FAILURE OF THE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER RESULTED IN A STALLED VEHICLE IN THE NUMBER 1 LANE OF I-80W OUT OF SACRAMENTO, CA. VERY HEAVY LABOR DAY TRAFFIC PREVENTED AN ACCIDENT. (STOP AND GO TRAFFIC).
