BRAKES NOT WORKING PROPERLY ON MY 2000 GMC SIERRA PICK-UP TRUCK. AT LOW SPEEDS WHEN THE BRAKE IS APPLIED, THE PEDEL VIBRATES WHICH INDICATES THE ANTI-LOCK SYSTEM.
