BOTH DOOR LATCHES HAVE FALLEN OFF. CONSUMER HAS TO CLIMB IN AND OUT OF VEHICLE AND FEELS THIS IS VERY UNSAFE. PLEASE PROVIDE ANY FURTHER INFORMATION. PH
