WHILE DRIVING APPROX. 15MPH, THE FRONT AXLE FELL OUT OF THE HOLE. THIS CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO SLAM TO THE GROUND DUE TO A DEFECTIVE BOLT IN THE AXLE. THE MECHANIC SAID IT SHOULD NOT HAVE FALLEN OUT & DID NOT KNOW WHAT HAD HAPPENED. *AK
