CONSUMER HAS A PROBLEM WITH THE STEERING WHEEL. STEERING WHEEL SHOULD HAVE A WELD HOLDING IT TO THE HUB WHICH IS FASTENED TO SPINE, AND A NUT COMING DOWN TO HOLD THE SPINE , IT DOESN'T COVER. *AK
