VEHICLE LOST STEERING CONTROL WHEN TURNING RESULTING IN HITTING FENCE, DUE TO "A" ARM BEING BENT WHICH CAUSED TIRE/WHEEL ON ONE SIDE TO MOVE TWO INCHES BACKWARD. MJS
