2002 GLOBAL ELECTRIC MOTORCAR WITH BROKEN FRAME. CONSUMER STATED THAT THE REAR OF THE FRAME THAT HOLDS THE REAR AXLE BROKE IN TWO PLACES. HE STATES OTHER PEOPLE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. *KB
