I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW 2014 GENUINE STELLA SCOOTER FROM A DEALER IN CALIFORNIA. FOR THE FIRST 30 DAYS I OWNED THE BIKE IT BROKE DOWN 4 TIMES DUE TO THE ECU UNIT.
