I'VE HAD TWO SPARK PLUGS BLOW OUT IN THE LAST FIVE HUNDRED MILE IN MY 2000 F-450. I'VE GOT TO SAY ITS A REAL HAZARD TO BE HAULING A LOAD, SUDDENLY LOOSE DRASTIC POWER AND BE RATTLED BY THE ABRUPT SPARK PLUG EXPLOSION. NOT ONLY THAT, BUT THE FUEL RAIL IS RIGHT THERE. IN FACT THE SECOND SPARK PLUG I HAD EJECT MADE A SERIES OF EXPLOSIONS WHILE I WAS TRAVELING UP HILL ON A VERY BUSY NARROW ROAD PULLING MY CHIPPER. BOTH TIMES I SMELT A STRONG AND CONSISTENT ODOR OF FUEL, ANOTHER HAZARD. BOTH TIMES THE TRUCK HESITATED AND ATTEMPTED STALING WHILE IN TRAVEL. THE FORD DEALERSHIP TELLS ME THIS IS A COMMON OCCURRENCE, AND SAY FORD KNOW ABOUT THE PROBLEM BUT DOESN'T CARE. EXPERIENCING THIS FIRST HAND; TWICE NOW, I CAN TELL YOU THIS ISSUE IS WITH OUT A DOUBT THE MOST HAZARDOUS UNPROVOKED VEHICLE HAZARD I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. *TR
