DEFECTIVE TRANSMISSION. I PLAN TO CONFRONT THE DEALER ONE MORE TIME BEFORE CONTACTING AN ATTORNEY.
